It is a bit of a lackluster lounge. It feels very warn and almost dirty. The food choices were ok, but nothing worth the price of admission. The seating was outdated. But the big letdown was the table bussing. The table across from us sat loaded with dishes for over an hour and more people came in and just set things on top of it. it is better then sitting at the gate. But not by much. I was trying out United thinking of switching from Delta, but this just makes me want to stick with Delta.

Clean, spacious, plenty of available and comfortable seats. Food offering is decent for Covid restricted times. All drinks including soda and coffee are served at the bar in small cups, requiring multiple bar visits. Delicious Thai mango noodle salad and Dole whip. Receptionists were not very welcoming; no Aloha spirit.

Very nice stylish lounge situated near united departure gates. Variety of prepackaged snacks… not bad at all. Drink bar like everywhere at United clubs except and to my surprise they are serving wines and probably other drinks in plastic cups. I will say it’s time to get back to normal and save environment and stop blame COVID to not provide wine glasses. Overall it’s nice place

Outstanding team, plenty of space, really nice ramp views, extra touches in the food area including self-serve Dole whip. What more could you ask for? I visited in the early AM and timed my escalator ride directly to the boarding area as they finished the pre-boards. HNL is an AV enthusiasts dream and the HNL United Club is the best non-hub club I've been to.

I’m always satisfied with the amenities and meals at this United lounge — however, I had a bad experience which was no fault of United. The staff was very friendly, and the lounge was clean. We found a great spot near the window where we could charge our devices and have our daughter eat her meal — we were actually receiving stares from an older couple. We suspect that this was racially motivated, as another family with two kids also noticed that they were staring in our direction. It had gotten worse when they also sat with us, and they were also people of color. Our children were not loud, and were just eating their meals. We were not making noise, and really keeping to ourselves. At least we had a good selection of lunch items and snacks, but I did pay a little over $100 for racial profiling.

Wonderful way to relax before your flight. The snacks they have are really tasty. The bar is well stocked. Wish they had some light music playing.

The UC lounge serves as a substitute for Air Canada passengers since there is no Maple Leaf Lounge in Honolulu. Getting to the lounge is a bit of a walk from the Air Canada gate as it is located in the Mezzanine level of gate G2. The lounge itself is clean, with friendly staff and was nice to hang out at before our flight. We were there on a Sunday evening and it was not too busy. The hot food selection was not very substantial and the free alcohol is limited to house wine, low end spirits and Budweiser or Coors Light which was on draft. Premium beers such as Kona are $5 each. The washrooms have not been renovated so they were pretty dated. The WiFi was good and there were plenty of outlets for charging your devices. Overall 4/5.

This United Club has that aloha welcoming feel. It is not like the typical Club set up but it has an elegant feel. It harkens back to the day when air travel was fun (before my time). Having spent some time in this Club is offers more than some of its competitors. The food offerings at dinner time include pork and rice. Unfortunately, you have to pay for the Mai Tai but some beverages are free. Nice place to relax before a long flight.

Nice clean spacious lounge with AC to wait for the flight. Food selection is not huge but I love everything I had. Limited selection of alcohol drink, I think only draft beer, house wine and bottom shelf liquor are complimentary. Dole whip is a perfect ending to our trip.

Everything is closed in the airport. This lounge is surprisingly good with lots of good treats. The last round of pineapple and kalua pork is great. Dole Whip is excellent addition to the trip since I can never have enough. There are plenty of coffee selection with decaf options as well. I will definitely come back here for next trip to HNL.

There isn't much to this place and like every other meal in Hawaii, leaves so much to be desired. It's a very small lounge and the only thing worth eating is the fresh pineapple. The turkey sandwich on a Hawaiian roll looked worse than prison sandwiches with the measles half slice of cheese and single slice of turkey. The view is nice but if you're looking for food and don't have a free pass, you'll be better off trying one of the places downstairs.

Nice united club with ac and comfortable seating. Good variety of hot and cold foods to choose from as well as sweets treats and let's not forget the dole whip self serve. This is a nice place to relax before your flight. Honolulu airport is not very large with very limited food so this was a pleasant break.

Clean and comfy place to hangout. Very good buffet and is what I would expect for the cost in points or cash. Pineapple whip dessert, great friendly bartenders and spacious seating with plenty of ports for electronics. Kendal was a perfect bartender so gracious and helpful. Great lighting! This is a huge aspect of a relaxing lounge.... To get away from the noise and harsh lighting that prevents a restful experience. Food was healthy, fresh and lots of options.

Spacious, clean, quiet. Great food, snacks, desserts, and "free" alcohol drinks, Clean restrooms, great views. ONLY United ticket holders can enter the Lounge / Club. It's great and worth checking out at least once in a while when you have a long layover or waiting at the airport to depart. Some Clubs will allow you to pay too check it out if they can accommodate. Can be expensive (I'm a United Club card member) $550 per year and wouldn't renew again. Got the initial miles for a free trip (card fee pays for it).

All you can eat pulled pork, fresh coleslaw, banana bread, cheese plates, Dole Pineapple whip, Modelo Especial on tap, not bad at all. 5 stars for being so empty and quiet which is pretty rare in these lounges. Great attentive staff. Bathrooms are a bit dated but you can't have everything. Overall a great place to relax before a flight.

A great option if you're in the G terminal away from all the duty free and food courts. Decent food spread that is replenished regularly. Soft serve Dole whip machine on the bar top and complementary drinks. Plenty of seating but often requires sitting across from other travelers as the layout is in fours. Kitchen was even able to accommodate another guests food allergies to provide options for them.

Hot food, okay selection of drinks, nice clean and quiet atmosphere. I’m impressed Honolulu has one this nice. Much nicer than plumeria lounge

After realizing our flight was going to be delayed and going to city center with carry-on luggage was not going to be convenient we decided to use our passes to go into the club. It was a bit of a walk due to TSA closing the closest screening to the club but at least I got some steps in. The club is nicely appointed, I like the glass dividers and the food selection was decent/healthy but they do have cup of noodles if you want something warm but I passed on those since the other options such as Ceasar pasta salad was tasty as well as tropical salad. Bar? I'm good with wine selection , beers on tap I passed on since I'm not big on Coors or was it Bud that they had. I could have paid for better beer but this was a wine kind of night. Comfortable seats with convenient plugs next to you. Just a nice place to hang around and probably a better option if you want more than 1 drink while you wait to leave 🙂

Great lounge...amazing plane spotting. Snacks were ok but we needed somewhere nice to chill for 7 hours before our red eye flight to San Francisco. It's not as fancy as SFO but it was a relaxing experience

Just walked into this location for the first time. It’s definitely smaller than the other locations I’ve been in and it took a bit of looking to find it it’s near gate 2 for anyone reading this. Anyway it’s the same quality as every other United club I’ve visited and it has a ok variety of prepackaged food options. Getting a basic glass of water is PIA due to the government pushing their ideals vs using actual science. Then again most of the airport is shutdown for the same reason.

It was really quiet and not crowded when we went, which was nice. Service at the front desk was very friendly. Bar tender was quick and made the drinks well. It's hard to really critique the food situation with Covid being an issue. The noodle salad that I tried was good though. It can be hard to find vegan food at lounges, so I appreciated that. Bathrooms were okay. Overall, nothing to write home about, but we were glad to be there.

There is nothing luxurious, new, or surprising about it. However, it is very faithful to the basic functions of an airline lounge. You can rest comfortably and eat your fill. You can also see a lot of airplanes.

😐 We checked in here for a late lunch and it was a bit of a disappointment. The food was better than it looked like and the beer was alright as well. The place was almost empty and there were a lot of pigeons. I gave only 3 stars for the service because you order online and there's little interaction...
