There is one large family bathroom. There is a separate room that is super kid friendly with a couch, toys, tv, and child size table/chairs. The main area is full at least 10 comphy recliners (and about 8 other chairs) facing a TV. One wall is line with computers for use. Snacking tables and chairs are by the kitchen and incredibly helpful volunteers are happy to help get you situated with some food! Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Thank you for being here USO!

Great spot to stop and rest, no drinking or eating inside due to covid. They still have snacks but you'll have to go outside to eat.

Newly renovated with excellent services all around. Quite and very comfortable place to take pause during your travels for adults and children alike.

Super nice, informative staff. Like some other USOs, love that this is pre (or post security), some nice recliners here, wish they had longer hours. TV News was bit loud for any real rest or concentration, but area isn't too large either. Even have showers if needed. Homemade-ish cookies, muffins, etc. decent handmade sandwiches with a bit of meat rationing, lol which is understood. So thankful for the volunteers that keep these going.

The USO is always great and amazing service for our service members. The Honolulu USO at the airport took care of a lot of people in a short period of time did it with aplomb. Good job

Love this USO! So cozy and the volunteers are always welcoming and helpful! They had chili the evening we were there that was AWESOME!! Next, this is the USO so everyone please support! Even if you just stop by to check in and grab a snack or a quick clean bathroom break while at the airport, I definitely recommend supporting any and all USO!

Life saver! Got kicked out of our hotel room earlier than anticipated and had this USO to fall back on… thank god for the showers! Mr. John was great and welcomed me and my wife with all the hospitality. Everything was super clean and while I don’t use them (USOs) often, I leave thinking I should visit them every trip

The Honolulu USO was first rate! The staff was welcoming, the facility was pleasant and comfortable, and having a quiet getaway from the airport hustle and bustle was priceless. Two thumbs up to the USO!

Very nice staff. Comfortable place to sit with charging stations for electrical power. Nice staff will pack you a bag of food to take on long flights. Drinks available, clean bathrooms, tv and even sleeping quarters. Rather sit here during g stop over than any place else.

The volunteers were super friendly! They have showers which after flying from Okinawa and having 2 additional flights is AMAZING. They also have a room for the kiddos with books, coloring materials, a tv, bean bag chairs and 2 couches. My kids slept before our other long flight on the couches and it was so nice!

This was the perfect place to wait on my flight and recharge my phone. The whole place was super clean, including the restroom. The volunteers in the USO were awesome! They serve food, but you have to take it out before you can eat it, due to COVID restrictions.

Thank you USO! My family and I were able to stop in to shower and change from our beach clothes before heading out on a late night flight. The volunteers were very friendly and helpful.

Very sweet staff. Kind and accommodating. We felt welcomed and cared for while we relaxed while waiting for our flight. They even offer free luggage carts for service members.

What a wonderful place and the volunteers too. My flight was delayed 12 hours and I was stuck at the airport. I enjoyed a relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating and a snack. Thank you so much.

One cant go wrong with the USO. This facility at Honolulu airport is really nice. There's an area to store tour bags, some table, couches, computers, a kids room, restroom and a shower. The volunteers are friendly. If youre waiting for a flight this is a good relaxing place to chill out.

The USO lounge on oahu at Daniel K. International is one of the better USOs I've been to. Not only did they have complementary beverages and pastries like usual but they also had hot food (in this case pasta) I have not had a hot meal at a USO before and that set this one apart from the rest. Mahalos guys keep up the good work!

So happy this has reopened. Volunteers are outstanding and a wonderful space to park and watch TV before your flight. Mahalo USO!

Love this place, they were so helpful & friendly. It was a crazy morning & were running behind, wanting to grab some breakfast they gave us a bag to put a bunch of yummy breakfast items in before we had to run out to get through security! Wish there was a location thru security.

They were really awesome and welcoming. I had a long day and was feeling down and Mr. John just welcomed me in. Beautiful customer service and the USO was clean and beautiful.

I hadn't been there since the remodel so it was a great surprise. It was very clean and provided a lot of amenities including a bathroom and shower within the facility. The staff was very kind and courteous. I will visit it again and highly recommend it. The only downfall is that it is located prior to TSA and it is a bit of a walk to the gates. Plan for that extra time when waiting for a flight.

Fantastic USO that has kind volunteers happy to see you, so long as you are a card carrying member. This is not a public lounge.

This place is literally like a home away from home! So happy to have this place to wait for the flight those few hours between checking out of the hotel room!

  • 5/5 C M. 2 years ago on Google
This was the most beautiful and most modern USO I have visited. They are very serious about their COVID restrictions and have you step outside for everyone's safety to eat or drink anything. The gentleman working was very kind and professional. They have free Wi-Fi and computer stations that were disinfected and there's bathrooms within the space available that were very clean and spacious. Coin display is very unique and under glass on the long tables.

Enjoyably conversational volunteers. Good adherence to airport masking mandates. Good variety of space and food/drink offerings. Relaxing environment. Thank you for the travel respite.

Such a great opertunity to get away from the craziness of the airport. All the volunteers are supper friendly and helpful. It was calm and quit rest before a long flight with babies (i remember when mines were that little lol). You should go if you have access

😐 We checked in here for a late lunch and it was a bit of a disappointment. The food was better than it looked like and the beer was alright as well. The place was almost empty and there were a lot of pigeons. I gave only 3 stars for the service because you order online and there's little interaction...
