This place is utterly ridiculous!! If I could give them a zero I would!! Waiting for 2 to 3 hours with an empty waiting room and Dr's & nurses standing around doing nothing but chit chatting is extremely unprofessional!! I was there for a urine test for a job & they made me wait so long the test was unreadable!! They didn't even do the psychical I needed. I also had to come back the next day to do it again because they had me waiting so long... I spoke with a manager & she did nothing to rectify the situation.... not even an apology! worse place ever!! Do Not come to STACY MEDICAL CENTER IN VERNON!!! Horrible medical treatment all they care abour is that flat rate dollar not about patient care....

This a a terrible place to go to. I went for a physical and a drug test for a job. I had to wait 3 hrs till finally I made it through the door. Then, it was another hour and a half before I was finally done with the all of the tests. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone at all.

Beware of Blanca Dr. Hakimian's medical assistant. She is completely rude, unprofessional and shouldnt be allowed to work at all with people. This lady has the nastiest attitude i have seen. STAY AWAY!

Worst place i EVER been in my life they held me against my will locked the doors on me and wouldn't let me out there was a lady who chased me out the door screaming commanding me to come back inside saying no no no your not going anywhere come here now ...all because the temperature of my urine was warmer than the temperature from my body they guy doctor there doing the urine test on other guys said I couldn't leave until I do another test and I had to do it while he watched i was held there for more than 30 min I only got away because one of there coworkers was leaving the building and i left thats when that lady came out screaming telling me to enter the building again i hope this never happends to any one else it was so uncomfortable for me i felt trapped and the drug test was for a job that I was trying to get to take care of my 2 young daughters big waste of my time ...I also want to mention the guy doctor was making jokes to one of the secretary's saying he's gonna lock the doors on me at first I really thought he was playing but he wasn't he really did lock the doors I was feeling panicked and in need of my inhaler I have asthma and he didn't care he was laughing at me this was bad I feel so wierd right now and now I'm nervous to enter any other medical clinic this was the worst experience i ever had and I hope no one goes thru that

Service was mediocre at best. Expect to wait more than 3 hours for a drug test. One of the young Hispanic women at the front desk was a real b$&@$. I hope everyone and their mothers in this medical center gets Covid, monkeypox, and then some more.

If a family member works in a company DO NOT LET THEM GET TESTED HERE! If I could leave Zero stars I would. My father and many of his coworkers have been tested twice here. First time "Oh 2-3days it will be ready" Calls on 3rd day "Oh 5-7 days" now On the 7th day they finally call only to say "You have to take the test again because tubes got mixed up." How lovely another week of waiting. So decided to call today which would be 6th day and they say "oh 2-3 more days." Well as I said go somewhere else NOT HERE.

While service was quick, it’s not the best equipped healthcare center, I, as many others went in for a pre-employment drug test one week ago today, after being processed, and dressing, the only seating available to tie my shoes was a vinyl-covered rolling stool, when I sat and bent down to tie my shoe, the stool rolled from under me, I dropped to the floor. I should have said something but, I guess falling on my bottom made me too embarrassed to do so. I'm still in pain, my lower back feels like it was crushed from the unexpected sliding stool. Be careful, it's not the best feeling to come out with a health problem, from a healthcare facility when going for a simple drug test.

Sitting here right now over 2 hours. When just come was 7th. Now 3th. Worst service ever i seen…

It was such a fast experience. I was in and our within an hour. I got a pre-employment urine drug screening test with a full physical exam and x-rays. I came in at 11a. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend Jillian. If you want to go in and out.

Today we went there for a physical check up it took us three and half hours, if you go there make sure you have enough time.

Late review but better late than never. So I had my mind set on a horrible visit based on the past reviews. I was required to have a pre employment physical/drug test. I thought it was gonna take forever. I checked in with Yareli at like 11am . She was very helpful .I was out by 12:30 . I got a physical/ x rays/ drug test/ all that in an hour and a half. With about five people ahead of me. Not bad at all. If you don’t wanna be there all day. Just get there early.

Why are you ther if you cant be a true nurse/Doctor….only out to take money. Reporting you to the state of CA…..now true it……if you care about your body and or loved ones, dont go here!!!

Very unprofessional and treat you like a criminal when you’re there for a drug screening had a horrible experience where the first person in blue scrubs wasn’t paying me any attention after calling me in the second waiting room and I over hear him telling a coworker in another room about it and when i did go I didn’t meet the requirement because I couldn’t and they start accusing me of wanting to get out of peeing in the cup and if I can’t it’s technically me refusing to comply with the test and will result in them assuming a positive as they let me go back into the main waiting room where I again see the person caring for me tell one of the receptionist about me and to not let me leave or it’s invalid and then to me as if I’m a criminal trying to get out of it when that’s not my intentions I have never had a more uncomfortable and humiliating experience at a clinic.
