I am really so pleased with my order. I saw the item listed in the photo below and really loved it. I was a bit concerned about purchasing from a shop in Germany that deals with wire transfers, since that's not common in the US, but Timo worked with me to come to an arrangement where I felt comfortable. And now it's arrived safely to the US - very quickly - and it's even more beautiful in person. I love that you can see the wear since it's very old, but it's also been restored so lovingly that it just looks like it's been passed down with care through the generations. Would absolutely recommend Galerie Balbach!

Just bought an empire clock. It turned out to be skillfully restored and as beautiful as on the internet pictures. The service was excellent: although I'm living in Holland, the clock was delivered in person, very quickly, together with helpful instructions and a nice background story.
