The staff has always been friendly, and the dynamic of the mall continues to maintain its authenticity throughout the years. My shopping experience in this mall was fantastic. I can't wait to keep making memories at a legendary place in this city. It’s a huge, clean, organized mall with just about every store that you could ever want to shop at. Check out their website for listings of what stores they have, the options are seemingly endless. Parking is free in the garages, which is nice, although it gets a bit packed on the weekends. There is a massive chain restaurants at floor 5&6 for friends and family. This mall is a fun place to explore, even if you don’t need or want to purchase anything. Cevahir mall one of biggest mall in Sisli District - European side of Istanbul .. many international brands available .. you can find good & different collection in shops ( Zara - Mango ) from the others mall ...the best things for this mall is the mall connected to metro station & very near to the main bus & Metrobus stations . Most of the visitors are Arab , foreigners tourist & for this reason I want to warn all the foreigners to be aware about their bags , wallet , mobile and theiry belongs as Frequent thefts occurred in this mall, and the mall management is not interested in that. Please be careful , aware and pay attention while visiting this mall.

An amazing mall and it has everything one needs. There are various Coffee shops over there and they are pretty good. Restaurants on the other hand are also good and I’ve tried two of them. It’s so easy to get there through the metro which is so cheap. The metro will get you right to the mall. One thing to complain about is the money exchange place is the worst cuz they buy with way less than the actual exchange prices! All in all it’s a great and not very expensive to shop over there. This is one of the best Malls in Istanbul. The security is per excellent. It is located in the heart of the city. Lovely place for tourists to shop. Toilets are kept neat including the environments. Prices are affordable with good quality. There is wifi service but you rather collect it from the security desk. All eateries are located on the 3rd floor. The mall also provides recreational facilities where you & your children can play & have fun.

Looked nice from the outside, but my wife and I were not allowed into the mall. The signs said we needed an HES number, which we had thought was only for citizens and residents of Turkey. Evidently, amidst the 2nd round of COVID-19, they are requiring everyone to obtain an HES code, but there's a catch. You need to have a Turkish mobile number in order to acquire the code. Since neither of us had a local phone number attached to our mobile phones we couldn't obtain HES codes and we were refused admittance to the mall. No worries, we found other malls which would let us enter, but being refused entry after we took a 30 minute taxi ride to get here, wasn't the most enjoyable thing ever. 😁😅

I'm staying at a place not far away from the mall and I come to it to avoid getting burned by the hot sun😅. So I use it as my covered strolling environment! Very pleasant and has a nice variety of restaurants to try!

Best shopping mall in Sissli area. It’s just two stops via metro from Taksim. You can sometimes find very good deals on clothes and general items.

Cevahir is a huge mall located in the transit centre of Istanbul. This mall has everything you need: plenty of clothing shops, sports equipment shops, home decoration shops, places to eat and a gigantic cinema, that is three stories high. The location is great and the pyramid on the minus 1 floor outside the mall looks cool.

Good place for shopping. Easy access and good food
