    40 minutes and counting to get a burger and shake…Hope the banana pudding shake is worth it! Cool down edit: the food turned out to be fire👍, however they are slow as molasses. You’ve been warned PS. If anyone from Whataburger actually reads this, dammmmmnnnn that banana pudding shake is killer👏

    Terrible everything! The drive thru was broken and the customer service was none existent. I wouldn't go there after 10pm. Day time is fine but not at night

    This place is on point!! Eaten here 2 days in a row because it was so good. Drive thru employee was on it too! Edit: been coming for 2 years now. Big change. Waited an hour for food tonight. Got half in 30 minutes waited another 30 for the rest and it’s still wrong. Not going back. Please take my advice and don’t go now. Used to be good.

    I pulled up and ordered a hamburger and fresh hot fries… I couldn’t hear so I ask for hot and fresh fries. The girl ask if I wanted small med or large . I said small if they are hot and fresh. I pull to the window and the girl says I told her 3x and she then proceeds to tell me she doesn’t have to serve me!! WHAT??? I ask 3 x because I couldn’t hear! Such nastiness! As she took my money she proceeded to mouth off. I cancelled my order , ask to speak to manger to explain. She continued to speak over him til I said BE QUIET! Manager was very nice but damage done! I won’t be back…. Hostile environment ! Needs different window clerk!!

    This location was short staffed but the few people working had a very good attitude and were very helpful. The sausage breakfast burrito I ordered was delicious and was a lot bigger than I expected. I was also impressed with the health score of 100.

    The absolute best burger joint you can go to and this one has the nicest staff you can ever come across. They stay busy and they do there absolute best to keep the orders fresh. It’s hard to make fresh food with fresh add ons and do it fast at the same time. I applaud everyone at this location specifically. I just came and swooped me two patty melts, two onion rings with jalapeños. Somebody is about to have a deep sleep.

    Great area! The manager greeted ppl at the door. The store was clean, no trash scattered. Parking lot wasn't trashy. Store looked clean, the bathroom, yes I checked, was stocked with the necessary things you would expect to be in there. Also, bathroom didn't have trash overflowing, nor was it messy. Great location, great service, kind employees, clean store....great experience here!

    November 1st 5:45. Delicious, hot food. Spicy chicken sandwich and fries. Super, lovely and nice service at the window. Love this whataburger! The chili cheese burger is so good!

    Had one bad experience here and one mediocre experience. Each time I visited, they were out of multiple items (mayonnaise, root beer, etc.). I would recommend that management step up their inventory game and be sure to stay adequately stocked on items. On my most recent visit, they did, however, package my food nicely inside for pickup, and the food tasted good and fresh.

    Absolutely not. Can't rate the food cause we left after 30 MINUTES. Took half an hour to get to the speaker to be told it would be at least a 20 minute wait for anything we order, and whoever they had working the speaker wanted to give a novel excuse about why they're incompetent. The store is obviously poorly managed. I worked at McDonald's when they still sold the 50 piece nugget, $2-3,000 hours in the worst rushes and no way would we have been allowed to operate on a ONE HOUR DRIVE THRU TIME. It's fast food. NOTHING you're cooking takes that long. Regardless of how many people are in line. You're just doing it completely wrong. Evidence: the whataburger 9 minutes down the street with the same line that got us in and out within 10 minutes 🤣

    Never come back. Thought we would try it for the first time . You sign up and get a free sandwich and that's what we done . The employees was so rude. Serve customer with a smile is what I thought supposed to happen nothing . No greeting or anything. So if you like rude people and your burger full of mustard so you dont taste nothing else it's for you . Figure they promoted there business with the free sandwich, my opinion they scaring them off.

    Really nice staff, long wait but the food was good. I was a little disappointed when I asked for 3 sauces and the employee told me they were .44 each. I had been in the store waiting for 30 minutes and every single person in front of me asked for sauces when their food was delivered, they were not charged. Not sure why she singled me out as they only person to charge?? She claimed everyone in front of me paid for them. That was not true. Also, we ordered a fish sandwich for a vegetarian and they gave us a chicken sandwich. This is a pretty big fail and could be really dangerous. My husband ate some of it before he realized it was chicken. They were very busy and waits were long. We were disappointed to be singled out to pay for sauces and to get the wrong sandwich which had to be thrown away.

    One of the worst fast food hamburgers I've ever had. Not only did it come out with toast instead of buns, but the toast was cold like it had been made hours ago. The meat was grey and lifeless with no crispy bits, no seasoning, no flavor. One slice of my tomato still had the stem on it. Literally, all I could taste was mustard and pickle. There was no effort put into making my burger. As for the positives, the fries were hot and well seasoned and service was pleasant.

    I would say the food was 3.5 stars. I heard how great the burger was, and the ingredients were very good but it lacked much flavor. The real downer about the dining experience was that it took 35 minutes to get our food. At the 30 minute mark my son asked for his money back and we would get food else where. The young black lady who waited on us was a delight to deal with and her excellent efforts to help ALL the customers was both inspirational and appreciated. She told us they are brining your order up now. It took an additional 5 minutes to get the food in our hands. She saw the look on my sons face was one of frustration and disappointment. She gave my son half of a hug, a sad face, and said I am sorry for your wait. SHE is the only reason we would try a Whataburger experience again. She had the ability to connect with every person who walked in the door. She never got excited, took orders, wiped up the counter area tops, delivered food to customers, asked customers if they needed anything else. She was a ball of fire, dedicated to excellence, people skills, she had it all. Unlike what we saw out of the other workers we watched in our 35 minute wait. They moved like they were in slow motion and not in a hurry to do anything. As an operations manager for a rising national business that young black order taker was a shining gem among a cast of participants. Thank you for the opportunity to share our bad experience at your eatery and the opportunity to meet an unlikely hero who would be an inspiration in my teaching others customer or client service.

    The food is good but don't order anything other than what's on the menu, nothing special. if you say no vegetables and ketchup and mayonnaise , they will give you pickles and mustard. this is not Burger King and you do not get it your way. however what's ever on the menu that's what you will get exactly as it is stated. when you go through the drive-through you must repeat your order at least three times. whoever is taking the order does not pay attention to your first two attempts. other than that, this is a wonderful Whataburger. if you order anything special and you have to drive 30 minutes home you will be disappointed when you open the bag I can guarantee you that.

    The place was really clean and the staff was polite. The food was well cooked and good. The service was a little slow because several employees were taking lunch and the manager was having to run the whole front of the house.

    There was nothing fast about this food. Took over twenty minutes to get food. There was nobody running the front so people would come in and just stand at the register for five minutes before leaving. The only reason this gets three stars is because the food was fine when it finally came out.

    I like the food here, but the drive-thru wait time is absurd. If you have an hour lunch break, expect to spend at least half of it in the drive-thru line. Hopefully you’ll have time to eat your food and make it back to work before your break is over.

    Very friendly and accommodating staff. Jalapeno burger was delicious and I like the spicy ketchup. The limited edition Salted Caramel shake is very good. The only reason I am giving them a 3 star rating is because I had to wait 19 minutes for my dining in order to arrive. They weren't very busy.

    Officially my new favorite whataburger! I didn’t even realize that they reopened, but I def loved this new experience. The service was great, staff at the drive-thru was super friendly, and my food came out perfect!

    Best cheeseburger I have had in a long time! Chilli-cheese fries were awesome. Staff was nice, but it is almost winter and the restaurant was freezing inside. AC really works! It was uncomfortable sitting in there could not enjoy the meal.

    a great company with terrible employees. tonight i called them to receive the hoover locations phone number that isn’t listed on their website. i was hung up on, then called back and was repeatedly mocked into the phone stating that they were swamped and couldn’t let me speak to a manager, or “is this really a complaint you are calling about right now” then would laugh and hang up. if you want good service, don’t go here. if you want the food you paid for, dont bother complaining and take it somewhere else. you’d have a better chance of getting a mcflurry from mcdonald’s than getting good service from this location.

    Excellent food , however if you decide to go through the drive through after 8 it takes entirely way to long for orders to be cooked. That’s my only issue other than that the food is spectacular

    Food was good and accurate. Only wish they had more than one toilet in that huge bathroom. Could have 3 stalls in there so everyone isn’t waiting in the hall. Other than that it was good.

    The food is always good but this rating is about service. Lavaughn was so friendly even though it was early morning. He acted how customer service employees should, with a smile and great energy.

    They wasn’t letting anyone order through the drive through and slow as always. I believe the girl was new so she couldn’t help it but slowness no drive through available has been a issue at this location. Supposed to be 24 hours lot of times no one is here and have lights on like it open
