(Translated by Google) This is the worst child emergency clinic there is. Not only because of the endless waiting time (ie about 3 hours before the doctor looked at us and plus 3 hours before X-ray despite that we had been the first one) and the unorganized process, no, even the doctors / medical assistants are uncertain about diagnoses put, unfriendly. For pain is not even given a prescription with ibuprofen for 2.95 €. After 1 week, we go to check, as the doctor had told us ..... and 🤬 she has no time for us. As if for fun we want to drive 35 km hir and back to work. I can not recommend this child emergency clinic at all. A star is even too much.

(Translated by Google) Where should I start? My son was on the station 4a for 2 days ... B. We went there because of this said Dr. B. .... we would have rather left. He was examined 1.5 hours under the anesthetic ... and then we got to hear .... nothing could be done the instruments were too small .... my son is 16 years old but 193 cm. But we were there for investigation 5 week before .... that was not noticed at the time. My son woke up shortly after twelve (1.5 hours of anesthesia) and shortly before three we were released .... without him having something to eat or something similar. We were stationary ... The station knew that we live 300 km away and almost 4 hours by train. What kind of hospital is this? Dinner .... Slice of white bread with butter and cheese already done by sister .... just loveless and unhygienic. No tea .... vegetables ... nothing .... just a plate. Lunch just like that. After 4 days I am still appalled and on Monday I will make a report to the health insurance. I will not let it go that way. Mittagessen genau so.

(Translated by Google) Stunned ... The doctors do not read the files, the doctor did not know anything and asked me and said everything seriously to my baby, it should stay calm and not fidget hello it's a BABY, but the worst of all my children would have to wait a long time Waiting for food my baby could only eat something after 4 hours although I often asked. I had to clean myself the room before. I had to cover the bed of my big child because it was full of blood and the sister did not find it necessary to change it. NEVER AGAIN, I will go there with my children and the health insurance is also informed because you should bring your own milk food so it was reported to me just stunned (Original) Fassungslos...

(Translated by Google) Doctors: terrible communication, terrible methods, impossible treatment of patients and parents. Arrange unnecessary week long stays and then do not bother. Nurses: usually very nice, but is station dependent. Due to inexplicable symptoms, our child was hastily bled daily by an unfriendly medical team. The method: 2 hold the crying baby, one takes the oversized sample. Parents are undesirable, questions are annoyed and obviously incompetent answers. A visit of the senior physician was a grace granted after 2 weeks for the first time. As a result, we left the clinic 'on our own responsibility' forever, a decision in which even the nice nurses supported us. In order to do the same (taking a blood sample), a visit to a friendly laboratory assistant at the nearest clinic gave the baby a small prick on the mother's lap and took a significantly smaller amount of blood. No shouting, no overworked medical team necessary. And no unnecessary weeks in hospital. Ultimately, the diagnosis was not known until after another 6 months, but the doctors were nice in contrast, talking to us, had a structured and transparent approach. Children's Hospital Amsterdamer Straße? Never again.

Waiting over 2 hours and being with a 1 year old child who has a fever and a mega rash (probably allergic reaction) not treated because we did not have his passport. Except we pay the treatment itself although we are even double insured. We were not allowed in the registration area with him and the oh so nice blonde old box at the front desk did not even bother to look out for him shortly after. Sau loading !!! Main thing all the Gesindl from the street treat without ifs and buts! (Original) Die grösste Frechheit überhaupt. About a month ago, my mother was on ward 2. Don't bring your elderly loved ones to this hospital! My mother was allowed to dry out completely, she just stared straight ahead, no reflexes, etc. It was not considered necessary to give her infusions. Pushed to do this every day. When the time came, it ran past the hose so that there was about half a liter on the floor. When I called the nurse Andreas... he freaked out and tore the stand provided out of the room! There was no new drip as this only happened the next day Arrangements could be made with a doctor who is in his mid-20s. She regularly lay in her feces and was placed on a chair by the staff facing the wall for about 6 hours. Which the roommate confirmed to me. Hasn't been washed once in 2 weeks, only with wet wipes at the bottom of the bed. Oral care is completely wrong there. Toothbrush etc. was completely unused after 4 days. My mother could no longer eat due to the dryness and lack of oral hygiene. No one wanted to see why until I took the dentures out of my mouth and found that all the gums underneath were torn and bloody. The doctor wanted to look at it again the next day. At the time, it was 1:00 p.m. Corona protection measures equal 0 My mother was lying between two rooms in which Corona patients were lying. There are connections between the rooms, with wooden sliding doors. Of course my mother also got Corona. With a severe course. At some point I carried out tests myself because the staff missed them. If I hadn't done this, she would have been in isolation for at least 2 days longer. They wanted to play me for a fool and make me know that they had been tested. The roommate confirmed to me that this was not done! Which was then confirmed by the staff in the evening. I also noticed that the emergency call button in the room was broken. I then had to exchange this because the staff was unable to do so. When activated, it always took about 5 minutes until someone was in the room. The standard issue was always the lack of staff! In some cases a specialist was responsible for a station. Every day we ate carrot soup that my mother didn't touch. I always told them that my mother didn't like it. After discharge, my mother can go home dehydrated and short of breath. Which led to the emergency doctor picking her up the next day. The fact is, if I hadn't gone to Marien Hospital every day, my mother would have died there. Bad nursing staff who constantly roll their eyes and are completely overwhelmed. Now it has gone from being a nursing case to a full nursing case. Physiotherapy = ask once, and if no answer, move on straight away. If there was ever a physio there. Due to "shortage of staff".. Now I can catch up on what I fought for for half a year. And this hospital (geriatrics) Managed to destroy this in 2 weeks!

There is no care. People are left to fight for themself. Therapie and support for patients does not exist. The patient i guided died after 4 days. Although brought over from Uni-Klinik in good conditions. Staff only change bedding and when asked to care are rude and unemotional to patient and family. Its easier to have a free bed after 4 days then to care and nurse people back to help. Another patient in need of motion therapy was left on his own as nurse had to fill in forms. Patient had no motivation and with that therapy was aborted after five minutes. In the four days i was there i spoke to three different doctors no one felt responsibility nor checked the documents properly. Im still shocked after now three years. Please avoid that hospital.

(Translated by Google) To all parents who complain about the long waiting times: My daughter was born on 21.01. born this year in the Protestant hospital in Kalk. The birth was completely normal and actually complication-free, a few days above the ET. However, after the birth she did not breathe, had to be taken away immediately and be ventilated. The midwives of the delivery room responded immediately and alerted the children's hospital. Within six minutes, the ambulance was on the ward and drove in a monkey tooth in the children's hospital. Her condition was very critical and pneumonia developed. A few hours after the birth I went to the hospital to see her. She was welcomed by sisters, who can not be overstaffed. I was able to watch a group of doctors standing around my daughter's bedside and talking for over an hour. how they save the life of my daughter. And she recovered. After some, never-ending time in the intensive care unit, she was transferred to the C3. Even there, my child was treated with heart and mind, the pediatrician took a lot of time to explain everything in detail. After 2 weeks, my child finally came to my house. I can imagine that it is nerve-wracking and difficult when your own child is ill, even seriously ill. But rest assured that all the staff in this clinic would never let your kids suffer - at least not in the realm of real danger, and when it gets serious, do everything to help your children. I thank you all in the clinic for supporting the comments of all parents and helping children like mine. And you parents, whose children are sick and who wait so long - please remember my little daughter, who would not live without this clinic.

(Translated by Google) I'm just horrified. My mother was not taken seriously by the ward doctors. With a suspected heart attack and was complained about the stinging in the heart was only: I sometimes have. What is that for a statement ???? With acutely increased pressure but you have asked drum, once to measure. There is no time for it. The doctor seemed tired and said that laboratory values are all normal. Then the colleague has drawn attention to the values in the report, which are then not so good. In addition, medications have been misplaced, caregivers have often confused the names of patients, so that's not surprising. The food was inedible. Honey partially frozen and bread dry, because you should be healthy? Man habe keine Zeit dafür.

(Translated by Google) MVZ radiology in the Marienhospital One really wonders - in which century do we live and can it really be that such slow-witted specimens of our species can work on the application ... and yet it is really true! After the ladies have finally understood what the purpose of the appointment is, it goes into the waiting room. The access is placed in the waiting room !!! You sit in a chair with your trunk open with the door open, while people pass in the hallway. The lady of the application is nice, but quite incompetent when it comes to setting an account. Her gloves and access equipment are stored in the chair next to me. Very sterile and super hygienic (* irony) !!! I do not want to know who was sitting in that chair with his butt before. The process then interrupts them and takes off the gloves to put them back on the chair and then put on again. Crushed like a sieve then it goes into the MRT and the access is finally there laid. After the MRI you forget me even 30 minutes in the device. The access is pulled and the blood runs out in streams. The needles and the used utensils are disposed of in an open wastepaper basket in the waiting room. The hygienic understanding of the staff is extremely questionable! Finally, the lady wants to send me home, but thanks to the fact that I had to wait longer for the CD, I have not missed the conversation with the doctor! Dr. Girardi was the only bright spot in this mess. Very nice! If there was not a half-open MRT, I would never go back to this place. Maybe next time I'll get access from my GP and then go back there ...

Worst hospital I know. My father lay there in full diapers until he had fungus all over his lower body. His condition deteriorated rapidly and no one cared whether he ate anything or whether he was dozing the whole time. Incidentally, the hearing aid and teeth disappeared there or on the way there. When asked about the fungus, the nurse told my friend that he was at home during the 18 hours in which he was illegally discharged with delirium, according to Mr. Rose, the nursing representative of the Erft district, and that it wasn't because of the full diapers in the hospital, but because of them Diapers at home, that's why he was neglected....when I said that he didn't have any diapers there....silence. A little joke on the side....he was discharged with 4 tubes of anti-fungal medication at 6 p.m....so we already knew what would happen to my father in the 6 p.m. After he fell over in his wheelchair in the toilet while he was delirious, I was supposed to order another RTW in consultation with the mobile nursing service and the care assessor of the Erftkreis, Mr. Rose, who took him back to St. Marien... that's when it went lost the teeth, He was then referred to short-term care in Kaarst, who were surprised to see the listless, bedridden old person rushing along the corridors in his wheelchair and inspecting the nursing home on the second day. When asked about the fungus whether it would happen quickly as the nurse had said, Oksana told the nurse there that it would not happen so quickly and that the entire lower abdomen (thigh, groin, genitals up to above the belly button) was covered with fungus. He came home on the ambulance on Wednesday morning and I asked where his wheelchair was...he didn't have one, it belonged to the clinic and was in his room. I went there straight away and there he was standing in front of the nurse's room for the 3rd....with the note almost completely torn off...Private property of.....only a small snippet could read my father's date of birth. Don't send anyone who is old in there.

(Translated by Google) I am a doctor. About 2 years ago I ended up in a hospital (in Cologne) because of a simple and harmless operation. But the operation didn't go as it should. Many complications occurred between and after the surgery, and they helped me have another 5 operations. I went through a lot, I was in an artificial comma, and I was in intensive care for weeks. At the end of this bad time, I lost 16 kilos. My health was not going well. I was sick, weak and tired and my quality of life was lost. I didn't have much strength and courage to keep fighting. I was transferred to Marienhospital (Cologne) in this state of health and tied up in bed, and then the miracle of my life happened. On the very first visit, Professor Schulz arranged for all further examinations that were necessary. I was examined from head to toe in no time. For the first time after several surgeries and after long hospital stays, I found that one is not made here (in MH). Here the doctors take their time and everything can be optionally adapted to their own needs. In my own medical experience, it is no longer a matter of course these days to be looked after so individually, if it had been up to the (specialist) doctors previous hospital, I would have been in a nursing home for a long time. But here in M.H. I always felt in good hands. Prof. Schulz gave me courage and confidence. Thanks to his comprehensive investigations, I was on the way to recovery, and in a few weeks I made enormous progress. Based on my professional experience, I know and appreciate that his commitment goes beyond professional. He personally treats his patients with heart and dedication. He is a luminary in his field. Thanks to the technical support and excellent medical care provided by Prof. Schulz and his team, I regained my courage and recovered. Medical stay in M.H. my opening clearly outdated. I had quality of life again and had fun again. It is a great feeling to be able to experience care like this (in the M.H). The words are not enough to express my gratitude. But there is so much gratitude and respect in my heart. Thank you very much, dear Professor Schulz, dear doctors, dear secretariat, dear nurses and nursing staff and dear N.T.C (No. 70- Physiotherapy) and, ... You are a great team. The patients cared for by them can count themselves lucky. I hope I could express my appreciation with these thank-you letters, and further I hope that you will be able to give them a little pleasure. When a patient is back in life, there are always people behind this recovery. People who have dealt with the deficits thanks to their expertise and skill. It is encounters with good people that make life worth living. A warm and grateful patient ...

(Translated by Google) Sauhaufen. Explicitly I mean station B3-1. The main thing is the balance. Organisatorisch in medical, nursing and hygiänischer the absolute zero point. My wife was sicker than come in. Now I can do mitigation. They took ten days to determine that she has no rheumatism but a tendon tear in her shoulder. Pain without end. Fully pumped with tablets. Conscientists only with appointment. It's a joke. I do not even send a rat out if she has flatulence. The patient is not taken seriously. I as a relative have intervened permanently. Arrangements of doctors for medication change or dosage without patient information. I could sing the song endlessly. When I see the big-headed placards of quality management, if I still have them, the bile will run over me. Then there is still the high number of Dienstählen. That says everything. Dear people. Turn it around. (Original) Sauhaufen. Liebe Leute. (Translated by Google) One of the worst hospitals in Cologne. Bad-tempered people at the reception, disinterested doctors and nurses who are on the edge of the bearable.

Admitted a couple of years ago. Apauling hospital. Admitted for five days sheets not changed once and I had to ask for. Change of gown. In australia these are changed daily. No conversation with day nurses as I did not speak German and I did not know what medicine I was taking. I was put in isolation without telling me this and was extremely scared when I found this on my door. It was. Very scary place with drug addicts walking around that were high.

(Translated by Google) First of all, I would like to say that doctors work there who deliberately contact the youth welfare office to separate children from their parents. Find another clinic with hopefully non-racist doctors, otherwise you will soon cry after your children! (Translated by Google) First of all, I would like to comment positively on the hospital. it is important that there is such a facility for children, since the treatment of children requires different skills than those for adults. The staff is always trying to be friendly despite the strong understaffing and seem to be simply overwhelmed to treat the sheer number of patients. Above all, this claim is directed to the emergency room. We came here on a Friday at 6 p.m. with pneumonia and were only brought to the room for inpatient admission at 4 a.m. All in all, the respective tests did not take an hour. If we add the evaluation of one hour to 2 hours. If we add an hour of tolerance and an hour of waiting, we would be four hours. the remaining waiting time apparently only refers to the fact that the staff is simply overwhelmed by the large number of patients. Now for the setup: All in all, the decor is ok, it also has a good offer so that you don't get too bored. But it is a bit dated and run down. In the meantime I was not sure whether this facility is located in Germany or in a Balkan country. 😅 This statement refers only to the external circumstances, not to the clientele. Briefly something about the inpatient stay. To all who are confronted with an inpatient stay: avoid it as much as possible, in this hospital the children may get well but the parents who take care of the children will get sick within a week. not misunderstood by an infection or something, you will be taken out of bed at 7 a.m. which is fine, but the fact that you have to give up your bed and spend the rest of the day in chairs is an absolute no-go , When we were admitted to the hospital at 4 a.m. on the first day, I had to return my parents' bed at 7 a.m. A circumstance for which one could certainly have made an exception. As a parent, you feel that is a bully. The arguments for removing the beds from the rooms are very weak and inexplicable to me. Supposedly you want to make room in the room so that the cots fit in. In such a case, why is the parent's bed not included in the calculation? when the room is full, the parents have to sleep somehow at night. Apart from that, we had a large room and were alone. So there was no reason to take our bed away. on the whole, I can understand the negative reviews very well. On the other hand, I try to be empathetic, especially with the nurses because they are obviously overwhelmed.

(Translated by Google) After my husband was registered the day before and a report of embarrassed the hospital was faxed showed you surprised and would have preferred us because my husband has a germ what was also communicated. At the entrance I was reprimanded because I did not wear protective clothing. I had not accompanied my husband on the trip when he arrived at the hospital and waited for his information. After more than two hours in the reception, he was taken to an isolation room. The sisters were anything but friendly. After the question of whether he could finally have the desired drug for his pain, a sister said that she was very unfriendly, that she had something else to do first. There would not have been any food for the reception. Another sister would have preferred to expel me immediately from the room because I did not do what they wanted. My impression x second day he is undesirable. Due to its germ, entering the room is limited to a very strict minimum and reluctantly. The urine bottle can not be taught and the tray with food can not be cleared! I was asked by a doctor to leave the room immediately after a half-hour conversation because I did not follow the instructions. My fears isolate only and urgent early rehabilitation will not take place because of KEIM !! I do not want to comment further. Everything was communicated to them early. I have the medical reports. It would be so important after more than 6 months of hospital finally to be mobilized so that my husband finally comes home. Yes, we live and have been living together for 40 years even if I have a different name to the question of the social worker if I had lived with him before the illness. Perhaps hard to understand for a Catholic hospital, yes, but that's not God's blessing, but Catholic. The stay has become a major disaster. I was threatened with the police and house banned because I violated the hygiene rules. The behavior of the doctor and the senior physician plus nurses bottom drawer so what I have not come up yet. The OA wanted to keep my husband there for important investigations could be made if the necessary equipment is no longer broken. Physio could not be done because they work in the morning rehab and for the early rehab long waiting times are. He would like to continue treating him, but I am not allowed to enter the house due to hygiene regulations. The room was not even cleaned that day rule is 3 times disinfection of the surfaces. My husband in the hospital without me. No!!! I have visited my husband 6 1/2 months every day many unimaginable for us that he would not have survived that was his death. We left this hospital immediately. Everything there was hell from start to finish !!!

THE RATING MATCHES REAL FACTS! IF MY REVIEW IS DELETED AGAIN, I WILL HAVE A LAWYER CLEAR IT!!! In September 2023, my mother was referred from the “St. Vinzenz Hospital” to the “St. Marien Hospital” because of water accumulation in her legs. On September 28, 2023 at around 3:30 p.m. my mother was released from the “St. Marien Hospital”. A few hours later, at 7:00 p.m., I found my mother at home, sitting unconscious on the toilet! I had to call emergency services and provide first aid with my neighbor! Unfortunately, my mother still had to be resuscitated by the emergency services! Diagnosis: Pulmonary edema - We or my mother were expressly not informed in the hospital about the possible risk of pulmonary edema or circulatory collapse! My mother then died a few days later in the intensive care unit, on October 13, 2023, at 6:20 p.m. in the “University Hospital of Cologne” (age: 65 years)! The oxygen content was doubtfully adjusted from 1-2l/min to 4l/min in the "St. Marien Hospital". In addition, my mother's breathing mask was not cleaned by the hospital staff and was attached incorrectly, causing severe abrasions to her face while she was still alive! A bronchoscopy was performed twice within a week! Important controls were apparently forgotten or omitted! My mother's health deteriorated rapidly in this hospital! Now we are missing a loved one! How do you treat older people in this hospital?! Maybe the so-called “case management” should think about the negative reviews from the last few weeks?! Mister. Dr. A. Schlesinger (pulmonology - the name is publicly displayed in front of the hospital entrance) should be suspended from duty until the matter is clarified! As an Asperger's autistic person, I present the doctorate of Dr. A. Schlesinger in question! Now my father or the health insurance company has to pay questionable medical bills! My father will file an application with the "North Rhine Medical Association" for medical malpractice and, if necessary, hire a personal injury lawyer at a later date in order to be able to assert claims for damages if necessary!!!

(Translated by Google) Really not recommended !!! Although doctors are partially endeavored, but no trace of real REHA! At station D 1 the dements are running Patients in Pampers across the hallway, sitting At night to strange beds. And of peace no trace for the patients. All doors are open and everywhere a TV is buzzing loudly or music. Unfortunately also at night !! It's like in a fool's house! I have been visitors on the closed Station in Cologne-Ensen and I can tell you: There it was much quieter and more civilized.

The staff (doctors + nursing staff) are the very last! Zero empathy, but treat patients like objects but definitely not like people. Nobody is interested here if someone is afraid of something, the program planned by the staff will go through cold and cold whether it suits you or not. Normally you would have to close this shop. Heartless people work here, absolutely not recommended! I'd rather lie at home sick and vegetate in front of me than land here! Normalerweise müsste man diesen Laden zusperren.

(Translated by Google) If you have the choice, you should definitely avoid this hospital. A relative was there for rehab and I visited her on the weekend. The toilets there are an absolute impertinence! The visitor's toilet was completely contaminated with feces, but the toilet was not cleaned but just completed and otherwise, it seemed to stick everywhere. The nursing staff was nice, but completely overburdened. The doctors were sometimes just overbearing. And what's really wrong is that my grandma slept and when she woke up a homeless person was in the room trying to rummage through her belongings. When I reported this to the reception, there was no one in the nurses' room, they just shrugged their shoulders, because unfortunately they could not do anything.

The emergency room accepts people in the vitamin B fashion. At times people play on their cell phones. I was forgotten freezing cold. Fortunately for you, I didn't die anywhere else. Anyone who wants to do something for themselves should avoid this emergency room. (Original) 5,5 Stunden gewartet für nichts. Am Ende habe ich mich selbst entlassen. (Translated by Google) Simply disappointed My sister was admitted to this hospital yesterday after she visited the CSD in Cologne because she underestimated the warm weather. While my mother picked her up, I went to see her friends to make sure they were okay. What I found out later just disappointed me, I've never experienced anything like it. My mother came to the emergency room without being questioned and then said that she wanted to take her (underage) daughter with her. At this point, it was again not questioned who she is and my sister was simply "given" to her. She didn't have to sign anything or even prove that she really is her mother. I work in the hospital myself and I know that in exceptional situations like this it can be extremely exhausting and confusing. In my opinion, that doesn't justify simply giving an underage girl to someone else. In the state my sister was in, anyone could have taken her with them. Also, my sister was not taken care of at all. When she remarked that she had to go to the toilet, she was only told that this was not possible now and that she should please lie on her mattress, which was lying on the floor. I just don't think the staff there would want to lie on the floor in their own urine themselves. As I have already written, I can understand that a lot of things are mixed up and not going as they should because of this exceptional situation, but that is not possible and the hospital staff can be happy that my sister ended up with us and not with us Hinz and Kunz.

I had an outpatient knee operation at the St. Marien surgery center. The staff was extremely friendly, courteous and competent. Starting with the telephone contact, through the on-site support and in the operating room, everything was just great! Everyone was humane and did a lot to ensure that an experience that wasn't quite as nice as an operation was remembered positively. Nowadays it is no longer a given that you will be treated so well in the healthcare system. Thank you for that!

It's all about neurology, especially Tobi Rivoir and the like!!! I went to the open consultation last week because I've had severe pain in my left arm for three weeks and I got a referral from my family doctor. Unfortunately I was sent away again because the doctor was apparently ill. They didn't want to offer me an alternative date. Should come back next week (despite severe pain). Then tomorrow I was there an extra 45 minutes before the start of the open consultation (and another week of pain), where I was also the second patient. Despite everything, all the patients who came after me got their turn first. When I asked after 1.5 hours why it was taking so long and everyone who came after me got their turn first, they couldn't answer me like that. But I would be on the list. Excellent. Since the doctor took at least 15 minutes for each patient in front of me, I waited another 45 minutes until it was finally my turn. Doctor Rivoir asked me to tell him quickly what I had. He would have no time and 10 more patients. I thought I did not hear right. I explained to him that I had been having pain in my left arm for 4 weeks now and that it was getting worse. He couldn't say anything to me now, he didn't have time, I should come back on Wednesday. When I explained to him that it wasn't that easy (job and other responsibilities), he just said that I should just get a health certificate. Also reflects his work ethic. Since he didn't want to help and didn't even want to take a quick look at my arm, I was able to leave after waiting over 2 hours and 1.5 minutes in the consultation room. If he had ever prepared the patients who came before me just as quickly, I would have found it disgusting, but he took a lot of time for them. What a (sorry) A…L…. At the reception I tried to get the blonde lady to give me a timely appointment, but she then wanted to offer me Wednesday again, even though I had told her twice beforehand that I couldn't do that. Then no appointment would be available before the end of May. When I mentioned again that I was in a lot of pain, it was simply ignored and I left. With pain, two and a half hours of lost goal in life and anger in my stomach because I've never experienced anything like that before. Neurology is underground. But at least they got 1.5 minutes of consultation time from my health insurance company. The short-haired lady is nice, but the doctor and the others would be better off at the checkout at McDonald's.

I NEVER RECOMMEND We went there with ambulance since it was an emergency situation and the doctors were completely incompetent and totally unorganized with each other. They were very friendly, polite and positive BUT unfortunately have no knowledge at all even for basic operations. We keep repeating all the time that the leg hurts but they didn’t even took it seriously and let us go home. Exactly the very next day we ended up with ambulance again to another Hospital in Porz and the doctor found Trombose in the leg. Totally extremely disappointed.

(Translated by Google) Despite a long wait, 3 months for an examination in the sleep laboratory ... I wait at 36 degrees 3 hours in the ambulance to take everything that is known to take up again. I had documents that were made fresh 2 days before the pulmonary specialist doctor. So also be billed privately once? The waiting area an impertinence for people in extremely difficult situations than I was. , I come with the Rolator have trouble with the air. No window no air conditioning, a kind of corner in which one waits for uncomfortable chairs. Although I was offered a kind of lounge chair, which I already knew. Where I would have lain under the glaring light in the hallway. I could always see doctors working for hours on a PC reports, however, I wrote and few other people were waiting. Emergencies Tatütata Accidents that always come before, well, I could not tell. Particularly friendly accommodating actually the coworkers there were not. That occurred to me already 4 years ago when I first came there myself after a severe pneumonia in which I tried many weeks to house alone to get on my feet. I was extremely weak ..... nothing has changed there. In addition, it is dirty around the building ... all other measures such as the sleep laboratory and the ward are separate departments for the patient not necessarily known. No positive communication with both ... departments. Where there is a will, there is always a way. The sleep lab alone I would rated with 5 points. A sister Holl Station 3 B with thinking endeavors .... a Ukraine instructor nurse diligently works prudently with emphath. Am I the only one taking ??? many were especially positive. And those in the recording in the sleep laboratory. I prepare this stay before consuming .. all documents had previously submitted ..... I had so long at the reception waiting in the ambulance only because of the room Formal the way to station .... tomorrow I may write further I always differentiate and try to report objectively correct in the hope of other solutions changes that often have to be decided by the board. Less new clothes robes for the many clergy of the church .. less pomp just for decent food in the hospitals .... That was an imposition .... My sense of smell is severely limited, since my pulmonary fibrosis However, this particularly unpleasant smell than me Plastic hood ventilated is hard to bear for healthy ones. The very sick woman in my room already older .. stiff arms dementia has noticed very clearly. Oh this food this whole tray imposition way too tight too small. She could not grasp it all too tight can not get along on the dining area because everything falls down. She actually described it well. As a retired supporter, of physically handicapped children and mentally handicapped persons, the possible restriction of sick people has in no way been taken into consideration here. But only on the profit of a few .... or even savings on a form ... of actually important health care / support .... / the food keeps flax and soul together .. but says the vernacular. If you were to consult doctors or a nutritionist, this food would actually be a rather harmful supplement to the order at the hospital's entirely physical positive health promotion.

I was operated on in this hospital and felt very well looked after right from the start. I would particularly like to highlight Sister Iris (Flierdl), who took away any excitement from me with her emphatic and warm manner. Thank you!

My husband was sent there by the pharmacy for a simple inhaler for his Asthma and they were of NO help!!! He was actually sent to another hospital because they couldn’t give him an inhaler and they would not let him see a doctor. Third world countries have inhalers in their hospitals, I guess this one does not.

(Translated by Google) A very strange hospital from my point of view. I was here in the sleep laboratory, in which the rooms not only couldn't be darkened, but are extra bright thanks to the interior window panes. In addition, it was very loud until 1 a.m., so sleep was out of the question. It doesn't work for me! The delivery itself was wonderful. The midwives and doctor have always had an open ear and have wonderfully cared for me and my little family. No matter what, everything was discussed with me in peace and everything explained. The midwives did an amazing job - thank you. One night longer (with a man) you could stay. It was a very special event and the team of this clinic has made it even more beautiful. Here you really have the feeling to be perceived as a human and does not feel like a 'patient record'. From me the full score, a small deduction, there are only for the horrible pappigen buns ;-) Thanks to the whole team!!!! There was a friendly and competent team of doctors ready, who took me in reception and took care of me without the usual hustle and bustle. Then I came to station Elisebeth. Here I was also professionally, extremely friendly and attentive care, which I knew so far in any hospital. Also the medical care around the staff of Dr. med. Otte was very satisfactory. I always felt well understood and medically well looked after. Personally, I can absolutely recommend this hospital. Especially friendly, attentive and courteous was the nursing staff on the station Elisabeth. Peter Houben (Original) Ich kam Anfang des Monats mit dem Krankenwagen in die Notaufnahme. (Translated by Google) I was operated on there last week. Despite an emergency operation, all nurses / doctors were very nice, even in the introduction. All questions I had were answered honestly so that I was not afraid. My parents were allowed to stay with me as long as possible. When I woke up I felt dizzy and vomited. I got medication for it. The clown that comes every week was also very funny. The food was not the best but it is not a restaurant The night nurse was always there for me at night and helped me with various things. Everything in the room was clean (I think that's very important). Unfortunately there was no internet there, so I couldn't distract myself with a little YouTube watching.

(Translated by Google) I understand that emergencies happen and that the staff is overworked and therefore maybe not always super friendly. But I have absolutely no understanding of how we were treated there. With a fever of 41 degrees we were made to wait 4.5 hours in the wrong department (emergency room) completely for nothing, and then sent to the emergency practice. At the beginning we asked directly whether we should go to the emergency practice. The dealings were generally extremely unfriendly and everything seemed very disorganized. (Translated by Google) "I haven't seen anything like today in 60 years. Despite my phone call, 4 hours before my hospital and practice visit, I had to wait more than 1 1/2 hours before anything happened. I entered the office at 1.30pm Practice, took a seat in the waiting room after the registration, which at that time was actually quite well attended with just 2 patients. After it was filling up more and more and meanwhile about 60 minutes had passed, the waiting room emptied slowly again, but I became I was not noticed, nor was I somehow informed how long I should wait. After about 100 minutes it was enough, I went to the information desk and said that I don't really need a conversation or advice, but that I only need one thing I have a prescription here, which guarantees my NIV therapy, by the way, the same prescription that I have had for 5 years (regulates the supply of consumables, which through the day normal use of my breathing apparatus that I need during the night). Actually something that is in my medical record and is very easy to handle. The fact that Ms. Dr Schröder was not able to issue me this recipe, just like her planning of the consultation, shows no particular quality and for this reason I also understand the previous reviews, which I can only agree with. If you are looking for a competent doctor, then by no means this one, because this doctor is totally overwhelmed. (3 subjects also seem to me to be a lot). Better a good general practitioner than a doctor who thinks he is a specialist in pulmonology, nutrition and general medicine. No thanks. ....

Ein absolutes No Go in den heutigen Zeiten.

(Translated by Google) The question arises a little how genuine the sensationally positive reviews are here. I was left here in a surgical ward when I was bleeding into my bed after an operation (which went wrong). The apparently drunk sister laughed at me when I begged her to help me ("please, I'm bleeding to death!"). As a result, I called the police - only then was I put on the blood transfusion! Original sound from the oh-so-charismatic head physician Prof. Tobias Beckurts: "That is due to your personality structure!".

Unfortunately, the sisters aren't that great. I have now drawn her attention four times to a cream that is necessary for me from the doctor, in vain. Nobody comes, everything is forgotten again and again. The food was agreed to be vegetarian from the start, but I received salami for breakfast and meat for lunch (on different days). And nobody can do anything for the other person's mistake .. It's really annoying that you have to mention everything several times and still nobody gets into the pots. I am also relatively young and have always tried to do everything independently and only call the nurses when necessary. Unfortunately, I was sometimes very disappointed.

(Translated by Google) Station Lidwina Great team. You really feel very well lifted up. I was there years ago and even after years I was recognized again. This shows that here you are not just a number, but perceived as a human being. There would certainly be things to tell that did not go perfectly well, so you could once again send a painter through the rooms, but is that important? I do not think so. In my view, it is important that you do not get treated like something, but like somebody and that's what makes up the interpersonal on such a station. Thank you for the great treatment (Original) Station Lidwina Tolles Team.

(Translated by Google) I was from 17.09. - 30.09.2020 on the rheumatism ward for a complex examination. Had it not been for the very bad experience with the side effects of the drug cortisone, it would not have been at the unfavorable time of the corona pandemic and it would not have been possible to move around the house more freely (e.g. cafeteria), if the food had not been cruel, I could have a GIVE VERY GOOD. So I still give a very nice GUT to the doctors, nurses and nurses and all other staff. There was nothing missing, I was well looked after, there was always a friendly word and a lot of empathy. The stay was made really very pleasant for me. It is good that there is an offer of annual inpatient admission for a complex examination for rheumatism, but under corona conditions and the really catastrophic food, I think about it very carefully. The roof terrace is of course wonderful but there is a lack of wind and sun protection (in the form of a pergola perhaps).

I'm currently visiting my father-in-law. He normally requires 3-4 liters of oxygen. He's obviously having a lot of trouble breathing. Now a nurse discovered that the oxygen wasn't turned on at all. The artificial nutrition was stopped, apparently at the patient's request. There is blood in the urine. Contacting doctors is very difficult. Unfortunately you have to give one star to point out these grievances. Since being in this hospital his condition has deteriorated drastically.

On February 13th Went there directly after Shrove Monday for outpatient surgery. Cartilage tear and medial menicus defect. It was my first operation ever, so there was a lot of fear and uncertainty in the run-up to it, especially because of the general anesthesia required and my first stay in a hospital. Admission was at 7:38 a.m. in the office. I was greeted very friendly with a smile and the necessary paperwork was quickly completed. Then I went straight to the outpatient ward and put on the surgical shirt. The team on site was super nice and open to my questions and were able to take away my initial fear and uncertainty a little. At 9.50 a.m. we went to the operating room to prepare for the induction of anesthesia. Here too, everyone was totally calm and with a lot of empathy. We had a nice chat and distraction during the uncomplicated induction of anesthesia. They were all professionals there and I would have no hesitation in putting my trust in them again at any time. The operation was completed at around 11.10 a.m. and of course I returned to the ward still in a daze. Thanks to my operating family doctor, Dr. Venjakob and the accompanying anesthesia team for their good work. At around 12:20 p.m. I was allowed to leave the hospital accompanied by my wife. All in all, a good experience and I would have treatment there again at any time if necessary. If there is anything to complain about at all, it is the parking situation. We used the adjacent parking garage and paid a parking fee of 18 euros for the exit. Actually we just wanted to park and not buy the space directly :-). But you quickly forget about that when you think about the overall positive impressions. LG from Leverkusen was sent to the entire outpatient surgery center team.

Unfortunately, I'm often traveling to doctor's offices and hospitals at the moment. I have never been treated as friendly and uncomplicated as I was here at ASV. From the gate, to the administration, nursing staff and doctors, everyone is very committed, reliable and competent! Announcements are adhered to, feedback is received reliably, appointments are made quickly and easily, reports and documents are handed out or sent without any problems. If you're going to the hospital, then I'd be happy to go here (I'd rather not at all) Thank you very much!

😠 I'm writing this review in English as a warning to all English speakers who might think about using this hospital. My visit was a nightmare. The lady at the reception desk was not just unkind but also racist. It was clear they didn't respect me because I'm not German. On top of that, the hospital s...

😠 Worst hospital, especially gastrointestinal ward. I had severe stomach pains in 2019 and went to the emergency services more than 3 times, a young and blonde assistant doctor was always against treating me. The fourth time, a nice doctor sent me to the ward, a gastroscopy should be done promptly an...
