Debbie K. Queen's POB 3 has the best Doctor. Doctor Marie Yamamotoya. She cares about her patients and takes time to explain about our health and medicines. She's kind and caring to her patients. There's the best Lab. The staff are friendly, kind and polite. They make your visit stress free. The X-Ray Department the staff is friendly, kind and polite. They make taking X-Ray stress free. Also a tiny Cafe that has everything to satisfy your hungry stomach and friendly staff. Comfortable waiting area with comfortable chairs. Cool too. Overall excellent Physicians Office Building. Parking can be hard to find when it's busy.

Google GPS took me to park in POB I and couldnt find my way to POB III, a staff member offered to walk me to the building. Great experience and the reason why i say Queens is the best. Location: Located conveniently off the freeway, exit Vineyard Blvd. Stay far left and U turn at the first light. First right and Look for signage is my best suggestion. GPS said to turn into POB I. Stay straight, and take a right on the 1st street. POB III building is located right side. Staff: Friendly & Kind Temperature check and covid questions asked to recieve a sticker for entrance. Unlike the main queens hospital this building did not require a medical grade mask (altho i prepared and wore one anyways) for entry. Restroom: Located on the 2nd floor by key entrance only (Need to get from a staff member) Unfortunately no handicap assistance doors for restroom Lobby Cafe: This location has a lobby Cafe with a wide variety of food and beverage to purchase At my Appointment: I had a few questions in regards to what i was signing and they were patient and able to get me the clarification i needed. I was helped by some amazing Staff here!

Great place and friendly staff. Call your doctors or provider prior and verify your times just in case, cause all offices have different times and holiday hours..

😠 The nurses/ED techs were all very nice but to pay hundreds of dollars to be spoken down to like a child (I’m a nurse) and not do one test for my sharp abdominal pain (I was referred from urgent care), The ED doctor, your practice is far from professional and efficient.
