Super chill place, friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of different alcoholic drinks like, beer, cider, hard kombucha, saison, and more. If I hadn't moved, I would definitely be going there more often. Also, if you like belgian style and malty beers try the beer in the photo.

Delicious food, delicious drinks, and convenient location at South Shore marketplace! We sat outside and ordered way too much food, but regretted nothing. My personal favorite was the ahi pate and chimichurri wings. My boyfriend loved the guava smoked pork! The beer was selection was great - ranging in $0.50-0.60 per ounce (at least the ones I had). The handles are on the wall, and you're given a "key" to use to pull down the handle, so no one is directly touching them. All staff are wearing masks, and South Shore requires masks while inside the building. Highly recommend reservations because it seems like a popular spot. We'll definitely be back again!

This place has an amazing selection of beers and ciders. They only charge for the amount of alcohol you drink (it’s a per ounce price). I went with my husband and we enjoyed different citrus fruit flavored ciders such as guava, passion fruit, and raspberry-dragon fruit. Our favorite beer was the pillbox porter which has a sweet vanilla flavor. We had a few appetizers but our favorite was the beef empanadas. This place is a must go if you are a beer aficionado.

Cool idea to get however much of whatever beer you want and charge per oz on a card they give you. All local beers and a nice mix of ciders, selzers, sours, ipa's, Belgians, reds, porters, and even wine. Food was even better, one of the best grilled cheese's I ever had, and a nice selection of pupus, salads, tacos, burgers, and entrees. There is a parking garage right across the street in the Hokua.

Very creative concept serving various beers and drinks. However, the sandwich were crazy salty which is absolutely unhealthy. Flies over and over while I was dining there, which needs to be improved.

Caesar salad and lomo plate were delicious. Cool way to sample the different varieties of beer. They ask for a debit/credit card to setup their beer cards. You head over to the beer wall and place your beer card over their chip reader and it allows you to pour beer. The card keeps track of how much you pour and the price of it in the card. They have wine to sample the same way. Once you’re done, you hand them back the beer cards and they add up your total of everything you’ve consumed and charge your original debit/credit card the total amount.

Excellent cozy ambience indoor and outdoor seating. Over 6 wine and 18 crafted locally made beer taps. Self serving concept with a card to access each tap and pour your own flavors. I ordered the Beef Empanada with the Mango Daze (shandy tasting sweet) beer which I felt was a good compliment together. I also had the Red Zeppelin, Black Beauty and the Chewbacca. All pours were charged by the ounces. Enjoyed everything including the friendly, courteous and personable staff receptionist and server. I'll be back.

Was walking around looking for a place for myself and 2 kids. Decided to try this place after seeing they had kid specific items on the menu and high chairs available! Server was super nice and helpful. For the kids, you got a great portion of chicken, potato wedges and grapes!! Cheese quesadilla was yummy according to my daughter. They also had cool little wax toys for the kiddos. I had the Ahi Burger and it was fantastic. Spicy aoli for the potatoes was great too! I didn't get to try the beer tastings, but looked super fun!! Defn recommend!

The food menu was updated from the last time I visited & I was very impressed. The mussels, ribeye & shrimp burger were perfection. As always the beer and wine selection was on point and delicious as well

This place is fantastic! Really great food! Highly recommend the fresh Ahi Tuna burger and the Poke Bowl. Also the empanadas are outstanding for a starter. They have a very cool beer and wine wall with local brews. You pour what you want to try. Overall I can highly recommend Off The Wall.

Pour your own beer, wine, and/or seltzer from various wall taps. Not a huge selection to choose from. Order at the counter, not from the table. Great atmosphere - live music on the weekends.

This was such a fun place! There are tons of beer choices (with a few wine choices) and I got to try some of the food, which was good! This is just such a fun idea and execution, and the look of the place is so cool too.

The mead here is delicious. The brunch menu is tasty too. The ambience with live music is great. The service is decent and attentive. You check in with your credit card first and get a tap card to fill your drinks at the self service taps.

I’ve been here on a few occasions with some co-workers. They have a curated selection of local craft beers, ciders, and wine. Food is always fantastic and plentiful.

Great little craft beer and wine bar with excellent food! It's a "pour your own" place so you pay buy the ounce. Great selection of craft beers! Perfect for a nice evening out with friends! Casual and modern.

Cool place in the center. Can get drinks off da wall.

Such a fun concept. You put your card on the reader and pour as much, or as little, as you want. They have a good variety of both beer and wine so no matter what your preference they have something for you! While you are enjoying your drinks it's worth perusing the food menu. An excellent selection of shareable plates or something just for yourself! The food is excellent, we tried a few items and based on that I'm certain you can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

Just Went there last Friday for my husbands bday As soon as we got there I was welcomed with the hostess flirting with my husband (we both noticed) Kept my cool, didn’t want to ruin the night. My husband asked her what flavor wings she recommended and she said salt and vinegar. Which we usually like so we went with it. They were the worst wings we had EVER had. Worse than a Pizza Hut wing. It was pale, soft and greasy. We took one bite and sent them back. Felt pretty grossed out. Had some drinks, that was cool and different. Would go again just to stop in with some friends to have a drink and then go somewhere else for food. Definitely need some better staffing and cook! Zero love was put into the food we ordered. Gave two stars only for the unique beer tasting option.

I enjoyed the food. They allow you to pour your own beer and wine and pay per ounce. I thought this concept was really cool. — I liked that I could try several local beers without investing in the entire beer. I would recommend you try this place out!

Overall it was a decent experience. The pour and pay system was fun since you can choose different drinks (and quantities) to sample at your own leisure. All of the beers and ciders are local so it’s a great way to check out the Hawaii craft brew scene under one roof. When we went there were offerings from Paradise Ciders, Broken Boundary, Beer Lab, Waikiki Brewing, and Aloha Brewing. Nothing from Hana Koa unfortunately. We also got some food, and the South American inspired dishes were interesting and tasty. However, they are expensive for the portion size. I will be back since it’s a fun experience, but I will probably only go to drink and not to eat.

Didn't try the food, but the 'beer on tap' was such fun. Pick you beer, pour (and drink) by the ounce, and drink at your leisure .. What a great experience!

  • 5/5 Nick H. 2 years ago on Google
They have a solid selection of rotating beers, wines and ciders on tap. It is a cool system where you pour for yourself so if you just want to sample some stuff you can. The food here is also fantastic. I've only tried a few things but it has all been great, the burgers, the vegan bowl, and the mussels. It is a chill spot, nice place to relax or work remote for a bit.

Off The Wall is excellent. The beer and wine system is so convenient and safe for covid. You get a card and a key so you don't have to touch anything. The pork bowl was tasty and full of good meat. The crispy Ahi tuna burger was exceptionally good. The piece of fish was so fresh and cooked so well. The beers and wines are all fresh and there is a large selection. The prices are reasonable and the service is nice. There is also ample outdoor seating which is good for covid as well.
