Friends and I enjoyed our evening at Little Joe's Steakhouse. It was the first time for all of us and we were impressed with the ambiance, the customer service, and the food. Two in our party ordered the rack of lamb - they were very satisfied with their dish. Two in our party ordered the ribeye - both said it was done well and was very tasty. One had the surf and turf - the filet mignon and the lobster were good size and satisfied the craving. One had the butterfish - generous size and very well prepared. We all received complimentary desserts as we were all celebrating our wedding anniversaries - nice, unexpected touch. Our server, Mark, displayed professional and helpful customer service. Will be returning!

My family and I were visiting from Los Angeles over the Christmas holiday. We made a reservation for a party of 12 for Christmas Dinner. The night prior I received a call from the restaurant offering us a private room for our party which we of course gladly accepted! From the moment we walked in the door our experience exceeded expectations. We were promptly brought to our room and received exceptional service from our waiter, whose name I believe was Brian, also from Los Angeles. I wish I would have taken pictures of the food because it was not only phenomenal but also a phenomenal value. We had several family style sides, appetizers and cuts of steak ALL of which were delicious. Many of of took advantage of the surf and turf special. The quality of the seafood was right on par with the rest of our meal. I would absolutely recommend Little Joe’s to anyone visiting Honolulu, it’s 1000% worth the little time it takes to step off Waikiki Beach.

Second time here. The first time was better. This food was a bit salty. We ordered the wedge salad, sauteed mushrooms and baked potato. The service was great. Parking is limited but it does wrap around the building. Valet is an option. The steak was a large portion and very tasty on my first visit. Even the leftovers tasted great the next day.

Little Joe's richly deserves a five-star rating. It's in a nondescript little strip, away from all the hubbub of Waikiki, and it is outstanding. The ambiance is warm yet modern, the service was flawless, and the ribeye medium-rare was the best steak I've ever had – and I'm from Texas, land of beef. Highly recommended.

Great experience here as usual. Nicole was awesome she was on point with us on our entire meal. Great suggestions and super honest. This is our regular go-to for a mid week steak dinner. Our only let down was our sides were a little sparce (6 small asparagus in an order and the baked Potato had a small scoop of sour cream and a half dab of butter decent bacon but not what we usually get when we go). Steak was great as usual, and the miso butterfish was mouth watering.

I've eaten here twice, and I couldn't be happier with both of my visits. The food quality and customer service have been absolutely magnificent. One of, if not my favorite steak house! If I had to say one thing, I'm not a fan of the barstool seating they have near the front of the restaurant. We were seated there on my first visit to Little Joes and it was very uncomfortable. The stools are awkward to sit on and the tables are small. Fine if you're having drinks and appetizers; not ideal for a full blown steak dinner with sides. The traditional seating towards the back half of the restaurant is far more comfortable and spacious. Parking can be a bit of pain since Little Joe's shares a lot with Liliha Bakery, which is always crazy busy. Finding a stall can be a luck of the draw. Overall, a great steakhouse that is worth your attention!

Tried this out for the first time. Heard from a friend it was a little similar to Signatures in Ala Moana hotel but cheaper. We went during happy hour so items were either $1-$9 off. Loved the fried zucchini! The fried shrimp wasn't what I was expecting and it was pretty plain tasting. Calamari was good with the chili dipping sauce. Steak was cooked as ordered but no flavor and the baked potato (additional $4.95) wasn't hot when served. The middle was cold. The passion fruit creme brulee was awesome. So tasty! Service was great as we knew the waiter which was a nice surprise. We may come again to try other items but it's a big maybe.

Great food, great atmosphere, great service, clean, very friendly staff. Ribeye steak perfectly cooked medium rare and tender. Baked potatoes with garlic taste on the other skin.

Sevice is great but the food was not my taste. The appetizers were savory but my entrées were not. I ordered a french onion soup which did not smell great (I anticipated that) but it was too sour for my liking. Then I ordered the scallops and a baked potato which was much better I personally dont think its worth the money.

Came here with friends. Ordered the lamb chops and mash potatoes. Was a delicious. Came the very next day by myself and ordered the prime rib, lamb chops, mashed potatoes and roasted mushrooms. First I sat at the bar (the same I did the previous day) but this time there were several small flies. I observed there was a servers plate of dirty glasses on the table right below where I was sitting that caused the flies. To be paying this amount of money and to be sat next to a plate of dirty glasses to attract flies from who knows where is unacceptable! I moved, got my food only to be served tough steak. For the amount of money, what you get should be what you pay for. Not only that, the server didn't bother to ask me if there was anything wrong when he saw I only took one bite. Didn't ask if there was anything wrong or even offer to remove it from the bill. It seems Hawaii has a poor choice of high end steaks that they try and pass off as "choice" and/or "prime," seeing how this is the third place that has don't this. Wouldn't recommend the steak but the lamb chops are pretty good even though the second batch didn't seem to be cleaned up as nice as the first. May sound petty but like I said, if I'm paying high end prices, my food should reflect that!!

We got the tomahawk steak, lobster tail mac & cheese, and asparagus. Everything was good, but not amazing. Price was average for the quality of the food. Lost parking available. They don’t sing happy birthday because some stuck up customers complained it was too noisy, I thought that was odd.

My Boss (Thanks Max!) took everyone in the company out here to a celebration. I must admit his taste is excellent. We were in a private area and we had extremely good service. The sides come out family style. The only thing (and this is over the top nit picking) the Amazing asparagus was slightly older than I prefer. It was awesome but I have to find SOMETHING that can be improved. The steak was in the top 5 best steaks I have had in my life. It was super thick and high quality. It was perfectly crispy on the out side and medium rare on the inside. I don't have the words to describe just how perfect it tasted. When you take a bite of something and it is so good it makes you sigh. Yeh, it was that good...

The steak sliders, the ribeye that almost sold out before I ordered, the passion fruit creme brulee, the Manhattan cocktail, everything we ordered was delicious and the staff was great. I liked the option to sit in happy hour room or the other dining area. We hadn't been there before so it was a nice way to ease into it.

Ordered during happy hour and had many food choices and great prices. Food was over all great, but wasn't a fan of the Potatoes Au Gratin. The sauce on the potatoes tasted like seafood stock was mixed in it. Service was great until we were forgotten about after our dessert.

We went to celebrate a 21st birthday and it was incredible. I had the NY strip and it was cooked to perfection. One of the best steaks of my life! The staff was friendly, attententive, and quick. My party never noticed a wait for anything. Fantastic dining experience definitely bring others for a memorable meal when visiting. Only problem I had was with parking, but that's expected on the island.

We came here to celebrate an anniversary. The food and atmosphere were amazing. For appetizers we ordered the scallop dynamite and fried calamari. For dinner we chose the arugula salad and Mac and cheese as sides, the t-bone and the Greek filet mignon as our entrees (sorry, I don't have a picture of the filet mignon), and for dessert we got the passion fruit creme brulee. They also gave us a complimentary vanilla gelato which paired perfectly with the creme brulee. 10/10 would go again.

This is my 3rd time here, twice for happy hour and one time for regular dinner. I like their surf n turf - delicious at a good price! Came on a Wednesday a little after 5pm. Walked in and was seated right away, this time at the high top tables - it’s dark inside. Twice prior, we were seated in the front room - brighter but felt excluded from the main dining room. Server brought us waters and gave us a few minutes. We exclusively ordered off the happy hour menu. The cheeseburger came with a big meaty and juicy patty, upgraded with arugula (instead of lettuce) and I believe the same sweet bread buns as Liliha Bakery. The onion rings are super crispy and delicious with the ranch dipping sauce. The steak tips are cooked in a sweet sauce (I like The Signature flavor better). The fish tacos (2) were good with a squeeze of lemon. The dynamite scallops were ok - two pieces cut in half. And the bacon Mac n cheese was yummy! For dessert, got the passion fruit crème brûlée- tart and sweet with that yummy crispy sugar topping! Service was great in the main dining room and the food came out quick!

Little Joe’s Steakhouse is a great place to get your steak fix taken care of. The food is delicious at a good price and the staff is super attentive and helpful. I prefer medium rare at most other steakhouses on the island but their medium was just right. Our waiter Matthew was very personable and gave us great recommendations and service all night!! I highly recommend coming out here for some great food and a good time.

Warmed greetings at the front. Nice ambiance and setting. Excellent choice of music in the background. The appetizers were mediocre, calamari was not worth the price. We decided on the Tomahawk steak 38 Oz, about 32 after cooked> spot on the temperature. Sides> the potatoes gratin was delicious. The Service was dry! Went more than half way on our meal without water refill! Overall > coming back? I might, it depends!

Had a wonderful time at Little Joe's. Everyone from the hostess, servers, helpers and managers were cordial and so accommodating. Our server Mercy went beyond all expectations! She was friendly, suggested items, checked on us, and just made sure everything was right. We came in at 4:30 so we could order happy hour items then moved to the dining side. You could order and eat your meal in the front bar area if you chose too. The ambiance was very nice! The food came out pretty fast. I wish the scallops were seared alittle more. The calamari and sauce was delicious and would have been perfect over a salad. The onion rings were nice and crispy. For dinner we ordered the seafood bisque and wedge salad. Bisque had a slight kick to it and salad was fresh and filling (even if it looked alittle small). Our main course was the rib eye and crab. The steak was seasoned and cooked perfect. Crab was very good. For dessert we ordered the Creme brulee...oh, my that was really good and thank you Little Joe for the birthday ice cream! The dress attire was alittle confusing! We felt overdressed after seeing people come in. Dress attire seemed like come as you feel comfortable. Some were in shorts and Tshirts to office wear (working in offices). But regardless, we had such a wonderful time. Thanks again to Mercy and the entire crew for all you have done to make our dining experience unforgettable!!

This place was ok. The salmon appetizer was delicious. The mac n cheese was super weird tasting. The crab legs were cheaper than the steak. The portions are big enough for 2-3 people so we ordered too much food. The crème brûlée was actually pretty terrible. The mushrooms were tasty. Service was good. But on a busy night it gets very loud in there heard you hear the person sitting next to you.

We came here for an early birthday dinner for my husband. The menu is all " Ala Carte"..The food was really good. My husband and friend had the Rib Eye steaks...it was huge. My friend's husband had the lobster tails..he said, "it's the best!" As for myself I had the "Panko Fried Chicken" it was good, very filling. The side dishes, sauted mushrooms, fried mushrooms, baked potato with the works, and fried calamari were also tasty. Price ranges ($10-65) for our meals. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. I rate this place 5 stars.

Amazing! Absolutely Delicious! Next visit to Hawaii definitely will come back! Mom had the Salmon, I opted for the Filet Mignon, my sister had the Ribeye.

This place is nice and the service was great. The only bad side was there was no warning for people who have food allergies. One of the dishes had peanuts which I'm highly allergic to.

Went to see what the hype is all about. Pretty nice ambiance, Seon our server was on it! First time we had a Ceasar salad with tomatoes. The Ahi pōkē was AMAZING!!!!! Ordered the Rib Eye and that's exactly what I got, a rib eye and nothing else on the plate, I know it's a steakhouse so we ordered sides.. mashed potatoes and bacon Mac n cheese...just seemed plain..personal preference? Surf and Turf was enjoyed by the wife. Chocolate cake for dessert!

The food here was incredible. Steaks were cooked perfectly, sides were big in size and tasted great and the appetizers were delicious. Great atmosphere and, believe it or not, great music! Price wasn't outrageous either especially for the quality. Service was outstanding as well. This is a 5 star steakhouse at a 4 star price. I'll definitely be stopping in here every time I visit Oahu.
