We got the loco moco special which came with rice, loco moco, egg, spam, and maccaroni salad. The staff there was so friendly and kind. We got there at 1:30pm after getting off our flight and didn't know they closed at 2pm, but they still took our order and let us sit and eat. They were very patient and did not rush us. Still feel bad for making them work passed their closing time. Sorry and thank you! Food was tasty!

Chicken katsu lunch and roasted pork with gravy. Big portions for less than $12. Very fresh they cook it to order. Small dining area and the pork was little on the dry side.

A good stop for local food right by the airport. Their regular plate lunches have a huge amount of food for the price. The regular chicken katsu plate was able to feed three people. It wasn't the best chicken katsu I've ever had, but again, for the price I'm not complaining.

We've come here for breakfast and lunch and we haven't been disappointed. They post their daily specials on ig and you can also call to find out. I ordered chicken katsu and their sauce is so delicious. The ube French toast is heavy but my kids enjoyed it along with friend Rice. Can't go wrong here picking up a plate lunch. And if you're unsure of what to get just ask for recommendations. Also pictured was a special, soft shell crab sandwich and crab stuffed Mahi (soooo good)

A wonderful local spot. We walked over from our hotel before our flight leaving the island, and we're not disappointed. Coconut pancakes and french toast were amazing! Great service and friendly folks!

This was the first stop I made after arriving at the airport and I was blown away! I’ve been craving a good loco moco, since it’s never the same when you order it off the island and this place was legit. No frills, shockingly fair price, massive portion size and amazing quality. If you want a true authentic Hawaiian food experience, make this your first stop after arriving at the airport you won’t regret it! Limited seating inside but it’s a vibe if you have the chance to dine in.

Came to visit our son’s from Texas and stopped in for a quick bite one day and we just had to come back again. Everything was absolutely delicious!!!The Haupia macadamia pancakes are to die for!!! Family also enjoyed loco moco, farmers omelet, chicken katsu, mixed plate and crusted ahi. We cannot say enough about the customer service. Definitely make you feel like family here! A Hui Hou!

I am glad to have found this place on Google Maps. There is a variety of menu items with the everyday items to the daily specials. I have tried the furikake chicken, Philly sandwich, and ube French toast so far. They were all tasty. The owners/employees are very friendly and the food is reasonably priced. This place is located near other restaurants with a shared parking lot. Parking here is quite convenient.

We came in on an early flight and we're heading to the Pearl Harbor Memorial. We were researching where to eat some breakfast and this was on our bus route. It is really small and really busy. Food came out quick and was so good. Service was great and you can see why the locals come here!

If you are looking for amazing food this is it. There isn't a bad option on the menu. My favorite was the macadamia pancakes! We also ordered a scramble and breakfast burrito and we came back for a second breakfast! 😋 they were so kind and fast and affordable. 10/10 would recommend and I'd love to eat those pancakes anytime

Amazing friendly place with one of the best food….Omelette lovers, try their farmers omelette. If you love spice ask them to toss some jalapeños and they would do it well!! A must try!!

All good except ambiance- it’s set up for workers/ guys on the go and rushing to eat and get to work! Staff is very focused and nice. Counter service then food is promptly served quickly- I’ve been here in HNL for 3 weeks & this was THE most inexpensive, delicious meal I had since being here. It is a hidden gem! I’m anxious about going back and trying something else!

The quality and decent portions of their food have had me grabbing a plate from them whenever I’m nearby and hungry…ever since I was introduced to Joe’s 6 years ago. The lunch specials can get fancy and will not disappoint. My phone in orders’ accuracy rate has been awesome. Their staff is a well-oiled machine, and have carried a light, friendly energy even during mad rushes of orders. I haven’t seen a hiccup in their standards the entire time I’ve bought from them.

Love this place! Got recommendations to try this place during our 1st trip to Honolulu and when we arrived, we were skeptical because of the location. But when we walked in, we’re pleasantly surprised. The staff were so friendly, the food was great and the prices were so reasonable! Seriously, the fried chicken, spicy crispy chicken, furikake chicken and sesame ginger chicken are so good!! How they keep it so crispy with sauce on it is mind blowing. The best part was they were so sweet and gave my daughter some rice krispy treats and had us sign their map (they have a map and you mark where you’re from and leave a name/message) before we left. We will definitely go there first thing whenever we get back to Honolulu!
