Close to University of Hawai'i Mānoa, be careful driving in and out of this park's parking lot. Stalls are angled, and it is a one-way circular driveway. You are exiting on a curved down slope on Dole Street, so cars will be rushing at you and it is difficult to see since there is a lot of on-street parking. Forget about turning left out of this driveway. You will be waiting a while. There are sidewalks on both sides, and a lot of foot traffic from students and skateboarders. Minimal handicapped parking. Not a lot of parking in general, actually. Maybe 20 stalls? Bathroom stalls are typical for public parks. Low on toilet paper, no soap. Bring your own antibacterial spray and or hand wipes. Other than that, this is a relatively nice park if you live in the area and don't mind walking to it. Hard tennis courts are a nice feature. Relatively safe, probably due to the proximity of University of Hawai'i Mānoa faculty housing and the university in general. Lot of Faculty families and their kids, some students. Easy-going vibe. Cute play yard for kids. No slide but modern and has safety mats below. 2 swings and metal monkey bars in separate area next to center.

Absolutely wonderful Park! Bathroom facilities, fresh running water, plenty of room for dogs and cats and kids. There were a couple of homeless people that look liked they just stumbled out of the erotic exotic ball in San Francisco still rolling in the bushes covered in poop sperm and blood and the smell of burnt heroin and crystal meth was in the air, but, for the most part they kept to themselves and when they did participate or were engaged in a conversation with anyone they were very helpful and polite and respectful and turned out to be completely harmless, unless you're playing chess! These guys were world-class champions going unnoticed. I guess the poop and sperm were more alluring than any national chess tournament and the prestige comes with, but I digress. I recommend this park to anyone who is breathing as well as anyone who is not. Aloha and have fun

The park was redone recently and is in good shape! The basketball courts and tennis courts are free and really nice and we'll used. The lights are perfect and there is a large grassy Park/field there too. Sometimes there are skateboarding people in the park that can a bit overwhelming but it has been minor when I was there. Shockingly parking is easy and I've always found a spot. Park is well used and appreciated by the community.

Nice park. Pretty much has everything for the family. Has a community pool, basketball, tennis courts, playground for the kids and baseball field to practice or run around.

Small, but good enough for Maryknoll Grade to have their 8th grade get away. I guess it is because there is a pool there to where the kids can swim also.

Fun park. Not much for really young kids, but my 6 year old loves going here.

Most maintained park I've been too in Hawaii. Has a pool and newly renovated playground and courts.

Great sense of community at the park! While my grandson is very young the older kids and their families were very kind. We watched as people swam, played tennis, practiced football and soccer, and others just enjoyed being together outside!

Big park with little playground, swimming pool, restroom and a parking lot. Local grade school use the big lawn as their back yard. Taking kids to the field for school activities. View of the park is not so pretty. The park is built on the slop, so be expecting to walk stairs or handy cap. Usage on the weekdays are minimal. The local government currently giving out warnings to all non-park users who dominated the parking lot. Once we leave the park, our vehicles that parked in the parking is subject to get citations.

Nice community park located near the University. Vagrants using the facilities takes getting used to.

Took the bus 17 minutes to get here and it wasn’t worth it unfortunately. Play structure is majority metal- meaning in the sun it gets HOT. Also in a quiet area, so mid day Mon through Fri your kid will probably be playing alone.
