If you ask for glass coffee mug, they have ONE! Liked the bacon Swiss croissant, and small Americano. Satisfactory for the small size lunch I was looking for while repairing Htelom phone lines on Manoa rain.

I find that this location is phenomenal. I love that all of the baristas are so friendly and kind and that they are rarely understaffed making the experience quick and easy. The coffee is delightful and flavourful and there are many options to choose from. I would 10/10 recommend this Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf location. ☕️

Dine in is open now (4/5/22). Friendly staff and always welcoming. Mask not required while dining in. The coffee bean app is still not accepted here

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I ordered a "hot americano" and they gave a "2x machiado", I ordered the largest size cup and they game me a smaller one. When I try to tell them they had the order wrong, someone else came, an asian looking guy who I believe was a supervisor, and he told me that the order was right, implying I was laying to him. I said: "no, that's not what I ordered". He insisted: "yes, that's what you ordered". Now, he was not the person who took the order, so he has no way to know what my order was. I insisted the order was wrong so he went to the office to look for the ticked. About 15 minutes later he came to my table, where I was waiting with nothing to drink and simply said: " we got you what you paid for, if you want a hot americano, you have to pay an extra $1.05" At this point I was very irritated. I have been a customer at this place for years now. I thought they could have, as a courtesy, simply gave me the drink I wanted, specially after I waited soo long, and the error was on their side. I am foreign and I do speak with an accent. I imagine the girl who took the order didn't undestand me and took a guess. She never said something like: "excuse me, I couldn't undestand what you said", she just gave me whatever she wanted. Finally I said: "it takes too long to get a coffee here" and I asked for a refund. This guy, whos name never told me, acted like making fun of me and while he was giving me a refund he had a give smile that he kept all the while. I felt very disrespected. This guy was truly making fun of me. If you don't care for my business at all, you'll never get it again. I'll get my coffee at Sturbucks from now on where, everytime I go, they call me by my name, and they know what my drink is. Your service is lousy.

Had a cup of hot Mocha latte with my dogs outside and just did some people watching and the ambience in the complex.

First of all, great coffee. There are so many flavors and menu items to choose from! I have a severe nut allergy and the barista on duty to great care of me by cleaning all the equipment and washing her hands before making my drink. Great place! Arrive early/get dropped off. Parking is a little on the wild side.

Bathroom has been out of service for over a year. Big in convenience for students studying here. We pay for the coffee and good service. Inconvenience makes it 1 star.

First time here. Not familiar with menu so wasn't sure how to order a shaken espresso. We got there though and the scone was delicious!!!

Coffee Bean has gone downhill in general over the past few years but this one is the worst. I’ve had many bad experiences and stopped coming here for years….it’s 9am and I came in for a light roast. They didn’t have any and didn’t want to make any. They said it’s too expensive. They also charge you so much more for everything and for things like a cup of water. This place is a joke. Management is the worst and double-downs on bad customer service. I went across the street to the green building for the light roast and noticed they messed up and brewed dark. I told them and they jumped right on it. I got a cup of water for free and when I get a iced tea I can get free refills, instead of being charged $4.00 for one at coffee bean. Bye bye.

Manoa Marketplace is Charming and away from crowds and so the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf up there is small but has some nice outdoor seating. You don't feel like you're being surrounded by tons of people. I find the coffee that they make to be excellent, far superior to anything Starbucks can do. Besides there's a Safeway right next door so it's terrific you can do your grocery shopping and have a coffee or have a coffee BEFORE your grocery shopping. However when the students are at UH be aware that there may be a lot more crowding at the coffee shop than otherwise.

One of the best coffee shops on Oahu. You really get a sense of the old-school here. It's hard to explain, but it's just a much different vibe than the dark nemesis across the street, with their over-roasted charcoal flavored beans. If one closes their eyes, they can image they are in SFO or Seattle...

My friend and I were the only customers at the counter with simple beverage orders. There were 3 staff members behind the counter talking to each other and completely ignoring us. Talia finally took our order but was miserable about it, taking only my friend's order..she walked away to talk again with the other staff members and when she came back she didn't listen to me as I ordered a simple iced tea. Her voice was so low I could barely hear her and she truly was totally disinterested. Later a group of her friends came in and she perked up, even sitting at a table with them. Starbucks is right across the street. I'll go there next time because service here was beyond horrible. Plus, the trash was overflowing and trash was on top of the trash container.

Not as popular as the better known mermaid shop but a good place to purchase small bites and caffinated drinks. The lines here are usually shorter and never too busy so thats a plus.

Haven't been here for awhile but I still enjoy their blended drinks, sandwiches, and wraps. Too bad they no longer offer the blueberry blended drink. It's one of my favorites.

Just stopped in to grab a quick coffee. Unfortunately, they were running low on half-and-half, so I ordered my coffee with milk in place of half-and-half. I just wanted the cold milk to cool down my coffee a little. The guy ended up steaming the milk for me (which isn't what I wanted, but bless him for trying). I appreciate the thought, though.

Refused restroom service, clearly a health code violation for open and functioning restaurant with indoor seating. No aloha spirit here! Contacting health department.

Friendly staff. None of the Hawaii Coffee beans use the app. Do not put your gift card onto the app. It is a hassle for the baristas.

Friendly staff. Knows my family and I by name. Recommend to anyone to stop in for their amazing ice blended drinks.

You can actually taste the coffee in their white mocha lattes. The arrows on the floor could direct human traffic a bit better and their serving counting is in the far back left. Theres also a little bookshelf in the back right to check out.
