If
you're
considering
joining
a
workout
community
rather
than
a
conventional
gym,
you
will
not
regret
signing
up
at
Big
Bang
Crossfit
or
much
less
be
disappointed.
All
the
coaches/trainers
are
knowledgeable
and
help
you
understand
the
movements
being
performed
and
teach
you
how
to
properly
execute
them
to
be
safe
and
maximize
your
workout.
Not
to
mention
they
are
always
there
to
offer
unsolicited
guidance,
critique
your
form
in
a
positive
manner,
and
are
very
approachable.
The
environment
at
Big
Bang
makes
you
want
to
keep
coming
back
to
challenge
yourself
and
get
through
a
workout;
even
if
it
means
you
lose
your
lunch
somewhere
in
between
or
end
up
on
the
floor
as
you
writhe
in
bittersweet
agony
while
you
recover.
What
I
didn't
expect
and
received
from
Day-1
at
Big
Bang,
was
the
support
and
encouragement
from
not
only
the
coaches,
but
the
community
at
large.
It
is
what
keeps
me
coming
back
and
feeling
that
no
matter
how
badly
out
of
shape
I'm
in
or
that
I
struggle
with
proper
form
and
the
workouts
(WOD's),
I
will
eventually
improve
and
join
the
pack.
There
is
not
enough
great
things
I
can
say
about
the
community
here
at
Big
Bang
as
they
are
integral
to
helping
me
complete
a
personal
challenge
to
get
and
stay
fit
after
more
than
a
decade
in
a
health
decline.
I've
had
several
gym
memberships
in
the
past
-
only
to
get
stuck
with
the
monthly
dues
and
quasi
workout
routines
with
little
to
no
results.
Having
never
heard
of
Big
Bang
or
knowing
what
Crossfit
was,
I
signed
up
for
a
one-month
trial
because
my
sister
was
also
looking
to
sign
up
at
a
gym
and
we
had
both
come
across
Big
Bang
through
a
google
search
and
figured
it
was
worth
a
shot.
For
someone
over
40
y.o.,
weighing
316
Lbs,
and
the
myriad
of
apocalyptic
clinical
diagnosis,
there
was
no
shortage
of
self-doubt,
but
what
I
came
to
realize
is
that
what
I
have
to
lose
is
far
greater
than
making
it
through
a
60
min.
WOD
session.
After
3
months
and
minor
changes
to
my
diet
(reduced
portions,
less
sugar,
carb's
etc..),
I
have
lost
at
least
40
Lbs.
by
doing
Crossfit
at
Big
Bang
with
the
support
of
Fernando,
the
trainers,
and
community.
I
can't
thank
them
enough
for
helping
me
accomplish
much
more
than
I
expected
or
imagined
was
possible.
Physically
I
feel
much
better,
rediscovering
mobility
that
my
gut
and
laziness
prohibited
me
from
doing
the
past
several
years.
I
am
by
no
means
done
or
satisfied,
my
goal
is
to
become
healthier,
improve
and
complete
the
WOD's,
and
I
know
this
goal
is
certainly
possible

Bang
