Small place, but the food is BIG on flavor. I've eaten here 5 times and the club sandwich on the Jalapeno bagel is always my favorite! Friendly, professional staff, clean, nice atmosphere. Going to use the bathroom can be a challenge. I got a key from staff, had to leave out the back door, down a long hallway that appears to be shared with other restaurants. When I returned, the back door was locked and I had to bang on the door several times before someone let me back inside the restaurant.

We found this little gem searching for brunch on a Saturday morning. Metered parking right in the front. Cozy, clean cafe. Great, friendly customer service. I ordered The Club on a jalapeño bagel. The bagel was literally perfect. Super soft and subtle flavored jalapeño. Seriously the best bagel I’ve ever had. The kids had a Nutella bagel which they obviously loved. We also ordered the Smoked Salmon Salad, Thai Coffee and Chocolate Banana Croissant. Everything was great! 10/10!

Their quality has dropped significantly in the past couple of years... Sadly too. Their bagel sandwiches were awesome. Today was a different story, and I feel really bad writing this review. Still ate the sandwich because I paid for it, but the pictures will show that the bagel was totally soggy, like it wasn't cooked all the way through, or a sauce sat on the face of the bagel for a really long time. Obviously it's still edible, but a huge disappointment. Also the salad dressing was just oil and Italian seasoning... They used to have a really nice dressing, and the salad is really sad too, just those bag spinach salads from Costco type... Also the strawberry Nutella bagel, was a sad looking bagel... It was cut off, and the strawberries were really sad, I understand it's not quite strawberry season anymore, but again, quality... Edit: just checked out the plain bagel, and it's barely toasted... Like they threw it on the grill for like 2 seconds on each side.. But the kicker, is that it's cut so wonky... It's dished in on the bottom side where it's super thin... Really sad. It's sad when the quality of restaurants start out so strong, and as the years go by, things start going downhill... The customer service was good, accommodating with the switch of the bagel from strawberry to play for the Nutella. The cashier was new but really kind, so overall, this place is just not as it was when they first opened. 2 stars for service

Excellent bagel sandwiches (they’re huge!), nice coffee and wine selection, and great atmosphere. Convenient location too!

When I found out they were pup friendly INSIDE!! I started coming almost daily lol. Live nearby and love the pups can come in to cool off from the sun and have a bite to eat. Their bagel sandwiches are huge, always very amenable to requests like heavy on the cream cheese, frying bacon very lightly, etc. so so nice! All of the staff are always friendly and happy and they welcome my pups :) and all the pups in our neighborhood really. They are open all day but closed on Sundays and they have a happy hour that seems very popular. All the food we have tried has been super fresh and good, from regular bagels and cream cheese to the sides of bacon or scrambled eggs for the pups, to the lunch sandwiches and side salad. All so good. Have yet to pop in for their soft serve but it’s on my list! Also love that they serve fruit infused water and it changes daily! Sometimes citrus sometimes berries, and it’s free!

The staff was friendly and pleasant. The atmosphere is quiet and quaint. They have a great selection of food to go on the bagels. Will definitely return. Thank you Cafe Grace.

Cute little shop (around 20 seats) that had a good variety of sandwiches and drinks along with a dinner menu. It was our first visit and the person at the counter was very sweet and patient with us as she went over the menu with us. She recommended the pastrami and club sandwiches (comes with either salad or soup) which my husband and I loved. Additionally got a soft serve for dessert and it hit the spot. We'll definitely be back!

I honestly wasn’t too impressed with this cafe. The staff is wonderful! Sweet, kind, friendly- which I really appreciate. I ordered the Egg White Pesto Bagel. They said they were out of egg whites (and I understand they’d want to save cost by not using regular eggs for this and using the carton of egg whites, but I wish they would make an exception if they’re OUT of egg whites). So they subbed a regular egg patty. I also asked for no cheese and they put cheese. The sandwich in general was overly oily/buttery for my taste. There was also a dressing on the side salad that I personally didn’t enjoy- tasting a bit sour with an odd texture. None of these issues are too big of a deal and some are just personal preference, but it was unfortunate to have a multitude of smaller issues with a spot I was hoping to really enjoy. The setting has a pretty nice atmosphere. Probably about 15 or so seating options and more seating along the little complex that it’s a part of. There’s just quite a few cafe options in Kaka’ako that I would choose over this one from this experience.

Came on a Saturday morning. Friendly, local customer service. Ordered the Tuna Melt with everything bagel. It was delicious! Thai coffee was good too! First time coming here so we weren't sure what to expect, but we are happy we checked them out! Will definitely be back and will recommend this place.

Honey cream cheese fruit bagel was AMAZING! Did NOT expect that. Immediately wanted a second one. Acai bowl was good but wouldn't pay $11 for a second one. Both was delivered to me, and quality was still great. Eager to try other items.

I found this spot from another local guide and I'm glad I tried it. The Avo Tuna melt was actually good and filling. I Only eat one half. The atmosphere was chill and the decor, welcoming. Just wish they offered a wheat or whole grains type of bagel. Overall, I'll be back! Service was nice too!

Super friendly staff (morning shift 8/19!), MONDO breakfast and delicious to boot. Their pesto was 😙🤌🏼. Environment is actually the #1 thing I look for in a coffee house if I plan on hanging out, and they got it cozy and nice.

I have been here a few times now and enjoyed it. They have yummy sandwiches and drinks! My favorite is the lox! I tried the soup today and it was equally and yummy and well seasoned.

The Tiramisu Toast was fantastic. Light and fluffy and not too sweet. The staff was very friendly and up beat. Thanks for a great brunch.

Smoked Salmon was absolutely amazing, staff were super friendly. I forgot her name but I asked the girl at the register to surprise me with a coffee since I didn’t know what I wanted and she did not fail the task. Overall super nice staff and a really nice environment, will be coming back again

Love the food that they have there! One of my favorites would be the chicken salad on an strawberry bagel because the grapes adds a refreshing taste. The bagels are fresh and can really fill you up very easily. Would highly recommend to come here for a meal.

Probably the best lunch venue in the entire strip mall. It's a little pricey but the food is good. I usually get the tuna melt when in a rush or a Kale Pot Pie if I'm dining in

If you are looking for a simple quick bite, this is a great place. Its October 2020 in Tier 1 so there is limited sitting inside. However, if no space to sit, there are some tables to sit outside. Service experience is wonderful.

The food was delicious and it looked beautiful. I ordered for a group of 15 people, and they had the whole order ready in 45 minutes. When I got there, they had it packaged with care and they were so kind. The soup (potato, spinach, carrot, and cream soup) was INCREDIBLE and I got the egg white & pesto sandwich and it was perfect as well. I would 100% recommend! Thanks, Nicole for making it such a good experience.

We love this place! Bagel Sandwiches and Bagel Pizza is amazing. Also, I like their Lattes too. Not like a chain stores their Moca aren't too sweet :)
