I have been a fan of Lion Coffee for years. Every time I visit Honolulu I load up. This time we got a chance to go on the factory tour. Turned out there were the only the two of us so we had a private tour. The guide was very informative. We learned about the history of Lion Coffee and the process from start to finish. The smell of coffee in the factory was intoxicating! Parking - They have covered parking in what looks like the warehouse of a gazillion coffee machines. Very interesting. The coffee is not cheap but it was worth it, especially the 100% Kona. We got a 10% off coupon for being tour participant, but at the cashier there was some confusion as to what was covered by the coupon. We ended up paying full price for most. Not a huge deal but would help if the terms were clearly printed on the coupons.

Rich history for a richer coffee! Looking for quality Hawaiian Coffee, look no further. Prices are super fair and their cafe is beautiful. Small coffee museum inside is a must for those interested in the coffee business and market here in hawaii. The owner is there and has worked hard to make this a great place with great people and coffee. The aloha spirit lives here and the people make it a great place to frequent!

Lion coffee sells coffee for events. Can pay a deposit on these aeropress and choose whatever coffee you want. New lion is not as cool as the old one, but progress, right? Everything changes. Seems like more seating with the updated cafe area. They now have hot bentos and musubis, premade, in addition to the small cold selection and breads and cookies. Factory Tour available in English and Japanese.

Wry friendly staff. Of course plenty coffee options. The place is very spacious and organized. As per customer service they used to serve some pastries but no more besides some rice bars. They have nice merchandise and wall for selfie

Amazing experience! First time in Honolulu, landed at airport and needed coffee! It was the first place we stopped at 10 mins from airport. Definitely worth a stop in! Extremely friendly and great coffee!

CUSTOMER PARKING AVAILABLE 3 DOORS DOWN! This cool urban setting is qorth the visit. My husband had tried Lion's Toasted Coconut coffee in Kailua, so we decided to check out the cafe. It is a really neat setup with all the roasting equipment right there in the warehouse. They even had free grounds available in the parking area in a wheelbarrow. Didn't get to take the tour as we were heading to the airport, but spent some time in the cafe and really enjoyed it. Great stop for gifts and good coffee. You can sample almost all of the coffee before you decide which one to get a big cup with. The light-medium roasts were my favorite. They also have nitro cold brew, but it wasn't my favorite. Highly recommend!

Great coffee! Nice and helpful staff. Large variety of coffees including a number of Chefs' Blends like Sam Choy, Roy Yamaguchi, and Alan Wong. Parking is a challenge. Somehow tourists manage to find their way there and seem to enjoy he coffee and shopping.

They sell coffee and some merchandise, and there's also some exhibits and old photos. You can get hot or iced drinks as well. Kind of an unusual location, so it wasn't crowded. Parking on the street.

The aroma from the street is amazing. Affordable pricing. Spacious atmosphere is not bad, but it could be a little more cozy feeling. Overall the quality and prices are good. I plan to return.

I enjoyed myself and the coffee. The tour happens M-F at 1030 and 1230. It was interesting and you get 10% off. Nice way to spend an hour

This is a quaint little shop in the middle of an industrial area. The coffee is excellent and well worth a stop if you’re in the area. Pick up some freshly ground coffee and enjoy a cup at the cafe. :)

Great service. Awesome coffee and non-coffee drinks. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking just down the street in adjacent bay. It's labeled lion customer parking.

Honestly some of the best coffee me and my family have ever had! Perfectly sweet, but not too much to make you feel sick. The hot chocolate had a wonderful flavor and the two ladies working the counter were so kind and amazing the whole time we were in the store! Definitely coming back with friends next time!

I specifically came here to check out the store and to do the tour. I had a wonderful touring experience and a professional team. Listening to the past and seeing how the factory looks from roasting the beans to packing the finished product was amazing. They gave a little souvenir at the end of the tour which is a small bag of Lion 's original international blend coffee, one tea bag, and a coupon to be used in the shop.
