I
was
in
this
children's
hospital
with
my
son
in
mid-November.
My
son
was
operated
on
by
the
chief
physician
and
we
were
in
ward
A4.
Fortunately,
the
operation
went
very
well
and
I
found
the
entire
staff
to
be
very
competent,
organized
and
friendly.
We
felt
very
well
looked
after,
it
couldn't
be
better
because
the
well-being
of
my
child
was
always
taken
care
of.
The
nurses
at
Station
A4
were
very
empathetic
and
helpful.
5
stars
for
it!
The
hospital
is
of
course
very
old,
toilets
and
showers
in
the
corridor,
which
is
of
course
not
ideal.
But
if
something
bothered
me,
it
was
going
to
the
cafeteria.
This
is
located
in
the
basement,
so
you
have
a
long
way
to
go
because
you
had
to
get
your
meals
there
yourself.
The
child
stays
alone
in
the
room
during
this
time,
I
find
that
negative!
I
didn't
find
the
selection
and
quality
of
the
food
particularly
good
either.
The
meals
for
the
child
were
always
very
tasty
and
(I
found
the
bread
for
dinner
as
a
boat
super
sweet)
brought
to
the
room.
Due
to
our
additional
insurance,
we
had
a
private
room
with
a
normal
bed
for
me
as
an
accompanying
person.
I
also
found
the
facility
clean.
My
conclusion
is:
you
should
concentrate
on
the
most
important
thing,
your
child,
and
not
on
the
negative
points
of
the
hospital.
Sure,
it's
an
old
hospital
with
no
WiFi
and
there
is
no
luxury
there,
but
in
the
end
it
is
important
that
the
child
is
well
looked
after
and
cared
for!
And
for
those
who
complain
about
the
rooms.
Take
out
additional
health
insurance
for
your
children.
This
is
really
not
expensive
and
worth
it!
In
this
already
exciting
time
you
have
at
least
a
little
more
comfort
and
what
was
also
important
to
me,
a
head
physician
treatment!
Instead
of
complaining,
you
should
always
think
about
something
yourself
and
not
approach
everything
so
negatively!
Many
thanks
to
the
team
for
our
pleasant
stay
with
you!

Ich
war
Mitte
November
mit
meinem
Sohn
in
diesem
Kinder
Krankenhaus.
Mein
Sohn
ist
vom
Chefarzt
operiert
worden
und
wir
lagen
auf
der
Station
A4.
Die
OP
ist
zum
Glück
sehr
gut
verlaufen
und
ich
habe
das
ganze
Personal
als
sehr
kompetent,
organisiert
und
freundlich
empfunden.
Wir
haben
uns
sehr
gut
betreut
gefühlt,
besser
ging
es
nicht,
da
immer
sehr
auf
das
Wohl
meines
Kindes
geachtet
wurde.
Die
Schwestern
der
Station
A4
waren
sehr
einfühlsam
und
hilfsbereit.
5
Sterne
dafür!!!
Das
Krankenhaus
ist
natürlich
sehr
in
die
Jahre
gekommen,
Toiletten
und
Duschen
auf
dem
Flur,
das
ist
natürlich
nicht
optimal.
Wenn
mich
aber
etwas
gestört
hat,
war
das
der
Gang
zur
Cafeteria.
Diese
befindet
sich
im
Keller,
somit
hat
man
einen
ziemlich
langen
Weg
vor
sich,
da
man
sich
seine
Mahlzeiten
selber
dort
holen
musste.
Das
Kind
bleibt
in
der
Zeit
alleine
auf
dem
Zimmer,
das
empfinde
ich
als
negativ!
Die
Auswahl
und
Qualität
des
Essens
fand
ich
auch
nicht
besonders
gut.
Die
Mahlzeiten
fürs
Kind
waren
immer
sehr
schmackhaft
und
wurden
(die
Brote
zum
Abendessen
als
Schiffchen
fand
ich
super
süß)
aufs
Zimmer
gebracht.
Wir
hatten
aufgrund
unserer
Zusatzversicherung
ein
Privatzimmer
mit
normalem
Bett
für
mich
als
Begleitperson.
Außerdem
habe
ich
die
Einrichtung
als
sauber
empfunden.
Mein
Fazit
ist:
man
sollte
sich
auf
das
Wichtigste
konzentrieren,
sein
Kind
und
nicht
auf
die
Negativpunkte
des
Krankenhaus.
Klar,
es
ist
ein
altes
Krankenhaus
ohne
Wlan
und
dort
gibt
es
keinen
Luxus,
aber
wichtig
ist
doch
im
Endeffekt
das
das
Kind
gut
betreut
und
versorgt
wird!
Und
für
die,
die
wegen
der
Zimmer
meckern.
Schließt
eine
Zusatzkrankenversicherung
für
eure
Kinder
ab.
Diese
ist
wirklich
nicht
teuer
und
lohnt
sich!
So
hat
man
in
dieser
eh
schon
aufregenden
Zeit
zumindest
ein
bisschen
mehr
Komfort
und
was
mir
auch
wichtig
war,
eine
Chefarzt
Behandlung!
Statt
zu
meckern,
sollte
man
auch
immer
selbst
etwas
mitdenken
und
nicht
so
negativ
an
alles
ran
gehen!
Vielen
Dank
an
das
Team
für
unseren
angenehmen
Aufenthalt
bei
Ihnen!
