My dog had fun at first, but I think people need to start utilizing the small dog area when appropriate. Had a guy kick my 8 month old puppy for chasing his small probably terrier mix. Yes She's 50 pounds, but that's the whole purpose of the two areas. If you're not comfortable with how larger dogs play don't use the large dog area. My puppy is Border Collie/Poodle mix instinctively likes to chase and she's very energetic, not aggressive. Will not be going back. Sticking with my usual dog park.

Chief always loved coming here. The park is spacious and open. Lots of bowls for water, and bags for waste. Park is well maintained. We have never had any experiences with aggressive dogs here. We drive from Makiki to come to this park and the drive is worth it.

Great place for my grandson/dog. He's a 80 pound pitbull but he had the best time with small and larger dogs. Park tends to be crowded after work hours but pretty empty during noon/hot hours. Weekends are very crowded so plenty of friends for your dog to play with!

Nice dog park. Two areas; <18 lbs & >18 lbs. A couple benches and trees on each side, and water fountains & doggy bowls. The grass is a bit burnt with seedlings, but it's a good time for the pups.

Probably the nicest dog park we've been to in Hawaii. Grass is short, very well maintained, super clean. Very large, open, and flat park, so it's easy to see everything and where the dogs are. Some well placed trees with good shade. Separate areas for smaller dogs. Also at night the parking area is lighted, so dogs can still play closer to the entrance area since there's light there.

Our go to park to take our dog! We live in town so it's a little out of the way but we like it there! Not too crowded and lots of parking!

We take our dogs there quite often. I love that they have an area for dogs that are 18lbs or less. One of our dogs is terrified of larger dogs because hes been attacked on 3 other occasions (not at the dog park). Its nice to know that theres a safe place for him to go to. The volunteers do a great job keeping it clean and theres ample dog bowls and balls to keep your pups happy. Theres also two water stations and well spaced trashcans for poop bags. They also have a receptacle for donated bags for people that have forgotten to bring their own.

Its always great atmosphere just make sure Lola and the other dogs stay hydrated. Try and keep the park clean as it's our own park.
