Quiora is exceptional in every way. When my boyfriend and I were looking for a place to eat, we landed here without reservations and opted against takeout as we wanted the entire rooftop experience. We made them when they became available two days later and boy what a treat 😍😋The food was terrific, and we watched Quiora's beautiful view of the Waikiki sunset, which will land this restaurant at the top of places to eat!

(Translated by Google) A casual Italian shop in Ritz-Carlton Waikiki. Tonight was Christmas and there was a $ 125 course. The à la carte was less than usual, but it was said that it could be prepared. This was a big mistake. I chose it myself. . . 3 appetizers. The hamachi carpaccio is full of fishy odors ... I didn't like the octopus squid ink, but the other hamachi kama laughed if it was Japanese. The taste is ok, but tiny. The feeling of purchasing cheaply in the market is overflowing. Next is pasta. Persimmon pasta is probably home-made hand-made noodles and is well cooked. It is the best taste I have eaten today, with a refined taste that takes advantage of the flavor of the salmon. Three fish ravioli are about 1/3 the size of Japanese dumplings. Small ... The taste was quite good. Mainly shrimp and white fish. This is not bad either. But tiny ... And the cauliflower on the side is scorching ... Dessert is a choice of tiramisu and panna cotta. It is delicious. Dessert is big for some reason. I like the thin seasoning while valuing the taste of the material as a whole, but all are made up of cheap materials such as shrimp, octopus, hamachi, etc. There is no. Even if we reduce the number of items, it is a pity that we should make the material attractive. Compared to Bernini near Ala Moana last year, satisfaction was less than half. What made me feel even worse was the atmosphere inside the restaurant, like the breakfast hall of a third-class hotel. All you have to do is put a table and chairs in a space where there was no other use, and make a restaurant appearance. Also, I wanted to put a little decoration, I put a wall with ALOHA letters on a wooden board with a surfboard, but the front was not good, but the back was bare without makeup and I could see the fastener Yes. Speaking of “casual” sounds good, but the atmosphere in this store will be disappointing even if you enter for lunch. However, customer service is a good impression. A smile came out and I can tell you that he always cares. Since the pasta was delicious, there is a sense of expectation that the usual menu seems to be satisfactory. But if you think that burnt cauliflower came out, I feel a little dangerous. It is a pity that the dishes are cheap. I'd like to go on a non-special day next time, but be careful on days when you want to cook course meals. Choose Taormina if you don't want to remove it in Waikiki Italian. If it's cheap, Appetito is also good.

I had a wonderful experience dining at Quiora. Quickly getting the worst out of the way: the beet and avocado salad just does not belong on the same menu with everything else I ate. Apart from that, the food was truly excellent. I tried the Spaghetti Carbonara, the Wood Grilled Fish, Strawberry Pineapple Lemonade, Fior de Latte gelato, and Salted Caramel Budino. The pasta was cooked to perfection. The fish was mahi-mahi and had an excellent texture and flavor with some spice to it. When the restaurant ran out of the cheesecake, the waitress subbed in both of the above desserts and did not charge. I was especially impressed by the Fior de Latte gelato. It comes with a cinnamon-infused balsamic topping that is far and away the best version I've never tried of dessert balsamic toppings. The ambience is relaxed and upscale, the outdoor seating is lovely, and the staff were friendly and extremely attentive. I don't think an empty plate lasted more than a minute on the table before being whisked away. I absolutely recommend dining here.

Beautiful view, food was good but don't expect the portions for dinner to be generous. Definitely a nice place to have a nice dinner and not be miserably full after! Service was fantastic, Ritz Carlton does valet and the restaurant validates for you. Drinks were awesome!

May 2023: Stopped by for dinner to celebrate my birthday. The view is amazing! We started with the polpetta meatball and fried brussel sprouts. Both starters were very tasty. I thought the brussel sprouts were a tad over fried/charred. The polpetta was made out of veal and had good texture. For mains, I tried the oxtail pappardelle so a rich wine sauce. The noodles were very good. I would order this again. The drink selection was good. I tried a hazy IPA from Beer Labs that was really good. I like that they have local craft brewery options vs the big national beer producers! For dessert, we tried the sea salt caramel budino. That was very tasty 😋! Overall, a nice dinner.

Great service and tasty food. Loved the burrata dish. Porchini pepardella was yummy. Also good wine selection. Nice outdoor sitting. Make sure to make a reservation.

Cannot recommend enough. If you’re wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of busy Waikiki then this is the perfect place. It’s nice and quiet, has great views and the service was outstanding - shout out to Cat for being great at her job. Not to mention, the food was absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced.

I would say it's 3 stars for food, 4 for atmosphere and 5 for service so depending on what you are looking for know that you can get a varied experience. The best part of the meal was the beginning and end. We had the prawn appetizer and they gave us a tiramisu to make up for the overly al dente pasta and half medium + half just under medium rare cooked steak (very odd). Overall the food was nice but we just felt nothing stood out for those prices and probably won't return with the current menu.

We had a great time at Quiora. The food was delicious and the view is awesome. We had the ravioli and the rigatoni. Both dishes tasted great, the ravioli pasta was a bit undercooked but the lobster filling was great. The servers were really attentive and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting a nice dinner.

My wife and I had brunch at Quiora the other day. A restaurant located inside the Ritz has a lot to live up to, and Quiora does just that. The service, ambiance, and food are all exceptional. My wife had two mimosas (guava and pineapple). The pineapple was her favorite. I had a couple breve lattes, which were wonderful. For our food, my wife ordered the eggs Benedict and I ordered the Loco Moco with a side of crispy bacon. We were wow’d by everything. With so many wonderful restaurants, it’s hard not to go to a new spot each time. Quiora was so great, I think we’ll have to go back again before we leave. Bottom line, if you’re looking for a classy brunch spot with exceptional service, ambiance, and food, Quiora is a win.

One of the best steaks of my life.... And I'm a foodie from Las Vegas! My daughter wanted to go here for her birthday and I'm so glad we did! The views are phenomenal. The service was perfection, and the food was outrageously good. It's definitely on the pricey side but absolutely worth it. I will definitely be returning for my next special meal.

Food was good , service was good . Are waiter was friendly and explained the items on the menu. Food presentation was also good .Good portions of food too. They even had live singer playing . The only thing that we had issue was that it looked dirty and not nice for it to be the Ritz. The management need more attention to detail like not placing silverware on dirty table and the seat were stained .

What an amazing place! Food was great and the service wonderful. They have a semi-outdoor seating area with sunset views. We particularly enjoyed that we had not the feeling of being “rushed out” of the restaurant. On the contrary: after dinner we were able to remain at our table for 2 more hours having drinks with friends! Thank you for a great night! We will certainly be back!

I'm sorry but I did not find this even close to authentic Italian food. I have lived in Europe the majority of my life and had the privilege of going to Italy multiple times and have experienced real Italian food I also have experience American Italian food this fell short. I got the carbonara which was served in a dog bowl of sorts it was a very mediocre presentation of a meal and that's all that was served a bowl with pasta which appeared to be some type of cheesy sauce with an egg on top with pancetta mixed in. Not really what you would expect of a traditional carbonara you would think when you charge $20+ for a bowl of pasta and a sauce you would have serve bread alongside it. The menu was extremely limited

The best part is the Fireworks 💥 Strong recommend to visit this place for Friday dinner. Otherwise daytime may work better. All it’s service team members are very nice. Overall taste good. The Holiday course is not as great as we thought.

I went to Quiora with a friend to try some good Italian food to catch a break from all the seafood we've been eating in Hawaii, and overall, this restaurant was decent. Quiora is located inside the Ritz Carlton hotel and only has outdoor and bar seating. The restaurant is located on the balcony and overlooks the Honolulu skyline and the ocean. I recommend coming here during sunset to catch some great views while enjoying a drink and a good meal. The restaurant has a very cozy, chill, and upscale vibe. We made an online dinner reservation and were seated right away when we arrived. We started off with tokubetsu sake- Tanaka 1789 X Chartier 'Blend 001* & Tanaka 1789 X Chartier Pavillon'. Both sake were the world's first blended sake from Miyagi, Japan. They were very smooth but honestly didn't feel anything special. We ordered patate arrosto for the appetizer. It consisted of small potatoes with the skin on. The citrus ricotta and spicy honey sauce on the potatoes was really good. For Entree, we ordered 2 pastas- mountain view farm pork rigatoni pasta & big island oxtail papperdelle pasta. The pork rigatoni pasta was a bit spicy. The tomato sauce was great, and the olives added a nice accent. The oxtail pasta was great, too, and the slight hint of pistachio flavor was a great touch. We also got tiramisu for dessert, but it was a bit underwhelming. The nuts in the tiramisu really took away from the flavor and added a texture that we didn't quite enjoy. Overall, it was a good experience. Our server was very friendly and attentive.

I recently had the privilege of dining at Quiora for their pasta tasting dinner. I have been to this fairly new establishment several times and must say that the consistent top notch food/service have made me a lifetime regular guest. Our pasta dishes were absolutely delicious with so much attention to detail and flavor. Perfectly paired with wines that also complimented the themed region of Sardinia. Service was seamless! Not only were we attended to by our server, but the entire staff seemed to be constantly paying attention to all the fine intricacies of service. Upon our departure we were given a personalized thank you card with an invite to the next tasting dinner, what a cute touch  Obiviously we will be accepting the invite. Thank you Kayla, Mindy, Dusty and all of the Quiora staff for a perfect evening!

Nothing compares to watching the sunset while eating dinner on one of the prettiest balconies in Honolulu. We ate here after recommended by a friend who grew up in the area and it was AMAZING! Service was lovely, weather was perfect, and the meal was mouthwatering. Couldn’t have asked for a better night.

Very pretty roof top bar and restaurant, located near the family pool at the Ritz. We had a marathon celebration drink at the bar. The presentation was gorgeous, the taste was a little different, not as good as, the ones we had the previous day and they are a little pricey. Very chill vibe. The staff were nice and helpful. The food looked and smelt great, but we did not try anything from the food menu this evening.

Quiora is located in the Ritz Carlton and had a very chill vibe. Jessica was our server for the evening and took great care of us and also took some really nice picture. There were few vegetarian options, mushroom dishes were really good, the red sauce pasta was ok. Drinks were really good too! We really enjoyed the experience and ambience. This restaurant had a very romantic vibe, we were with our friends and were able to spend quality time with live music in the background. Really enjoyed our experience overall and would recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a nice dinner experience in the area.

We came for lunch. The fans helped keep the area cool. It was very clean and quiet/ relaxing atmosphere. You have a nice view while eating. Our server Kiara was extremely professional and so sweet. She really made our experience here amazing. The food was great. We did the business lunch that was a steal of a deal and plenty enough food to fill you up. Food was very tasty.

The food was good with a nice view. We came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary while on vacation but was a little disappointed that we did not get any special treat for having to celebrate a special occasion. What's the point of asking if we're celebrating anything if it will be disregard anyway.

The entrees were small but tasty! It's more gourmet style and presented nicely. Prices are on the high end side. The seating is outdoors and the view is gorgeous. Customer service is outstanding! And only valet parking is available.

Great prix fixe lunch experience that offers a light but flavor-packed meal with a fantastic view. On my last day at the hotel, I decided to try lunch at Quiora. Opting for their Business Lunch deal, I found myself pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. I was warmly welcomed by the hostess and quickly got settled at a table with an enviable view of the city and the ocean. Starting with the Panzanella, the classic pairing of cherry tomatoes with goat cheese and bocconcino bocconcini was enjoyable but let down by the coarse focaccia pieces. A substitution with regular greens would have improved this dish. The main course, however, completely redeemed the meal. The Pesce alla Griglia featuring the catch of the day, a Spearfish, was an unexpected surprise. The fish, bearing resemblance to mackerel and tuna in flavor, had a firm texture and a balanced flavor, not overly dominant. The combination of chili crisps and citrus butter sauce added an umami punch that elevated this dish way beyond typical prix fixe lunch offerings. The dessert, Lychee Panna Cotta, sealed the deal. It exhibited an impeccable balance of sweetness from the berry compote and the consistency was just perfect.

Staff was extremely polite and helpful. The view is amazing especially at sunset. Price is a bit expensive especially for the size. The flavors were unique. I had the lobster and cheesecake.

We dined at Quiora for breakfast. I had the short rib braccioli and my honey had the loco moco. He said the meat was delicious and high quality. The braccioli was definitely different and that's why I ordered it, breakfast can get so repetitive. The view was fantastic and the service was on point. Was a super easy walk from Hilton Hawaiian Village. Would have been easy from Hokulani and Royal Hawaiian also.

I only came for cocktails, but service was on point and drinks were nicely blended. The view is pretty spectacular for waikiki, especially because it overlooks Fort DerRussy Park and you can see out into the ocean.

Christmas Day Dinner - It was a set five course menu. Not really my style of food, but overall it was pretty good. I think the normal menu would be better.

Absolutely amazing experience at Quiora. This restaurant is located in the beautiful Ritz Carlton hotel. There was a simple valet service at the front which made our entrance and exit painless. The outdoor dining ambiance is beautiful with lovely views of the pool and city. Every worker that we came in contact with from the hostess, to the servers, to the manager were all incredibly kind and made our dinner so memorable! The only reason I'm giving this review a 4/5 instead of a 5/5 is because I came from LA which has absolutely amazing Italian food and although this food was delicious it wasn't the 5 star Italian food that I've had (but it was to be expected since this isn't the main food of island). ~What we ordered~ Drinks: - Ancient Peaks Cab Sauv Bottle. This was an amazing bottle of wine that was reasonably priced. Paired well with everything in our meal. Appetizers: - Calabrian Garlic Shrimp (Kauai Prawns). Very delicious! I loved the sauce that the prawns were sitting in. Definitely use the bread to dip in the sauce - Buratta. Creamy and delicious. Cannot go wrong Side: - Charred Broccolini. Broccolini is my absolute favorite vegetable so this side did not disappoint. Mains: - Porcini Pappardelle. The noodles were thick and delicious. I loved the lightness of the sauce and vegetables to balance the thick noodles. - Spaghetti All’amatriciana. The favorite of the 3 pastas we tried, but be careful because there is a mild spiciness to it if you are sensitive. - Spaghetti Carbonara - pancetta, parmesan, egg, pecorino. The server mixed the egg in throughout the pasta which gave it an overall creamy sauce texture. Dessert: - Tiramisu. This is the only thing we tried that I wouldn't recommend. This dish needs a lot of work. Didn't taste like a proper tiramisu.

Been dinning at both Quiora and La vie for a few months now. I’m not particularly impressed by the food but the overall service is good. I really love the staff! Always extremely friendly, pleasant and helpful, something quite rare in Europe. To me this is not really Italian food but what would you expect on an Island so far from any continent? All restaurants’ cuisine on Hawaii is adapted to the products they can get and have both American and Asian influences. Nevertheless, I would recommend this dining experience. The food is quite good, the price is quite reasonable for Waikiki. The views is amazing and the staff is absolutely delightful. Wine lovers ask for Dusty!

Husband took me here as a surprise for date nite. It was amazing. The atmosphere was breathtaking with the sunset. Customer service was 100% on point. Very friendly, welcoming and genuine. The food , oh man the steak melted in my mouth, perfect !!!! We will definitely be back so I can try the spaghetti. Our server was awesome, made us feel comfortable. Everyone needs to try this place , you won't be disappointed.

We chose to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary at the Ritz-Carlton's rustic Italian restaurant, Quiora, which opened just this past November. However, because of our Statewide stay-at-home orders, our State's dine-in options have been severely restricted and October 15 turned out to be perfect timing as our State has been re-opening businesses just as it has allowed Trans-Pacific traveler in. Because we were concerned about aerosolized COVID-19 droplets in enclosed dining spaces, we sought out Quiora's casual alfresco dining layout overlooking Fort DeRussy Beach Park out to the ocean. We made our dinner reservations via OpenTable.com and chose a time that would allow us to catch the colorful sky from the setting sun during the early part of our celebration. Arriving at the porte cochère, we were directed to the valets who greeted us with Aloha as we dropped off our vehicle into their care. A hostess met us as we exited our vehicle, checked us in against her reservations list, and summoned an elevator for us to take up non-stop to the 8th floor. We exited the elevator lobby and was met by Tina, who had called earlier in the day to confirm our contact information for contact tracing, as she congratulated and thanked us for choosing Quiora and the Ritz-Carlton. We were escorted to their Diamond Head Tower where Quiora's hostess took over and got us seated at a high top (of our choice). Being that this was our first time to dine at Quiora, we surely appreciated the personally escorted tour from the elevator to the restaurant. Our server, Kayla, immediately congratulated us on our Wedding Anniversary and greeted us with professional yet warm hospitality. We could see her smiles in her eyes and friendly voice as she articulated Quiora's menu of rustic and seasonal Italian cuisine featuring locally-sourced fresh vegetables and seafood. Quiora is noted for their fresh house-made kinds of pasta which their executive Chef specializes in. We toasted our special occasion and placed meal orders with Kayla. Kayla's service partner was Mindy, who interchangeably brought out our dishes at an easy pace and chatted with us while either she or Kayla cleared our table. From start to finish, our experience and dine was fantastic. Everyone was respectful and truly appreciative of our patronage. They all kept their face masks on throughout the experience. Wewrecomfortambiance. sanitizing wipes as we got into our car.

Normally I just talk about the food and these days with all the restrictions because of COVID-19, I have been giving a pass on service at restaurants, but these place blew me away with the high level of quality dinning service we received. I don't remember the last time I received such service and could talk about it in this way. From the start, when I called to make the reservation, the young lady was engaging and beyond friendly while placing my reservation. She took the time to describe the reservations for the evening and seating options. When we got there, we were greeted warmly and with full attention without distraction. Our server as well as others who partnered with him to complete our dinning experience were properly trained and professional, yet very personable and friendly at during the entire dining experience. Moving on to the food, the menu isn't large, but there is a good assortment. We decided to go with all appetizers to make our dinner. This was a good move to allow us to try multiple flavors and mix it up with our drinks. Also, with the sunset view, we ate at our leisure. The Calabrian Garlic Shrimp had an amazing flavor that rocked it. The Burrata is a must as well along with their Seasonal Dips and Roasted Beet Salad. All bursting with flavor, beautifully plated, and top quality ingredients. For dessert, the Sweet Cream Gelato with Olive Oil and Maldon Salt was a surprisingly good finisher to the meal, but if that is not your thing, their Tiramisu was very good as well. Pointers would be to make sure you make reservations, dine early for sunset view, and ask for a high table. The high top chairs are surprisingly comfortable. Order your food to share. We plan to go back and do highly recommend this dinning experience.

Dinned here for the 1st night of the reopening of restaurants in Waikiki and what a special night it was. My wife and I celebrated our "belated" anniversary as it was back and February and for one was out of country and two right when COVID started to close things down. The service and enthusiasm of the staff all the way from when we pulled into the valet was top notch. I gave my name to the valet and magically the whole place knew who we were for our reservation and treated us so well like friends and family. Everyone was so excited to have us dine with them on the first night of reopening and it really showed in their service. The view if such a great one, open air seating and perfect for a 6:30 reservation to watch the sun go down. The drinks were great to start off with and the food was really great. No over the top but simple straight to the point flavoring and fresh. Definitely a great time and will for sure come back here and to try the other restaurants in the Ritz.

Healthy tasting omelette! The loco moco and ribs are quite heavy, also excellent choices if feeling extremely hungry or want a heavy brunch. The mornings and sunset views are spectacular from the restaurant. Recommend reserving the high tables for a better view. Great drinks as well! Pricey place but it’s what you get at the Ritz Carlton.

Beautiful views from the Ritz Carlton waikiki. Great attentive staff. We were celebrating our anniversary and they mentioned it a few times to make our visit memorable and special. Croque madame was hearty. Especially enjoyed the freshed shaved parnesan on top of salad. Bread was little bit on hard side. Wish i had a balsamic vinegar to cut the heaviness of the dish. Chocolate hazelnut chantilly french toast with strawberries is to die for. Sweet tooth craving thoroughly satisfied. Will be back soon.

Beautiful rooftop dining at the Ritz Carlton Residences. Tip from one of our servers. For a light meal order the Burrata, the meatballs and a side of mushrooms and make your own "pizza". Seriously, the flavors mixed together are amazing. Give it a try.

I highly recommend the grilled prawns appetizer. It really should be an entree. It's absolutely delicious. My hats off to the amazing chef who created this delectable dish. I'm going back again tonight for seconds! Wish Quiora was in Chicago, I'd be frequent guest.

Quiora is one of a few restaurants located on the Ritz-Carlton property in Waikiki Honolulu Hawaii. As expected the ambiance, taste of the meals, desserts and server were absolutely superb. Our exceptional server Katie B was politely attentive, professional, very descriptive and knowledgeable of every item on the menu and guided us on our choices for lunch. We forgot to take photos of the meal but did remember before eating dessert. Also highly important to us are that restrooms for restaurant as shown by photos, are attended to regularly.
