Horrible customer service. Careless employees. They purposely make you wait at pick up after knocking or ringing the bell. The sign says they open at 7am Monday- Friday. I asked clerk what time does pick up open, she said "the sign says 7am, but they really open at 8am, but they usually don't come to the door until 9am". I told the supervisor that the hours posted for pick up are wrong, and she says she knows that its incorrect and still doesn't update it. Staff calls her ghetto. Also, signage is all over the building stating masks are required, but none of the workers serving us wears a mask.

Horrible service. They should’ve shut it down when it was proposed. Waited a good 15 minutes or more on my lunch break to pick up a package after ringing the bell once. It became frustrating and I rang again, nothing. It took over 45 minutes to pick up my package. I went in to the lobby for something else at that time I requested to pick up package as well, and I was informed oh you’ll need to go to the window. Why not just hand it to me there while I was being serviced at the lobby. Mail is always being lost when delivered. My sons drivers license never made it to our home although it showed on our informed delivery it was delivered. I could not even get a PO BOX I paid for. Trying to call is even impossible because they hang up on you as well. Needs so much improvement starting with management.

I’ve been waiting for a very important document over a week to be delivered and nothing! They scanned it on August 4 and supposedly to be delivered on August 7. It’s August 14 and says my package is still here! What’s going on? Nobody seems to care. Stealing important documents is ILLEGAL.

Once again this post office proves it is the worst in the United States. Watched as a mailman put the mail in the boxes; went and checked mine while he was still there. I had a small priority box inside which had been opened and my medication taken from it. I informed the postman and the first words out of his mouth were " I didn't take it, look" pointing to his mail bucket. Come on! This was Saturday July 10, 2021. Bunch of thriving dope fiends.

I bouth a protector glass for my tablet in, it says delivered, the postman must be a wizard because the packet is bigger than the mail box, there is no way to put the packet inside the mail box, the big problem is I can't claim to ebay because it says delivered, now, no protector, no money. The only thing they never forget is 30 minutes sleeping behind the mails, it's not a joke, they do this.

I had to travel all the way from NW Harris County to pick up a misdelivered package, it took me over an hour. I was not able to get through to anybody over the phone, but the young man at the post office helped me quickly and easily! I am so grateful. I wish they were better about answering phones (i got through once and was on hold for 45+ minutes until getting disconnected, none of the other times i called did they pick up, so be aware) but once I got there the service was quick and efficient and done with a smile! I didn't get the guy's name, but I am super happy and pleased with my experience today! Thank you!

If I could give zero stars I would. I explained to one of the workers twice that it was first time shipping something and was confused on some stuff. She never explained anything to me correctly and made me very upset on how she responded back to me instead of helping me out. I just took my stuff and left. All I can remember was a grey bob hair cut and bangs I think. Wish I experienced something better since I’m very understanding but this lady’s behavior and so unacceptable. I highly doubt anyone would take this into account.

They called my number to notify my mailbox key replacement was done. I went in-person, recognized the same voice who spoke to me not 10 minutes ago, and they vehemently denied my key was ready. They realized they called the wrong number and still treated me rudely afterwards. I don't need an apology, but some humility would do the employees some good if they made a mistake. Most of my interactions with the employees are terrible. Bless that one worker who still remains kind and patient with customers. Worst case was when a worker consistently squeezed boxes bigger than my mailbox into my mailbox. I would look like a cartoon character trying to pull it out (there are metal ridges facing inwards that make it almost impossible to pull the package out). Pray to God before you use and receive their service.

Only good experiences so far. Very friendly staff and the lines have rarely been as long as the USPS I used to go to.

By far the worst post office in the United States! Every time I visit there is no one at the front desk and if there is, it’s usually just one person with 10 people waiting in line. I guess they’re too busy on their three hour lunch. I literally hope the United States post office goes bankrupt someday, (especially this one) Do we really don’t need them anymore?

Regarding Passports: The postal attendent at the front desk, Shawn, was very friendly and helped me with processing my passport application. He was able to explain things as we went along. It was by-appointment, but he accepted my appointment early since there was no line. It was quick and easy. Excellent work, Shawn.

Just recently broke my phone, AT&T sent a replacement to my house and provided a prepaid box to return my broken phone to them..... Fast forward a couple of weeks and I receive another package from AT&T, included was a completely different used phone with a cracked screen and a letter from AT&T stating that it was charging me $1,000 for returning a different phone to them. I am POSITIVE that someone at this post office opened my package, stole my phone and replaced it with a piece of junk phone with a cracked screen. I'll be filing a theft report with the US Postal Service. Go elsewhere.

I’ve been trying to call this USPS as it is my area because they have been returning all of my packages back to the senders. They claim it is ‘void’ or ‘no longer vacant’ and more stupid reasons. If it is ‘vacant’ how come I live here?! I still get my other mail weekly but not my packages?? AND no matter how much I call this place they leave me on hold and immediately hang up! 0/10.

Worst post office. Always busy because staff is rude and unhelpful. Lines forming because employees are not working their areas. No reason to have a line if people were doing their jobs. The post master needs to come and manage this place. This place is ridiculous. Oh and they lose our mail every time we go out of town. Isn't that supposed to be illegal?

Went to pickup a package that they didn’t deliver even though I was at home, they don’t answer the pickup window bill and if they answered you can literally wait for an hour or so for a response

These are the laziest workers I’ve ever seen in my life, lied about my delivery being refused and now it’s being returned to sender, was even waiting at home, I cannot stand USPS and I hate when anyone ships with them, constant issues over and over

If I could give this zero stars I would. I bought an expensive graphics card (RTX 4090) for my PC and miraculously I find out the driver refused to deliver my package for whatever reason and I never recieved my card. Their call center is just an automated bot and its extremely unhelpful. It's like nobody knows what the hell's going on in there.

Worst postal service I have ever seen. Packages and mail not being delivered and management doing nothing about it!

Sign states they are open Saturday 9AM to noon. Tried getting someone to the window by knocking, ringing door bell and yelling into the mail slot and after 15 minutes so far no answer. Update: Finally after yelling into the mail slot that there are three people waiting and the banging on the wooden door someone finally came after 23 minutes. He appeared not to be happy about having to attend to us. I know they have to have the mail delivered to the PO boxes by a certain time, but you still need to serve the customers at the window.

My Amazon package was shipped here. It should have gone to the North Houston distribution facility. I hope it gets delivered to me.

Absolutely horrible, I've been here 3 times already for one envelope that is important and they can't seem to find it and don't seem to care, the wait at the customer pick up is horrible you can hear them talking and they still don't come to the window they are unprofessional

The supervisor and the staff at the package window is rude and sad face. No concern and didn’t even care if you didn’t receive your mail. I can see why there post workers are lazy

I recently moved (same zip code). Placed a changed of address and it has now been a month and have not seen any forwarded address from my previous address (moved just 5 min away from my previous address). I've also signed up for mail notification. I get a daily notification that I have mail coming but in the last 10 business days, only one piece of mail received. Where is the rest of the images (mail) that I was informed it was coming... so frustrating. I've called the Wind Mill Post Office, phone rings for a good five minutes and the call gets disconnected. I've also been placed on hold for 45 minutes and the call gets disconnected. I've visited the post office several times and I am told to call the Post Office to speak to the Mail Person delivery between 8:30 and 10:00 am - but how when no one picks up the phone.

The place is somewhat spacious but there is a lot of delay on the part of those who serve.
