UPDATED
Hours:
now
open
on
Wednesdays
and
Fridays.
If
you’re
on
Oahu
and
in
need
of
gluten-free
baked
goods,
you’ll
want
to
add
this
bakery
to
the
very
top
of
your
list.
You
can
buy
all
the
breads
and
pastries
to
hold
you
over
for
your
time
on
island.
BUT
**call
ahead**
first
to
ask
what
the
latest
hours
of
operation
are
because
Google
isn’t
accurate.
I
was
over
the
moon
to
find
a
gluten-free
bakery
on
the
island.
Still,
I
wasn’t
sure
if
it
was
a
dedicated
GF
kitchen
or
a
regular
bakery
(wheat)
with
a
GF
selection.
To
be
clear,
this
is
a
dedicated
GF
kitchen
and
bakery.
Everything
is
GF,
with
options
for
vegan
or
keto
friendly
muffins.
I
swung
by
to
check
it
out
and
was
pleasantly
surprised
to
find
a
huge
selection
of
goods.
Susan
(the
owner)
and
Cooper
were
great!
Cooper
took
the
time
to
explain
all
the
offerings
to
me—from
the
baked
breads,
rolls,
sandwiches,
teacakes,
and
pastries.
I
bought
a
little
bit
of
everything
and
here’s
what
I
found:
amazing!
The
breads,
sandwiches,
and
cakes
were
all
delicious.
Since
discovering
my
gluten-intolerance,
I
haven’t
had
to
worry
about
gaining
weight
from
a
bakery
splurge.
Because
where
is
there
a
dedicated
GF
bakery?
Time
to
worry
again
because
the
cinnamon
rolls
and
teacakes
alone
will
add
five
pounds
to
the
waistline!
When
I
travel,
I
find
a
gluten-free
bakery,
buy
some
bread,
and
take
it
around
with
me
for
the
rest
of
the
trip.
I
now
do
this
with
this
bakery,
though
I
live
here.
You
can
find
this
bakery
on
Saturdays
at
the
Kaka’ako
Farmers
Market.
If
you
arrive
early,
you’ll
be
able
to
bag
a
breakfast
sandwich—and
they
sell
out
super
quick.
Edit:
I’ve
ordered
two
birthday
cakes
and
have
sampled
everything
this
bakery
offers.
Everything
is
outstanding!
Highly
recommend!
