Seit
10
Jahren
war
ich
nun
Patient
in
der
Praxis
und
habe
viel
Personal
kommen
und
gehen
sehen.
Nun
bin
auch
ich
gegangen.
Grundsätzlich
fühlte
ich
mich
von
Dr.
Scholten
immer
kompetent
beraten
und
behandelt
und
die
Mitarbeiter
waren
im
Allgemeinen
freundlich.
Mir
ist
klar,
dass
in
der
heutigen
Zeit
kein
Arzt
stundenlang
Zeit
für
seine
Patienten
hat,
erwarte
ich
aber
auch
nicht.
Es
wäre
nur
schön,
wenn
schon
alle
drei
Monate
ein
großes
Blutbild
gemacht
wird,
dass
man
dann
auch
z.B.
über
Dinge
wie
Eisen-
und
Calciummangel
informiert
wird
und
nicht
nur
den
endlosen
Erläuterungen
zu
eigentlich
Nebenthemen
lauschen
darf.
Wenn
man
sich
schon
2
Jahre
lang
anhören
muss,
dass
der
Blutdruck
zu
hoch
ist
und
dringender
Handlungsbedarf
besteht,
wäre
es
doch
auch
schön,
wenn
etwas
passiert,
oder?
Die
Verspätungen
und
Wartezeiten
trotz
Termin
sind
mittlerweile
eine
Zumutung.
Auch
werden
schon
mal
Patienten
im
Wartezimmer
einfach
vergessen.
Die
Rezeption
ist
mit
drei
Leuten
besetzt
und
es
passiert
n.i.c.h.t.s!
Die
Warteschlange
steht
sich
da
20min
die
Beine
in
den
Bauch.
Als
Patient
dieser
Praxis
muss
man
also
sehr
viel
Wartezeit
mitbringen,
was
einen
schnellen
Termin
zur
Blutabnahme
in
der
Mittagspause
ausschließt.
Selbst
bei
den
Videobesprechungen
habe
ich
teilweise
über
eine
Stunde
in
diesem
Videoportal
gewartet
und
aus
Verzweiflung
versucht,
in
der
Praxis
anzurufen
und
zu
erfragen,
ob
ich
ggf
vergessen
wurde...
30min
Wartezeit
in
der
Telefonleitung.
Letzte
Woche
habe
ich
mich
dann
das
erste
Mal
in
10
Jahren
aufgrund
eines
Verkehrsunfalls
selbst
um
15min
verspätet
und
durfte
dann
meinen
Besprechungstermin
nicht
mehr
wahrnehmen...
mit
2-3
Stunden
Wartezeit
für
10min
Besprechung
hätte
ich
natürlich
bleiben
können,
aber
das
steht
ja
in
keinem
Verhältnis.
Die
Öffnungszeiten
waren
bis
vor
kurzem
arbeitnehmerfreundlicher,
wurden
aber
leider
wegen
Personalmangel
stark
eingeschränkt.
Für
mich
als
Angestellten
ist
es
nicht
machbar,
bei
Regelterminen
mitten
am
Tag
vier
Stunden
von
der
Arbeit
fernzubleiben.
Fazit:
Andere
Praxen
haben
auch
gute
Ärzte
und
diese
Praxis
hat
nun
einen
Patienten
weniger.
Das
ist
dann
mein
Beitrag
zur
Reduzierung
der
Wartezeiten
in
der
Praxis
Hohenstaufenring.

I've
been
a
patient
at
the
practice
for
10
years
and
have
seen
a
lot
of
staff
come
and
go.
Now
I'm
gone
too.
Basically,
I
felt
Dr.
Scholten
always
given
competent
advice
and
treatment
and
the
staff
were
generally
friendly.
I
realize
that
nowadays
no
doctor
has
hours
for
his
patients,
but
I
don't
expect
that
either.
It
would
only
be
nice
if
a
full
blood
count
was
taken
every
three
months,
so
that
you
could
be
informed
about
things
like
iron
and
calcium
deficiency,
for
example,
and
not
just
listen
to
the
endless
explanations
of
secondary
topics.
If
you
have
been
hearing
for
2
years
that
your
blood
pressure
is
too
high
and
that
there
is
an
urgent
need
for
action,
it
would
be
nice
if
something
happened,
wouldn't
it?
The
delays
and
waiting
times
despite
appointments
are
now
an
impertinence.
Sometimes
patients
are
simply
forgotten
in
the
waiting
room.
The
reception
is
occupied
by
three
people
and
it
doesn't
happen
n.i.c.h.t.s!
The
queue
stands
there
for
20
minutes.
As
a
patient
in
this
practice,
you
have
to
wait
a
long
time,
which
rules
out
a
quick
appointment
for
a
blood
test
during
the
lunch
break.
Even
during
the
video
meetings,
I
sometimes
waited
over
an
hour
on
this
video
portal
and,
out
of
desperation,
tried
to
call
the
practice
and
ask
if
I
had
been
forgotten...
30
minutes
waiting
time
on
the
phone
line.
Last
week,
for
the
first
time
in
10
years,
I
was
15
minutes
late
due
to
a
traffic
accident
and
was
then
no
longer
allowed
to
attend
my
meeting
appointment...
with
a
2-3
hour
waiting
time
for
a
10-minute
meeting,
I
could
of
course
have
stayed,
but
that's
okay
no
relation.
Until
recently,
the
opening
hours
were
more
employee-friendly,
but
unfortunately
they
have
been
severely
restricted
due
to
a
lack
of
staff.
For
me
as
an
employee
it
is
not
feasible
to
stay
away
from
work
for
four
hours
in
the
middle
of
the
day
for
regular
appointments.
Conclusion:
Other
practices
also
have
good
doctors
and
this
practice
now
has
one
patient
less.
That
is
my
contribution
to
reducing
waiting
times
in
the
Hohenstaufenring
practice.
