    Our salesperson was Sean Sasaki and very helpful. He has a great sense of humor too. I found a sofa, a huge swivel chair and a dining room table and chairs! I have shopped Ashley furniture for years and have always been happy with my purchases!

    Super friendly staff with a huge showroom. Entirely separate bed section with a ton of choices and markdowns. Shipping is much quicker than the NEX and they have way more options for living room sets, bedroom sets, dining tables, and outdoor patio furniture. I still have my section sofa from 15 years ago, love this place.

    I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Save yourself the trouble and don't waste your money and time. Absolutely horrible customer service. It's 2 months past the date of delivery and still without our furniture and unable to accommodate requests in a reasonable time. Delivery is scheduled a month out and our second piece of furniture came in before the delivery scheduled date and theyrefused to add our other furniture to that delivery. 7 months pregnant sleeping on the floor when our furniture was supposed to be delivered 2 months ago. Worst experience with a lot of time and money wasted

    I awaited for quite awhile due to having only two salespeople on the floor. After deciding what I wanted, I located salesperson at the register. There was no sales pitch at all. Straight to the cash register and sales rung up. I had to ask how the installation was done and amount of boxes are involved. I also initialed a box that says, “protection plan have been clearly explained….” But it was not explained at all . Salesperson….Ayanna Horton

    Matt Pangelinan was an absolute blast to work with! My wife and I decided to go window shopping at Homeworld Pearlridge to get ideas for furniture as first-time home buyers. From the moment we walked in, Matt made us feel comfortable, nor we didn't feel any pressure to commit to buying anything at the time. Matt was able to help us find all the items we were looking for online and we decided to get an estimate for the furniture that caught our eye. At the end of the day, we didn't buy anything because we wanted to shop around and not regret purchasing anything on an impulse. Matt was super cool throughout the entire process and sent us a friendly text later that evening with a price breakdown for everything we were interested in. After looking at different furniture stores on the island, we realized that nothing quite compared to the various selections and pricing that we found at Homeworld and Ashley. However, we decided to still wait to make sure we were making the right choice. Fast forward a couple weeks later, I texted Matt the day before Thanksgiving that we decided to proceed with the purchase. With Black Friday quickly approaching, Matt recommended to come in sooner rather than later, as the store gets ridiculously busy and inventory tends to go low during the holidays. Thankfully, Matt was working at the Ashley Salt Lake location and was able to assist us just 30 mins prior to closing. We were able to do a quick walkthrough of all the furniture once more and settled on the purchase; Matt even noticed that the price on a bookshelf was lower than originally posted and made sure to apply the appropriate discount. Overall, my wife and I are very satisfied with our experience at Homeworld/Ashley and the customer service of Matt! We felt that we received a personalized experience rather than just another salesperson trying to sell us something. We're excited with our purchase and can't wait to have everything delivered to furnish our new home!

    It was amazing. From the time I first walked into the store, the store manager, Larry, greeted us. He asked about what we were looking for and directed us where to go. The sales lady, Ayanna, let us know where everything was and was very patient with meeting our needs. She gave great advice and made us feel so comfortable. When we checked out, Christian, helped us and made it very easy. Everyone made this experience wonderful. Thank you for your expertise and Aloha!!!

    So easy to select from so much great furniture inventory. Jesse was my salesperson who greeted me and helped me purchase a sofa, tv stand, dining room set, and a queen-sized bed. Home delivery was arranged and it was just that easy. The holiday season is here and Ashley are giving customers free Hawaiian ornaments, fabulous! Great shopping experience and Jesse is the professional to see.

    Hajae at Ashley Salt Lake is above and beyond. Her assistance, knowledge and service are above and beyond. I would return because of her sincere and caring attitude. The girls at the desk were also exceptional and have done everything to address and correct any concerns we had. The fillow up and follow thru are exceptional and will refer everyone to the Salt Lake Ashley in Honolulu.

    Kirsty is the best. I showed her what I wanted on my phone and she brought me right to it. She didn’t even try to push me to buy more or even tried so show me another option..maybe I did that to myself lol possibly because she made it sound so good. I knew what I wanted, she took me straight to it, and just like that I got what I wanted! Ok so I just called the store back to add on another piece to my sectional that I added yesterday. Spoke with Kirsty of course things went smoothly and quick over the phone. BUT I also would like to recognize CHRISTIAN who I believe is the receptionist or administrative assistant who works in the front. He called me regarding the difference in payment and was able to help me over the phone. KIRSTY AND CHRISTIAN THANK YOUUUUU!!!

    The most unorganized store I have ever dealt with. We moved to the island and ordered our bedroom suite in January of 2021. We received it 4 months later due to Covid which I understood. The entire bed frame and drawers that went under the bed broke in 2 days so they took away the broken frame and said it would be 2-3 months until a new one could be installed at our home. I was patient and waited. It is June 2022 and I have YET to receive the drawers that go with the new and unbroken bed. When I called to follow up they said it was never ordered again and it would cost me $800 extra because the drawers were never ordered after the original ones broke. Makes no sense how they could charge me for something I originally ordered and received the first time. Will never buy from Ashleys again.
