Very clean and very easily accessible. Be warned, they bring you in with a decent price but the cost of my unit over the next 2 years doubled. Would appreciate a real up front price and not an amazing shock where the price skyrockets to after you have moved everything in.

I have many positive things to say about Life Storage in Wesley Chapel. First the Customer Service is first rate! Ashley went above standard practices to assist me with my rental and showed interest in what I was trying to accomplish; very rare these days. The pricing was not only fair, but inexpensive for the size of the rental unit. The online rental process was very easy and saved a lot of time at the counter. The building is very clean and parking is simple. If you need storage, this is the place to go. Even if you have to pass several other storage buildings, you want to end up here.

Very nice place for storage I would easily recommend this place if it's nearby. The only reason I'm leaving is because I moved to Brandon and a 45-minute drive one way has become ridiculous if it wasn't for that I would have stayed... Management is nice, the site is always clean including the restroom, and it has a nice large area for driving around.

Ashley is an exceptional person and knowledgeable when it comes to explaining exactly what it is you’re looking for. Without her help, I don’t think I’d be able to pick out the right storage for my items. 👏🏽

We have had this unit for >2 years and have never had an issue. We always felt that our stuff was safe. We actually lost our key when it came time to checkout but Ashley drilled it open for us with no problem. I highly recommend this storage facility.

For the last few months I’ve been renting with life storage. If there’s anything I can tell you from my experience, it’s been nothing but great. For the most part I’ve been working with the manager Ashley when I’ve needed help & she’s always so kind & very helpful. The storage is very easy to get to, easy access, very clean, & very organized. I’ve rented with a few life storage locations before but this is my favorite. Between the staff & the environment itself, I wouldn’t hesitate to use this location if I needed a place to store again.

We had to rent a storage space last minute and Life storage saved my... well, life...lol! We were able to get the space and the instructions were easy on how to get into the unit. When we arrived, the Manager was very helpful and let us keep the door open so we could unload some pallets. I couldn't get over how clean the facility was. Very happy with the whole process and the cleanliness of the building!

This was my first time renting a storage unit so I was definitely unfamiliar with the process; Ashley explained everything and I'm confident I made the right choice. I really appreciate that there's multiple security measures in place at the facility, that my unit is climate controlled, and that the monthly rate is reasonable. :)
