3/5 Herb B. 1 year ago on Google
I
would
say
the
food
was
3.5
stars.
I
heard
how
great
the
burger
was,
and
the
ingredients
were
very
good
but
it
lacked
much
flavor.
The
real
downer
about
the
dining
experience
was
that
it
took
35
minutes
to
get
our
food.
At
the
30
minute
mark
my
son
asked
for
his
money
back
and
we
would
get
food
else
where.
The
young
black
lady
who
waited
on
us
was
a
delight
to
deal
with
and
her
excellent
efforts
to
help
ALL
the
customers
was
both
inspirational
and
appreciated.
She
told
us
they
are
brining
your
order
up
now.
It
took
an
additional
5
minutes
to
get
the
food
in
our
hands.
She
saw
the
look
on
my
sons
face
was
one
of
frustration
and
disappointment.
She
gave
my
son
half
of
a
hug,
a
sad
face,
and
said
I
am
sorry
for
your
wait.
SHE
is
the
only
reason
we
would
try
a
Whataburger
experience
again.
She
had
the
ability
to
connect
with
every
person
who
walked
in
the
door.
She
never
got
excited,
took
orders,
wiped
up
the
counter
area
tops,
delivered
food
to
customers,
asked
customers
if
they
needed
anything
else.
She
was
a
ball
of
fire,
dedicated
to
excellence,
people
skills,
she
had
it
all.
Unlike
what
we
saw
out
of
the
other
workers
we
watched
in
our
35
minute
wait.
They
moved
like
they
were
in
slow
motion
and
not
in
a
hurry
to
do
anything.
As
an
operations
manager
for
a
rising
national
business
that
young
black
order
taker
was
a
shining
gem
among
a
cast
of
participants.
Thank
you
for
the
opportunity
to
share
our
bad
experience
at
your
eatery
and
the
opportunity
to
meet
an
unlikely
hero
who
would
be
an
inspiration
in
my
teaching
others
customer
or
client
service.
