Great place other than the manager. The manager showed up right at checkout time being very rude, telling us we are late and we need to get out now. I have camped and stayed at numerous places over my lifetime and have NEVER been pushed out like this. I have NEVER been treated like this anywhere I have stayed. Scheduling correctly during a busy holiday is crucial. Allowing a little extra time for hiccups is important. Will not be back here. Barbara cleans the rooms, etc, and she is amazing!

We recently stayed here for one night on our way home. The two women in the office were very friendly. Our site was very clean, super quiet, and level. We had a private deck, long site with full-hook ups, plenty of space and a nice view. There was a large grassy, tree filled area that was pretty and a good place to walk the dog. The weather didn't cooperate, so we didn't get to take advantage of the nice deck overlooking the water. We will look forward to returning here again! We were in a 29 foot motorhome.

We have stayed here twice now and have had a very positive experience both times. We rented a cabin, but there are also RV sites available. The lake is beautiful and they have moved most of the cabins to have a water view. The cabins are outfitted with a small kitchen and dishes so you can save some money and make your own meals if you want to. It's a great place to stay.

We were a little nervous before we arrived because the amount of rules and regulations on their website as well as reading google reviews. That helped shape our initial opinions before we arrived, but once we were a few days in, this place really felt like home. There are a lot of full timers here so choosing your site is a little different than most RV parks. Ultimately you are given whatever they decide to give you. The power and water pedestal is on the camp side, so our power cables and water line had to run under our trailer to the opposite side. The decks are really cool because there is no space to sit anywhere if they didn’t make them. So kudos to them for the design. If it weren’t for the deck you would get a slab of concrete and about 2’ of grass. Which was perfect for us, because we spent most days adventuring around the lake at little shops, parks or on the boat. All in all, Water’s Edge RV park is a super quiet getaway on Grand Lake! Cozy and clean. Grass is well kept and green! We can’t wait to come back in the fall sometime!

Booked the site two hours out, paid by card, was not recognized by the staff when I got there and they could not find the reservation I paid for… they misspelled my name and took forever to understand that, they finally used the mailing address and zip code to figure it out, and had an attitude I could have done without for their incompetence. Wow. Nice RV Park great location, very good utilities, nearly perfect level site accounting for drainage, right on the water. However, lots of full time tiny homes and seemingly full time big class A rigs. Grocery and restaurants close by.

Water's Edge RV & Cabin Resort has been my favorite RV camping destination for many years. It has recent new ownership and our most recent visit to the park showed us that is has only improved over time ! The grounds are in great shape. The location is perfect for a family getaway and the staff is wonderful. We will come back as often as we can. Make sure you put this place on your list of must visit campgrounds !

Once again, an amazing stay at one of our favorite places to travel to. Customer service is outstanding, cleanliness, inviting community fire pit area, club house, and rooms/bathrooms/whole park is clean and maintained like it was your own property. We will come back again. Thank you for amazing memories during our stay.
