What an experience! We had Josh as our pilot and what a nice guy and true professional. Our tour/ride was so super smooth I want to do it again and certainly will on our next visit. The Rainbow ground crew were super friendly and very pleasant. We picked this tour from other reviews and were absolutely 💯 pleased with our tour.

Highly recommend this tour and this company. They do a great job, very professional. The pilot, Harley, was very professional and knowledgeable, a great guy. We got to see many of the areas of the island that you could only see via helicopter. Smooth comfortable doors off flight. Rainbow Helicopter does a fantastic job with making their customers happy. Most likely the highlight of our vist. A must do for all new visitors to Oahu. Again, Highly Recommend!

Definitely a highlight of our trip. We got to fly over all the sites on the island: Waikiki, Diamond Head, Saved Falls, the eastern shore, the valley where they filmed Jurassic Park. We had a great time. I definitely recommend this helicopter tour.

Fantastic tour! We did the “Isle Sights Unseen” tour and our pilot was Joey. He was a great tour guide, very friendly, and the sights were great! We had a perfectly clear day, which made for amazing views and pictures. Unfortunately, there hasn’t been much rain recently, so the waterfalls were limited. All the staff was friendly and very helpful. They help you get geared up, into the helicopter and buckled in. They even take your pictures for you!

One of the best helicopter tour companies in the world. Woman owned and operated. Owner is one of the pilots. Total professional operation. From safety briefings, personal flotation devices, line staff, check in staff and pilots. I’ve been a professional aviator for many years and this one safe, efficient great operation. 5-Stars !

This was such a gem on the island. The staff was crazy fun and has a really nice location at the private airport. I highly recommended private charter w the doors off and do the Diamond tour I think it is. It’s 60 mins but best experience I’ve done on vaca yet.

Love this tour definitely worth it, not just enjoy the magnificent mountain/beach view also the pear harbor(recommend going to pearl harbor museum before this) plus the pilot(Joey) is so friendly, more than a tour guide, sharing the memory of this land. Most awe inspiring experience of my life! Hawaii from the air is a must! The helicopters are beautiful and the staff was friendly and very organized. Our pilot Oliver was very knowledgeable and considerate making sure everyone was ok and enjoying the flight. I have one major complaint … the pilot was so hot that it was distracting lol.

Amazing experience! Our pilot, Tony, was an excellent flyer, very nice and very knowledgeable about the island. We flew around the island, with the doors off (100% recommend), it lasted about an hour and provided a completely different prospective. Will definitely come back to Rainbow Oahu in the future! One of the best things I ever did. My first time in Hawaii and I’m glad I got to experience it this way. Our pilot was very knowledgeable and knew everything about the island. If you are able to do this experience it is well worth it. I felt very safe in the helicopter even though I’m a little afraid of heights lol.

Amazing doors off flight, Kyle our pilot was amazing, informative and fun ride definetley the highlight of our trip. It was fun. We saw where the filmed "King Kong" and "Lost" We did the 1 hour tour with no doors. We got the see deep into the ocean which is so pretty from above. We were buckled in tight. The front passenger got sick and vomited 🤢 but I got to see the world 🌎 from above. They brief us on safety protocols etc and we then waited in the waiting room until our flight was ready. Great experience. Do it!

This is incredible!!! If u have issues with highs may bother u a little. But try it. Well worth it...the views are the best no other way to see the island..

Went on this tour on my honeymoon, and I must say it’s the most exhilarating experience I’ve ever had! Our pilot, Kyle, was extremely informative and friendly! Highly recommend anyone looking to your Oahu to take this tour immediately!

Loved it great pilot Kyle. Great service they really take care of you. My hair got stuck in the headset and the one lady helped me untangling it and helped me out of the helicopter. Even though we couldn't see all of the island due to bad weather it was still so worth it. Loved having the doors off even with the wind. Would definitely come back. The staff were awesome!!! This was our highlight of our trip!

One of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had. Flying with Rainbow was completely worth it. My group had the doors off flight, and it was well worth it. We flew with Nicole (the owner as we found out later!) and she was an amazing pilot. She made sure to point out landmarks of the island and was very personable. If you’re here on Oahu, I would wholeheartedly recommend flying with Rainbow!

The Rainbow Helicopters Tour staff at the airport were super nice and accommodating. Tobias was our pilot and he was next level awesome!!! Super good pilot. Extremely friendly. His knowledge of the island was next level. When he shows you certain portions of the island, like the crazy mountain hikes, he’s speaking from experience as he has done almost all of them. Definitely recommend the private open door tour with Tobias!!!

I'll make this quick and simple as we all gotta get that aerial view of the paradise 🤙🤩 Parking is not problem ✅ you'll park at their parking lot which happens to be separate from the actual aviation center. Professional and knowledgeable pilots ✅ (we flew with Joey. He's amazing.) Must bring closed-toe footwear ✅ Must bring a sweater/jacket. ✅ You'll be oriented in the briefing room, so don't worry. 🤙 This is a fun place. You'll see breathtaking views and you'll never wanna land. 🤩 Well.. that's if you're not afraid of heights. Pls have cash. Tip your pilot 🤙

Amazing time, Hawaii is gorgeous and the helicopter tour really highlights the beauty. Our pilot Sarah was top notch and would recommended her if you get to. The tour was worth every penny, make sure to go doors off. That way you get the best photos.

Amazing! We took the more expensive option that goes around the whole island of Oahu. It was breathtaking to say the least. Very professional, Pilots are nice and guided the trip perfectly. Felt safe and this was our first time in a helicopter. Highly recommend!! You can also take the doors off the helicopter to get a better view! Just beware the wind, anything loose will blow violently

An amazing experience! It was a bit overcast today but honestly made the experience more enjoyable if you like the Jurassic Park vibes! Our pilot Geoff was amazing as well! Couldn't have asked for a better trip! Make sure to interact with your pilot as it makes the trip even better and can answer and questions for hikes etc! 1000% recommend this place, mahalo!!

Bucket list item fulfilled! Excellent service and staff. Took the doors off tour on a 4 person helicopter. Joey (the pilot) is awesome and provides details of all the major sites you will fly over. Breathtaking views! Highly recommend it. I paid $275 ea.

Wow what an awesome bucket list to check off. They gave us a quick 5 minute video on how to get on the helicopter to do and what not to do. They answered any and all questions easily. They also were able to switch my seat with my friends with no problem so I could take photos. The pilot gave tons of info while flying to each area. Great tour and amazing flight around the island. 🌈🌊🐓🌺
