Beautiful stairs entering the caffe! Friendly staff in a casual environment. Menu is delicious. Bowls and espresso drinks are excellent. Great place to grab and go as well.

Clean, cute, professional, and best pre-hike food 🥝 Conveniently located in the lobby of the Ohana East Hotel but stair access is available through the street-- cutest stairway that you can't miss by the way!!! I'd definitely recommend!

Visiting for our honeymoon from Houston Tx and both I and my husband loved this cute place. Breakfast was really good! By far the best spot we’ve been to. Will definitely recommend this spot to friends. Not hard to find but can easily be missed since it’s an upstairs shop and the door is next to another business. They do put a sign out on the street walkway. 4 stars because they charge $27 for a bag of their ground coffee!!! I think that’s outrageous!!

If you’re close by in the Waikiki area, this is the place to go! The açaí bowls are big, tasty and colorful. The big breakfast, shown below is amazing and was worth every $. The coffee choices are good and just a regular coffee is tasty and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s not the cheapest place around but it’s worth the price for the food. The coffee prices are standard with any other coffee shop. Highly recommend!

Very tasty spot! First time trying an açaí bowl, and it was super tasty! Hub’s waffle was good but lacked in the protein department (he desires meat). Busy place but the 4 ladies working were keeping up with the flow quite well. If you’re trying to find it, it’s by the hotel vehicle entry, up a beautifully painted set of stairs

The most gorgeous, instagram worthy cafe spot in Waikiki! 😍 Every corner/angle was beautifully decorated. It’s hidden so you have to really look for the sign to go upstairs. They sell coffee, açaí bowls, waffles, smoothies, and breakfast items. We ordered the guava waffle, tropical açaí bowl, and 2 coffees. You have to go here!!! Friendly staff, lots of cool seats for you to enjoy your drink or food.

Their espresso is awful. I don’t think they tuned their espresso machine. I paid too much for this. Nice interior decoration.

The best coffee in Waikiki! We had breakfast here almost daily! Food nice and fresh, really tasty! The atmosphere really cozy. Place is clean and stuff extremely friendly. They always have enough room to eat inside.

clean and nice little cafe, not busy but tons of good reviews on google map. ordered acai bowl, not bad but over priced for sure. the place is cute and insta worthy, mostly tourists. staff is friendly and attentive, enjoyed my time there.

Loved the decor and the ambience of this place. I also really wanted to give their acai bowl 5 stars but it was somewhere between a 3.5 and 4. It just didn't have the right texture, but the bowl overall was still good and the rest of their food was great. I would go again ✨️

The coffee shop was hidden but very cute. You walk up colorful stairs to a very well decorated coffee shop. We got an iced vanilla latte and a regular coffee. The Iced vanilla latte was tasty, strong and not too sweet. The regular coffee was more warm then hot. They also served breakfast and açaí bowls of which we did not partake. I would go again for the vanilla latte

Came to get some coffee and and ended up getting pineapple coconut bread too lol. Omg the caramelo macchiato iced coffee is so good. I love the way they wrapped the bread the paper is so cool with so much info on certain places in the island. I will definitely have to come back for a salad tonight for dinner looked beautiful.

Nice place hidden away in a corner. Either walk up the colorful stairs or take escalators to the hotel and restaurant is in front of reception. waffles are really good. We tried guava and green tea flavors and, weren't disappointed at all. However, coffee was not up to the mark. Tried cappuccino with almond milk and felt that coffee was not strong; may be I should have asked for more espresso shots. Staff was friendly and cheerful. Wish they had a few savory options. Highly recommended.

Cute coffee shop within a hotel . It is also accessible via stairs on the main street. The food ( ham and cheese on a croissant) was delicious. It came with a side salad, edible flower and a slice of pineapple. The coffee was nothing special. Flavor was underwhelming but at least it had nice latte art. No wifi. Good place for groups since lots of seating and there is ac!

They serve a small selection of waffles, and breakfast items. I chose a Chocolate banana mocha with their tuxedo waffle. Definitely a sweet treat. Is it real food? Absolutely not. Is it delicious? Absolutely.

Great place to have breakfast 😋 😊. No wait time. Great atmosphere. Chill music 🎶 in the background. Welcoming employees. Tasty and creative breakfast plates. Waffles 🧇, bacon 🥓, eggs 🍳, veggies, and fruits. You'll get there all you need. 4 stars due to lack dairy free milk. They do offer alternatives, but ... you already know. No lactose free milk in a coffee place is a no-no.

Delicious food and yummy drinks. We got the fruit french toast and the guava waffle, and chai latte and caramel macchiato coffee. It was very busy when we went so we had to wait in line a bit, but definitely worth it.

It was our first acai bowl and I can confidently say I'm addicted! The lattes were very yummy and it's a very cute spot to have some food. A bit on the pricey side but it's expected with it being in a central location.

It's a coffee shop with breakfast that includes waffles, smoothies, eggs and bacon, croissant sandwiches, Bagel sandwiches. It's a good looking spot with use that open up to the hotel pool. I had the egg tomato cheese ham croissant sandwich with a very nice spring mix salad and slice of pineapple.

My favourite Honolulu cafe, without a doubt! The waffles, açai bowls and croissants are all delicious and the iced latte (with a variety of flavours you can add in) is one of the best I’ve tried. The interior is gorgeous, tucked away inside the Ohana Waikiki East hotel. But the most wonderful part thing about Hawaiian Aroma Caffe is its beautiful staff - the most genuine, friendly and down to earth people who make you want to keep coming back. 100% worth a visit for a quick bite and a big smile ❤️

Pleasant, clean and comfortable interior. Attentive staff and quick service. Hidden entrance you’ll only recognize if you’re looking for it. I’ll be back 😁

Good acai bowls, and variety of waffle options were available. Omelettes were also tasty. Ambience in the place and the decorations, paintings are worth a visit here.

We visited different Hawaiian Aroma Caffe locations . Each of them have good ambience, vibes, decorations, paintings. We had the morning feast, croissant sandwich, acai bowl with granola -fresh fruit and coffee. Worth the visit.

Excellent coffee and atmosphere! Entrance is just up some stairs or of you need an elevator, just around the corner. Will be coming again!

This place was a little easier to get into and out of for breakfast than some others, and the breakfast and coffee were great. Neat little stop - attached to the hotel I think, but prices were like those for a normal coffee shop.

  • 3/5 Thomas D. 2 years ago on Google
Great spot, nice vibe. Good for a relaxed morning. Waffles are good but just your normal waffles. Acai bowls are nicely done, but not the best in the neighborhood. The place excels in it's vibe so still worth a stop but not for the best food.
