I have had multiple purchases with Pulickattil handicrafts and my overall experience is excellent. Doney, the proprietor is very friendly and reachable. The items are expensive compared to other shops buts that’s nullified by the quality of product. The Paper mash Lord Krishna idol that we purchased here had tremendous grace and reality. It takes a great artist with tremendous devotion to create such an idol. Right from the first enquiry until the final dispatch, we found honesty and transparency. Great job.

I got bamboo paintings and boats from the handicraft shop as wedding return gift. The products are really beautiful and loved it. The service was also very prompt and the team helped me in the order ready well before the wedding date.

The shop is very easily accessible and the collection is huge with exceptional quality .. And the most interesting thing is that the awareness of the management about the historical knowledge of Alappuzha they have as a result of being in the tourism industry for decades .. We wanted 2 Kathakali faces for our house and were searching for good collection, since we stay outside India options were even more limited or may be we didn't know. In such situation we came across Pulickattil Handicraft and found 2 masterpieces made of fibre, light-weighted and elegant. We couldn't search for more anywhere else and stuck to buying these, now the challenge was to get it delivered. Luckily we had some of our relatives coming over from India but that was not enough , we requested Doney at Pulickattil to arrange a speedy delivery which can make it possible for our people to get it before they left India, there were some waiting game in between for sure, payment didn't go through and hence the product didn't go for shipping but all in all it was a great expérience. Our entrance looks great with these 2 welcoming faces 😇 thanks again!
