It was a great experience after getting packed in this pandemic for such a long time. Amidst the Covid situation, Viviana mall opened its door for their customers with utmost safety precautions.

Big food court is available on second floor with many food retail shop.. From thane Railway Station it us 10-15min away..location is very convenient to reach as it is on main highway ..during weekend it seems to be busy.. And Mall is crowded.. It has two layers of basement parking which is very huge and well spread to fulfill need of customers in terms of parking.. Clean, hygienic, well maintained...

This is a season store u will get all things in festivals and seasonal items like rain coats wholesale prices in retail in Diwali u will get crackers wholesale n retail etc

Largest Mall in Thane west. Ambience and Infrastructure are awesome. Good for shopping because all the brands like Shoppers Stop, Nike, Adidas, Lifestyle, H&M & Taniishq is available. Some sales are also going on in this season. GUYS ENJOY THE SHOPPING. If you are hungry then Food court are on the top floor. Other restaurants are also available in ground floor.

Amazing discounts are going on in whole mall for 2 days: 2nd and 3rd January. Hygienic conditions, proper guidance by staff and perfect social distancing measures are taken. To add cherry on the cake, the mall is decorated beautifully for the Christmas and New year theme!

The mall is great. Well maintained. Good security at entrance and throughout the mall. Not much rush when I went there 3 weeks back. Access is good inside mall. They have escalators in the centre and at both ends. Good design due to which crowding does not occur at these points. If some chairs could be provided in the open areas, well spaced, it would be nice. Helpful for husbands waiting for families to complete shopping.

One of the best malls in the town. There is not much crowd so even nicer. The outlets are nice and you can find probably every decent brand in there. The food court is also huge and have a number of eatery options to choose from.

Vivid selection of food and fashion outlets... need to have more options for gaming... multiplex experience is good... following covid norms pretty religiously... reaching there and getting out is clumsy at times due to traffic situations

Almost all brands available...Restaurants too are available Irish house ,etc. Lots of new art during festive times at main hall space ...few pics added of Christmas 2020 eventhough due to covid people are less but decoration of it definitely gave good vibes to people around here !!!

Viviana is an amazing destination to spend your time during the weekend. The only suggestion would be to maintain the hygiene of the restrooms and food court. The mall also needs to work on sanitising the mall often which is currently an important aspect.
