Amateur hour. made an appointment last week which they called 24 hours before to confirm, I called back, confirmed it, and today they claim they never spoke to me that the doctors wife went into labor and they told me not to come. I get that people make mistakes but don't go blaming me and telling me conversations never happened when they did. This review is aimed at the staff not the doctor. I skipped lunch for nothing. Response to reply: yes, you called at 10:30 AM the day before, to which I returned the call and was told that it was a simple confirmation call and that I would see you tomorrow. Imagine my surprise when I called that I was outside and looking for parking when you informed me that the appointment was cancelled. Life happens I'm not upset with the doctor, I don't appreciate you telling me the conversation never happened without so much as an apology. Distorting reality is called gaslighting. I don't appreciate it. Next time just own it.

Dr. Lam is one of the most caring providers I ever met. He really cares about his patients and is very honest. His staff made it easy to transfer my old records from my previous provider. I highly recommend him.
