Small space with friendly employees. You can sit inside to eat or do take-out. There is one employee working front of house, handling register while making the acai bowls and coffee drinks. Any other meal is made back of house by the kitchen staff. So a line can accumulate during rush hour but it moves fairly quickly. A 2-stall bathroom with soap and paper towels is open for customers, however it's outside the store. Need to get a key from the employee. 1) Makapu'u bowl - (12.25) - Okinawan sweet potato, haupia, toasted coconut shreds, bananas, granola, and honey - super large & filling bowl with fresh toppings. One of the best acai bowls I've had. Definitely recommend and would get it again. 2) Bellows Bowl - (10.25) - strawberries, bananas, granola, honey. Good portion, filling, and fresh. 3) Pineapple Dragonfruit acai bowl - Dragonfruit is sweet and delicious but not a huge fan of pineapple on acai bowls (too tart/sweet in comparison with the acai).

BLT croissant was awesome. The aloha plate was good as well, but we both liked the croissant better. Be careful with the prices, things ring up more than their list price on the board. Not by much, 35 cents over for the BLT, a nickel for the cookie. Not a huge sum, but something to keep an eye on. Not a ton of seating inside of you're expecting to eat in.

Ordered the Loco Moco cost 16 dollars, Country Breakfast with Portuguese sausage cost 11 dollars and mini steak plate 10 dollars. The loco moco was great. The presentation was lovely and the gravy was ono. Everything was hot and ready to go down. 16 dollars was a bit much but the flavors made it worth it. Country breakfast was also beautiful presentation. I asked for the Portuguese sausage to be cooked a little bit longer and it was so. It has alot of rice for only 5 pieces of sausage and over hard eggs. Could probably been better with a bit of potatoes. The mini plate was not really worth the 10 dollars because it didn’t come with eggs. The mac salad was ok. I felt like it was missing something!!! The uncle was outside welcoming everyone and giving flowers to female customers. Awesome atmosphere and would go if I’m on that side of the island.

A locally owned dine in or take out restaurant with fresh food and delicious lattes. We’ve been wanting to visit and finally had the chance to last week. Very much worth the wait. We ordered the loco moco (the eggs are from local farms and SO GOOD), waffle, breakfast sandwich and their daily special with Portuguese sausage, eggs, rice and side salad. Menu is not extensive, portions are generous and food is fresh! The side salad for breakfast was a unique twist that completed the dish. Owner and daughter were there and are souls of the earth. So friendly and helpful. We will be visiting them again soon!!!

Great breakfast spot after you watch the sun rise on the east coast of Oahu. We had Portuguese Sausage plates and it was outstanding! The best Portuguese sausage I've had. We also had the Nalo Waffle which was also extraordinary good. Not sure how they do it, but it was all sooo good. The staff was super friendly and was proud to share how fresh and organic everything was. Highly recommended!

This is a charming little Cafe with beautiful tasty food. We were delighted to be able to find vegan food options on our way to sunset Beach. We enjoyed the vegan veggie sandwich. The buns were purple, I'm guessing it was a taro bread, but I'm not sure. Bun was fresh and sandwich was very good. Veggie pizza on a naan was also very good. My most favorite was their fresh pressed juice. Watermelon, turmeric, lemon and ginger...so refreshing! Enjoy all this with a fabulous view on the outside

We had the hawaiian pizza and the coffee waffle. It was the best. I leave Hawaii today but wish I would have found it sooner. Super sweet family owned business. The waffle was so soft and buttery, yum.

Was here on my vacation in December, really good food and the owners were very welcoming. I had a vegan burger (which was really good) (also discovered purple bread yay), waffles, coffee. Also got a free trial of a mango smoothie. Overall was very happy with the service, food and coffee.

Everything here was awesome! Service was great, food was absolutely delicious, and the restaurant is super cute. We got the aloha plate and everything was amazing. We got an iced americano and mocha frappe which were both extremely well done. Would have given 6 out of 5 stars if I could :)

Wow, wow wow! A little mom and pop shop that does not disappoint! I had the Loco Moco for the first time and it was fantastic. It's a small place but the quality of the food is larger than life.

This is SUCH a cute little cafe!! The food was INCREDIBLE. The Kalua Pork was absolutely scrumptious, I honestly wish we'd gotten one to-go. I also had the Chicken "gorg" sandwich, which though delicious did not compare to the pork. Their acai bowls were also amazing. Once we ordered and sat down, an older gentleman gave us a flower for my hair and talked a bit about the best beaches to go to (getting advice from a local is always the best!!) I loved this place, highly recommend. :)

Seems like a popular place in the Kailua area. They have sandwiches, wraps, shakes and Acai bowls. We enjoyed a bunch of dishes, notably the Pitaya bowl which has a dragon fruit sorbet base, instead of Acai. Food was top quality and service was quick. Reasonable amount of seating inside.

Yummy! This place is a special find and I immediately saved it to my favs. I got the cold brew kona iced coffee and impossible burger with a side of potato salad. Kris got a pork quesadilla and a mango cheesecake. I have full confidence everything on their menu is worry it!

The food here was the best food we had during our stay in oahu! I'd recommend it to anyone looking for good, high quality food! The people are pretty great too! Loved the atmosphere and service here!

The food is beyond delicious. The service is 5 star. The prices are very reasonable. Locals eat here. Thanks. My hamburger steak was great and the smoothie was the best ever.

We really enjoyed our meal here!! The owner’s dad was so friendly and gave us really good recommendations for what to eat! Everything was delicious and (although not pictured) the Açai Bowl was to die for!! Deffo would come back!

On our last day in Hawaii, after driving around sightseeing, we looked for a brunch/ lunch local spot with good reviews. The Hawaii Island Cafe was top of the list with wonderful reviews. We ordered two Acai bowls - the Bellows and the Pitaya, both were so incredibly fresh and delicious. We also ordered the Chicken margarita pizza and the Hawaiia pizza. The staff were so friendly and attentive even though they were pretty busy after we arrived.

One of our favorite breakfasts on Oahu. We loved the waffles, eggs and Acai bowl. This is probably my favorite Acai bowl
