UPDATED Hours: now open on Wednesdays and Fridays. If you’re on Oahu and in need of gluten-free baked goods, you’ll want to add this bakery to the very top of your list. You can buy all the breads and pastries to hold you over for your time on island. BUT **call ahead** first to ask what the latest hours of operation are because Google isn’t accurate. I was over the moon to find a gluten-free bakery on the island. Still, I wasn’t sure if it was a dedicated GF kitchen or a regular bakery (wheat) with a GF selection. To be clear, this is a dedicated GF kitchen and bakery. Everything is GF, with options for vegan or keto friendly muffins. I swung by to check it out and was pleasantly surprised to find a huge selection of goods. Susan (the owner) and Cooper were great! Cooper took the time to explain all the offerings to me—from the baked breads, rolls, sandwiches, teacakes, and pastries. I bought a little bit of everything and here’s what I found: amazing! The breads, sandwiches, and cakes were all delicious. Since discovering my gluten-intolerance, I haven’t had to worry about gaining weight from a bakery splurge. Because where is there a dedicated GF bakery? Time to worry again because the cinnamon rolls and teacakes alone will add five pounds to the waistline! When I travel, I find a gluten-free bakery, buy some bread, and take it around with me for the rest of the trip. I now do this with this bakery, though I live here. You can find this bakery on Saturdays at the Kaka’ako Farmers Market. If you arrive early, you’ll be able to bag a breakfast sandwich—and they sell out super quick. Edit: I’ve ordered two birthday cakes and have sampled everything this bakery offers. Everything is outstanding! Highly recommend!

Are you gluten free and love cake and other baked goods? This is your spot. Small bakery in town with parking out front. At the time of this review they are open 8-1 Tu-Sat. They take cards, which is vital to know when you’ve found cake whether or not you’ll need cash. And how much! I tried the cinnamon cake, everything bagel, and lilikoi guava cake. Cinnamon cake was the standout. The others were delicious but the cinnamon cake. Wow. I don’t think I’ve ever had GF cake that delicious. I ate half of it before I remembered to take a photo. Update: visited again today and had savory items. It only gets better. Tried the vegan pizza rolls (yeah and cake, too). AMAZING.

Susan (the owner) is wonderful! We use her for all our special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.). She made us a beautiful cake for our wedding this June. She makes all the best gluten free goodies on the island and it’s a plus she can make them all vegan as well! We chose the vegan guava cake with a strawberry buttercream swirl frosting + mini cakes. She uses beautiful flowers and fruit as decor. Everyone was raving about how good they were. Thank you Susan for amazing wedding day treats and for always making the best gluten free items!

I would have loved to eaten here, I was waiting my whole trip to get some yummy gluten free goods. However, the closing time they posted on Google was 5:30 pm (updated less than 24 hrs ago) when I got there at 5:04 pm the shop was already closed. I was so devastated!!

Wonderful. The owner here is so kind and friendly. The food is awesome. The pound cake with the sweet purple tarot is lights out we stopped by at the end of the day when most stuff was gone, but we really enjoyed everything we are. We had the meatball sandwich, the jelly rolls, the Elvis, and some dinner rolls. Everything was awesome and gluten free.

Best gluten free bakery in the world. I'm not joking, it's delicious in non-gf terms, and it is gluten free on top of it. There are dairy free and vegan options too. We tried the pastrami sandwich, bagels and cinnamon cake today, and we are definitely coming back for more stuff tomorrow. The photos don't do it justice at all, the pastrami sandwich is huge, packed, and with no hint of dryness, the cake is fluffy and moist. I never had such well spiced everything bagel. The lady running it is super nice too, just an amazing neighborhood gem!

I ordered a gluten free, dairy free, nut free, and egg free cake (due to multiple allergies in the family) and went to pick up the cake with my sister for my dads birthday. Susan was absolutely incredible. Her kindness, personalization, impeccable care and customer service was above and beyond anything I have ever experienced at any business before. She will go to every length to ensure your allergies are taken extreme care of. She uses the highest quality and fresh organic ingredients. The cake was phenomenal. She also had a variety of small cakes and cupcakes which were absolutely incredible and super flavorful. Best baked goods that I have ever had, rivaling my mother who is a baker of 10 years. Susan was amazing. You will not regret visiting!! She is phenomenal and so are her baked goods!! It was so good that we left a big tip!! Definitely a must stop for any baked goods!! You would never know it is gluten free. A must stop regardless of any allergies. No one in our group had any allergic reactions at all, as she takes extreme care to make her kitchen safe. She also makes her own homemade flours, not using a 'meh' box mix like bobs red mill. Her homemade flours require hard work and pay off as the flavor is impeccable! She also grows her own decorative beautiful flowers!! THANK YOU SUSAN!! 8:32 AM 7/31/2022

The BEST gluten free cinnamon rolls I have ever had. Wonderful breads and pastries that even my boyfriend with no allergies wanted more of. If you have a gluten allergy, this is a must bakery!

Susan was wonderful to interact with, and had a lovely selection of gluten free baked goods made in a dedicated kitchen as well as baked goods covering other dietary needs such as vegan and dairy free. The sprouted pumpkin seed bread was delicious and a wonderful texture. I look forward to returning here.

We always take the time to stop at GF places when were traveling and this bakery was no disappointment! Buy all the things, you'll be happy. We tried cookies, a, baguette, the pizza roll, greek roll, a muffin, and the cherry cake. Wouldn't hesitate to buy each again.

A celiacs dream! The owner was so kind and helpful asking about any other allergies or dietary restrictions. So many good looking gluten free treats to pick from. I also avoid oats so I opted for the GF vegan pizza roll that didn’t have oat flour. Was tasty! She even gave me a mini bagel to go - highly recommend coming here if you need gluten free baked goods on the island!

If this was open every day, you bet I’d be stopping by every single day of my vacation. Everything we tried was amazing. My personal favorite was the pesto cheese roll. I wish we had gotten another one or two to go! Another highlight was the cinnamon roll. It had so much cinnamon filling packed in - just how I like it! They had samples and I really enjoyed the lilikoi cake. I’m regretting not buying a slice to go. It’s delicious. Go try it. This is the perfect place for people who can’t normally eat delicious baked goods because they’re gluten free! PS my gluten eating husband also loved everything!!!

This gluten free bakery was what dreams are made of. If you’re looking for sage gluten free (and some vegan) options too, I recommend getting out of Waikiki and stocking up here on your visit to Hawaii when you can. I brought my gluten free family here, and we ended up purchasing a few days worth of snacks and bites here. Their famous Turkey sandwhich was freshly baked amongst other amazing treats we haven’t had the opportunity to enjoy for years like cinnamon scrolls. Highly, highly recommend. This might just be Hawaii’s best kept gluten free secret. And a bonus, the team informed us of the best gluten free spots in Waikiki, which made our restaurant bookings so much easier.

My son has multiple allergies (wheat, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, dairy and soy) so we often have a hard time finding a celebration cake that he can enjoy. We are from CA and were in Oahu for his birthday. Before arriving to Oahu I reached out to Susan and team to see if we could get him a cake. They said it could be done. Hurray! And we agreed on pickup on Monday outside of their operating hours (they are closed Mon). This wasn't what stood out to me though... On the morning of pickup Susan called me to tell me that she wasn't 100 percent confident that her overnight staff had used vegan ingredients and wanted to remake the cake to be safe. She said she needed 2 hours to redo it. She called again to tell me it was finished and her team went beyond to greet me at the store outside of their hours (closed on Mon). The little bakery was just a few miles outside of the Waikiki area. The cake flavor was phenomenal (guava strawberry) and delicious! His options are limited and we've tried other bakeries on the mainland that were able to accommodate his allergies and most times we find that the cakes are dense or lacking in flavor. This cake was moist, beautiful and delicious even for the family who does not normally eat vegan, GF, DF, etc. Thank you Susan and team!

The best place in Honolulu to eat as a Celiac! I was so grateful to discover this spot since it can be difficult to eat safely at most restaurants in town. The staff is so friendly and the food is incredible! Best sandwich of my life.

100% recommend this place - even if you’re not gluten free. I am not GF but came here because I have several friends that are. Everything we tried were great! The owner was super friendly and inviting. She was even testing out a few new recipes and gave us a bajillion samples. There are also many vegan options and if you want something specific, they can accommodate for your dietary restrictions! The only downside: the chocolate chip cookie was a bit on the dry side.

This place is a celiac's dream. I got almost one of each thing. The guy we spoke to was super sweet. If you go they have a bigger selection on the weekend, but had a lot of options in store on a Friday at closing. So glad I got all I did. Would 100% recommend.

Ever since becoming gluten intolerant, my trips to visit family have changed when it comes to food, as one might imagine. I'm SO glad I discovered this dedicated gluten free bakery. Now every time I visit, I always stock up on some baked GF goodies (both sweet and savory kind) for my trip! They're sooooo good!!

Great people makes the difference. Very good choices for people with allergies. They have gluten, soy, lactose and I don't know what else free. So I ended up buying like $40 in pastries. Awesome bakery ! Thanks

I have never been in a vegan bakery! My soon to be grandson in law is vegan and I plan to cook but when he said he was vegan my mind drew a blank. I was looking for some desserts and I went to this bakery and the owner explain everything to me in simple detail so I could understand! By the time I left I had a plethora of desserts that are outstanding! The quality of the food blows me away! You definitely have got to try this bakery! The staff are informative and extremely friendly and very nice. Thank you very much for your help I will be back I promise

Oh my gosh. Only dedicated gluten free bakery on island and it is SO GOOD. I love that they use organic and sustainable ingredients when possible. My kids love everything I've gotten from here (both savory and sweet), and my husband who is not strict gluten free has liked everything too. The folks who work there are really friendly. Serious aloha at this place. Gentleman who was helping me told me they are at several different farmers markets on the weekend so I cant wait to catch them there one day too.
