Nach langem Überlegen habe ich mir am 1.11.22 in Leipzig die Augen mit der SMILE-Methode lasern lassen. Ich hatte vorher nur Gutes gehört, umso enttäuschter bin ich nun. Vorweg muss ich sagen, dass die Praxis sehr angenehm und modern ist, man fühlt sich eher wie in einer Hotel-Lobby als wie beim Augenarzt. Das gesamte Team war durchweg freundlich. Wartezeit maximal 10 Minuten. Wirklich sehr positiv. Ich war vor der OP kurzsichtig mit ca. -3 Dioptrien und einer Hornhautkrümmung. Ja, ich kann jetzt nach der OP in die Ferne deutlich besser sehen als vorher. Es gibt aber immer wieder Momente oder Phasen wo mir die Sicht verschwimmt. Auf die Nähe ist es zeitweise eine Katastrophe. Arbeiten am Bildschirm fällt mir extrem schwer (und ich arbeite im Büro...). Teilweise kann ich die Zahlen am PC nicht erkennen. Extrem trockene Augen habe ich seit der OP und muss regelmäßig Tropfen nehmen (stündlich). Diese Tropfen helfen im ersten Moment und die Sicht wird etwas besser, allerdings hält das nur für Sekunden bis ein paar Minuten. Die Nachkontrolle im Dezember ergab links 120% Sehkraft und rechts 80%, eine Woche später waren es links 90-100% und rechts nur 60-70% und das mit aller Kraft. Meine Werte schwanken also. Dazu ist zu sagen, dass der Test nur auf die Ferne erfolgt. Enorme Probleme habe ich beim Autofahren im Dunkeln, da die Scheinwerfer der Autos mich extrem blenden und ich sehr starke Halos sehe. Im Vorgespräch wurde mir gesagt, dass ich das nach spätestens einem Monat nicht mehr wahrnehme, nun habe ich erfahren, dass es bis zu 6 Monate dauern kann. Ebenso habe ich auch erst hinterher erfahren, dass die Heilung bis 3 Monate dauern kann...wurde mir vorher auch nicht gesagt. Meine Kontrolltermine habe ich in Chemnitz, die Ärztin ist sehr nett und versucht mir immer wieder meine Ängste zu nehmen, aber langsam glaube ich, dass das nur "Schön-Gerede" ist. Nach aktuellem Stand kann ich diese OP in keinster Weise empfehlen, ich bereue es jeden Tag aufs Neue und wünsche mir einfach nur meine Brille zurück. Sollte es sich in den nächsten Monaten noch verbessern, werde ich meine Bewertung entsprechend anpassen.

Alle Zwischenentfernungen sehe ich nur verschwommen und undeutlich, im Dämmerlicht oder Dunkelheit bin ich schon mehrfach gestürzt, weil Bordsteinkanten oder Stufen für mich nicht klar erkennbar sind. Meine Arbeit im Büro und am PC ist fast nicht mehr möglich ! Zu meinen fast monatlichen Terminen in Leipzig stoße ich nur auf taube Ohren und muss mir ständig anhören, dass es doch schließlich eine Verbesserung der Lebensqualität ist, ohne Brille sehen zu können. NEIN Ist es ganz klar NICHT !!!!! Da es in Leipzig leider nicht weiter geht, habe ich mir nunmehr Rat und Meinung von zwei anderen Augenärzten eingeholt, mit der Aussage von beiden Ärzten, dass diese Linsen absolut ungeeignet sind, für Leute die am PC arbeiten und für Leute, die schon mit Gleitsichtbrillen nicht klar kommen. Die Linse ist nicht in der Lage, oben beschrieben Abstände klar abzubilden. Die Linse kann nur die Nähe und die Weite ausgleichen ! I came without an advance order because of eye pain. Everyone was very nice and professional. The waiting area invites you to feel comfortable and thus alleviated my fears.
