This was a great experience. We paid for the upgrade which included round trip bus transport, free photos, first grouping to get food. The bus ride was for the most part good nothing really stood out. The got us there and back safely. The food was good. However my only issue of the night was the seating. I cannot stand wooden bench seating and that is exactly what we got in the form of wooden picnic tables. The blue Hawaiian was awesome. I did drink it virgin style. Very happy with the experience.

Absolutely the best! Everyone was so friendly, the food was amazing and the entertainment was top notch. The atmosphere, the ocean setting and warm breeze takes it over the top. Great attention to detail in the show, a full cultural experience. Our 7yr old wanted so badly to dance on stage, and when he finally got the chance, it was ear to ear grins from cast and customers. We can't wait to go back. Thank you to all at Germaine's tonight 8/20/2022 for making some fantastic memories for our family.

Great Luau experience. Took a little while to get there from the beach hotel, but it was nice to be back on another beach. The food was simple but you could get extras. We paid for the premium package so had 3 alcoholic drinks included. Fruit punch was free for the kids. The show and service was lovely.

Great food and AMAZING SHOW I loved the portions of the show that they let you come on stage and do stuff. It's so very fun ! Bar is slow, friendly service, seating was great throughout. Little disappointing woth the VIP package that we didn't get front seats. Food was great and buffet style was awesome. The leis are pretty, the show was fabulous 👌🏽 and the photos after were so fun!

I absolutely loved it here! It was a very cool hidden gem! I enjoyed the show and the staff so much! They were so sweet and amazing. It was also on a beautiful beach as well. Definitely a good and fun family function to do.

Germaine's Luau is a happy place! You smell the roasted pig wafting through the air while listening to and watching beautiful singing and dancing from the Native people. The drinks are good and strong but the menu is limited. The food is great and you can go back as many times as you want until you get satisfied! They are very interactive with the audience even inviting people up to the stage! Really great times!

Great first Luau experience! We thought the food was great, the show was great, and the drinks. We purchased the Plumera package which I feel was worth it. Received a nut let, server, a no wait window at the bar, and souvenir pictures. Extra stars for accommodating our Vegan and vegetarian members. That made my evening. It's difficult to please the whole party of 9!! Germaine's delivered!

If you ever come to Hawaii, yahll need to come to a luau! The culture experience and the buffet food is a once in a lifetime experience. Everything was perfect, but come early for good seats. The bathrooms are pretty decently cleaned. There is a full bar. The regular tickets come with 2 free adult beverages. They do allow you to go up for seconds but only after everyone had their first plates.

Great place to go for a Luau. The food was good and its all you can eat buffet if you're extra hungry. Good variety of local delicacies on the buffet. But the show is entirely and without a doubt, the best part of the whole experience. Lots of Polynesian dance routines, all with a very explanation of what each dance represents. It is well worth the price.

The whole experience was great from start to finish. Great food that was very filling. I suggest getting their souvenir cup so you can get double the drinks with your free tickets. A lot less trips to the bar. Also suggest getting the Premium seats because it comes with VIP lines and priority when getting food. Such great dancers and the fire dancer was the best part.

We were here 11 years ago and were there last night. Just as amazing as it was 11 years ago! Food was great! Facilities were great and the performers were amazing especially the fire dancers! Highly recommended!

What a great entertaining evening! We did the VIP seating and had great pictures and seating for the event. The show was amazing! Family style picnic seating allowed us to get to know other guests. Recommended by locals as a great authentic show! Highly recommend

I bought Luau dance through VIP Tous. Everything was great. They had plenty of food and it was very entertaining. However, pre-show was very disorganized and frustrating. We were sitting in our buss for an hour with masks on. Then they had 1 person check your vacation card, next station would check your ID and next one would give you your drink tickets-which they forgot to gave me mine and I had to go back and they were very rude about it too. Here's a revolutionary idea: send someone with the drive to check vacation cards, IDs and give people their tickets so they don't have to wait so long. Mind blowing, right?

Been there 4 times and this time due to the pandemic, it was a bit different. Regarding the audience participation, it should be men and women like it was in the past, not just men. Would I go back, not sure. Best part were the flame thrower and the Hawaiian wedding dance

Beautiful place to experience the Culture of the islands and some surrounding ones as well. Amazing experience and one you wouldn't want to miss. A all you can eat buffet and free soft drinks. The show included members of the audience and great for the kiddies. 🤙

So much fun! If you are looking to do a Luau, you need to do this one. We had a great time learning and seeing how they cook the pig. They got the audience involved by inviting anyone up to the stage to learn a few dances. The entire experience was very fun and entertaining. The location is very nice too.

A unique Luau experience that was entertaining and delicious. The food was fantastic and was served buffet style. Definitely something for everyone. This is the third luau I have been to and the food at each is the same, but delicious nonetheless. The performance and live entertainment was fantastic. The two performers that sang throughout the evening were the best out of the luaus I have been to. The fire performance was fantastic, we had a great view even with the regular admission. Overall, one of my favorite luaus I have been to so far.

I went here 2021 of March for my anniversary with my hubby, we had a really great time! This was part of the Costco deals and we got front seats, Costco helped the experience 10x better because we have so many extra free alcohol tickets, but since I was pregnant I didn’t get a chance to use it, lucky for my husband he was able to get good amounts of alcohol, and we still had extras! We should’ve shared with the other guests! The seat was perfect! The food was okay, I only say that because I don’t eat meat.. I just wish they have more vegetarian/vegan friendly options.. just one or two it doesn’t have to be a lot! The reason I gave 5stars is because I love the dances and the musics a lot! Great experience for a first timer like me and my husband!

Really fun show and food was good. It’s a VERY long way from downtown or the beaches but worth the drive. Entire dining area is sand so do not wear closed shoes!

Solid luau experience! We went on a weeknight and it was not crowded at all. The show wasn’t obnoxiously loud, which was great. All the performers did a great job and the flow of the evening was excellent. The location was beautiful by the sea. The activities (tattoos, hair flowers) before the opening were great (cash for tipping is nice to have on hand) I’m only knocking down service a bit because you do have to walk across the whole place, in the sand, to get yourself a water or soda. Not that big a deal but a more central drink station would be nice.

Spectacular sunset over the beach. Delicious food, good selection of drinks. Maybe the only downside is perhaps there is a little too much dancing, which all seems a bit similar (except for the Maori haka and fire guy).

I knew I wanted to go to a luau in Hawaii and Germaine’s was such a fun one to go to! We did not take the bus to the venue so I cannot speak to that experience but I can say that when we arrived parking was really easy. We were welcomed warmly by every staff member we encountered. We also loved receiving our necklaces and being able to take a group photo with one of the dancers. When you enter the venue you completely forget you’re in an industrial area. The venue is right on the beach, complete with sea breeze and gently-swaying palm trees. We had a table in the second row and had a perfect view of the stage. The bar, soft drink/coffee area and restrooms were all easy to identify and access. The drinks were fair - two drink tickets were included in the price of our tickets. I had 4 cocktails (two Blue Hawaii’s, Mai Tai and a vodka soda) and didn’t really feel much but they were quite yummy. The food was actually a lot better than some of these reviews give it credit for! I particularly enjoyed the kalua pig, island fish and the beef. It was especially cool to be able to watch the pig being pulled from the underground oven! The show itself was absolutely spectacular. I loved the review of dances from all different Pacific islands and our MC was ravishing - she had a fun, beautiful personality and gorgeous voice. The band was great, the costumes were mesmerizing and the performances were all top-notch. Huge shout out to the Chief and his fiery performance! Thank you Germaine’s for a wonderful night! I’ll be sure to return the next time I’m in Hawaii.

What an authentic luau experience. The staff has this evening choreographed at every point. Appreciated the organization and more importantly the genuine warm welcome and wonderful customer experience.

Great location - on the beach at sunset. The food was delicious. The show was entertaining. You can tell that they are the originals - the whole thing runs like a well oiled machine. Make sure you mention on booking if you are celebrating anything. My in-laws were celebrating their 50th anniversary and they made sure to give them a special moment.

Had a great time. If you don't pay for table service, you get your own drinks and food. If you wear sandals or flip flops, sand will be your friend. Very small salad and fruit is the appetizer. Dinner consisted of roasted pig, macaroni salad, white rice & dinner roll. Dessert was a piece of cake & coconut gelatin.

This was nice. Food selection was ok. I would suggest that anyone visiting should take your family here. Very entertaining. If you have a large party to take that would be good if you want your own table. But if it's just a few of you then you will have to sit at a table with strangers.

Once you get past the industrial area and dead end to Germaine's -Things get better. Some extensive COVID-19 protocols in place. This is a more traditional type luau. Enjoyed the history and pacific island culture lesson. Service was excellent. Food is catered in, was okay. Really liked the macaroni salad. It was a nice family event

Aloooooohaaaaa! One of places I knew we had to try on vacation and I'm glad we did ! It was highly recommend by comedian Gabriel Iglesias (Fluffy) and we can see why. Staff was professional, food was excellent, show was simply amazing. Worth every penny! Make sure to reserve seats as they do not take walk-ins at the time this review was written.

Yikes. Destined to be a covid outbreak. Beyond packed. And even though they say stay seated, and no wandering, tons walk around without mask. Hopefully the vaccine pass will make this place safer.
