We
were
received
very
nicely,
but
we
came
right
at
the
change
of
shift,
so
the
midwife
just
did
the
first
examination
(5cm)
and
took
us
to
a
delivery
room.
Everything
else
had
to
wait
until
the
new
shift
was
ready.
I
can't
say
how
long
that
lasted,
at
that
point
I
was
having
contractions
every
2
minutes
and
was
busy
with
myself.
The
selection
of
painkillers
was
rather
meager...
I
was
offered
a
drip
with
Buscopan
Plus
and
a
PDA
on
request,
that's
it.
There
were
no
laughing
gas
or
other
alternatives.
The
attending
midwife
was
quite
nice,
but
I
would
have
liked
a
little
more
patience.
She
put
me
on
a
labor
drip,
although
I
didn't
think
it
was
necessary.
With
a
birth
that
lasts
only
9
hours
from
the
first
contraction
to
the
opening
of
9
cm,
mother
and
baby
are
in
top
health,
you
don't
have
to
give
a
contraction
drip.
Even
if
the
contractions
became
a
little
less/weaker,
you
can
easily
wait
up
to
24
hours
here.
I
wasn't
allowed
to
breathe
the
way
I/my
body
wanted
while
pushing,
the
midwife
set
the
tone.
Unfortunately,
it
was
not
a
self-determined
birth.
In
the
end
we
had
a
healthy,
lively
baby
in
our
arms,
so
all
good
so
far.
Since
the
afterbirth
didn't
want
to
come
out,
I
had
to
have
an
operation.
It
wasn't
great,
but
nobody
can
help
that.
We
were
then
transferred
to
Ward
6,
which
is
not
the
maternity
ward,
as
it
was
probably
full.
That
was
a
real
pity,
because
it
meant
that
support
didn't
go
the
way
it
should
have.
For
example,
I
only
saw
the
lactation
consultant
because
I
asked
several
times
(I
had
painful
hardening
due
to
engorgement).
But
the
sisters
were
(almost)
all
super
nice
and
helpful.
The
rooms
had
neither
a
toilet
nor
a
shower,
which
I
found
very
disadvantageous.
All
in
all,
we're
okay
with
how
things
went,
even
if
it
wasn't
perfect.
Almost
all
of
the
employees
were
super
nice.
We
were
unlucky
with
the
midwife,
but
she
did
her
job
and
helped
our
child
into
the
world
healthy.
Since
I
felt
well
looked
after
overall,
we
give
an
overall
rating
of
4
stars.
(Original)
Wir
wurden
sehr
nett
empfangen,
kamen
aber
genau
zum
Schichtwechsel,
sodass
die
Hebamme
nur
eben
die
erste
Untersuchung
gemacht
hat
(5cm)
und
uns
in
einen
Kreißsaal
gebracht
hat.
Alles
weitere
musste
dann
erstmal
warten,
bis
die
neue
Schicht
bereit
war.
Wie
lange
das
gedauert
hat
kann
ich
nicht
sagen,
ich
hatte
zu
diesem
Zeitpunkt
schon
alle
2
Min.
Wehen
und
war
mit
mir
selbst
beschäftigt.
Die
Auswahl
an
Schmerzmitteln
war
eher
mau...ich
habe
auf
Nachfrage
einen
Tropf
mit
Buscopan
Plus
und
eine
PDA
angeboten
bekommen,
das
wars.
Lachgas
oder
sonstige
Alternativen
gab
es
nicht.
Die
betreuenden
Hebamme
war
recht
nett,
ich
hätte
mir
aber
etwas
mehr
Geduld
gewünscht.
Sie
hat
mir
einen
Wehentropf
angehängt,
obwohl
das
aus
meiner
Sicht
nicht
nötig
war.
Bei
einer
Geburt
die
seit
der
1.
Wehe
bis
zur
Eröffnung
von
9cm
nur
9h
dauert,
Mutter
und
Baby
top
gesund,
muss
man
keinen
Wehentropf
geben.
Auch
wenn
die
Wehen
etwas
weniger/schwächer
wurden,
kann
man
hier
locker
abwarten
bis
zu
24h.
Ich
durfte
nicht
so
atmen
beim
pressen
wie
ich/mein
Körper
das
wollte,
die
Hebamme
hat
da
den
Ton
angegeben.
Eine
selbstbestimmte
Geburt
war
es
also
leider
nicht.
Am
Ende
hatten
wir
ein
gesundes
munteres
Baby
im
Arm,
also
soweit
alles
gut.
Da
die
Nachgeburt
nicht
raus
wollte,
musste
ich
dann
noch
operiert
werden.
War
nicht
toll,
aber
da
kann
keiner
was
dafür.
Anschließend
wurde
wir
auf
die
Station
6
verlegt,
was
nicht
die
Wöchnerinnenstation
ist,
da
diese
wohl
voll
war.
Das
war
sehr
schade,
weil
dadurch
die
Betreuung
nicht
so
gelaufen
ist,
wie
sie
hätte
laufen
müssen.
Die
Stillberaterin
habe
ich
z.B.
nur
zu
Gesicht
bekommen,
weil
ich
mehrfach
nachgefragt
habe
(hatte
schmerzhafte
Verhärtungen
durch
Milchstau).
Aber
die
Schwestern
waren
(fast)
alle
super
lieb
und
hilfsbereit.
Die
Zimmer
hatten
weder
eine
Toilette
noch
Dusche,
das
fand
ich
sehr
nachteilig.
Unterm
Strich
sind
wir
damit
ok
wie
es
gelaufen
ist,
auch
wenn
es
nicht
perfekt
war.
Fast
alle
Mitarbeiter
waren
super
nett.
Mit
der
Hebamme
hatten
wir
halt
"Pech",
aber
auch
sie
hat
ihren
Job
soweit
gemacht
und
unserem
Kind
gesund
auf
die
Welt
geholfen.
Da
ich
mich
insgesamt
gut
betreut
gefühlt
habe,
geben
wir
hier
eine
Gesamtwertung
von
4
Sternen.
