I recently visited McDonald's and I have to say, I was blown away by the exceptional customer service and quick service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and friendly attitude from the staff. What impressed me the most was how fast my order was taken and prepared. Despite the busy atmosphere, my food was ready in no time, and it was delicious! The staff were efficient and professional, and they made sure that my order was correct and to my liking. I also appreciated how clean and well-maintained the restaurant was. The staff were constantly cleaning and wiping down the tables, which made me feel comfortable and confident about eating there. Overall, my experience at McDonald's was wonderful. The staff provided great customer service and the food was delivered quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious meal and excellent service. Keep up the great work, McDonald's!

Couple of issues. I ordered a burger plain with bacon and cheese. They didn’t include the bacon as my pictures show. Additionally, my fries were cold.

Please don't put your entire hand over the top of cups when grabbing them from the soda machine tray. Than proceed to put lids on them. Please grab them out from the side of the cups.

It was actually very nice that the phone was answered when I called to ask if their dining room was open or just the drive thru. The lady that answered was extremely polite. The young man that took my order was also polite & friendly. He made me feel like I was not a problem but treated me like more than a customer. That was a very refreshing feeling

Just visited 6/24/23, ordered a plain cheeseburger because I have a lot of food allergies and was LOUDLY mocked by the kitchen staff for ordering that. I was really embarrassed. Don't worry, staff, I would LOVE to eat the onions/pickles too 😔

Walked in. No one to take my order. I finally used the kiosk to place my order and pay. I waited 5 minutes to get my two drink order with only one drink made correctly.

Service here sucks now the workers inside can't figure out if there is a person waiting at the cashier top of that there food is sub par along with cold fries most importantly THERE DRIVE WAY AS SOON AS YOU PULL IN HAS MASSIVE POT HOLES!!!!! Your better off going to the one in cape girardeau atleast there driveway won't distroy your car.

If you’re lucky they won’t forget your McNugget sauce, seems they always do and your left eating what tastes like little Soggy chunks Of mattress.

Ordered food and after 10mins of waiting. They came and asked me if I gotten anything yet. Hadn't, several other people go there's. This guy ordered and not even 2 minutes after he sat down he got his food. Very disappointed in McDonald's service. This is the 3rd time one of the locations messed up my order in the past week

Fast friendly service! Its always a hit or miss on which of these restaurants will be good but this one was not a disappointment.

The price for a combo meal rivals that of a sit-down restaurant entree. Staff was clueless about the Mobil app and extra BBQ sauce was an upcharge.

Very good experience! Staff was friendly, food was hot and delicious and the restaurant was clean. Great job, McD's for an excellent time. Will return in the future.
