Mir wurde dann vom Verkäufer gesagt, das da sowieso Kratzer drankommen.Habe das erstmal so stehen lassen . Ein paar Tage später rief mich dann Herr Valentino an und entschuldigte sich für die Sache. Wollte sich ein paar Tage später bei mir zurückmelden , was nicht geschah. Das war dann auch nicht das erste mal , das sich auf Anliegen und Rückfragen niemand meldet . Professionell ist wirklich anders und den Focus nur auf Verkauf auszulegen ist mM nach nicht der richtige Weg. Das können andere besser. Ich für meinen Teil werde dort nie wieder kaufen, nicht weil die Ware schlecht ist sondern weil die Verkäufer sich nicht an Absprachen halten . Note 6 setzen!

Uhr lief nicht mehr (Automatik), alles eingeschickt. Die Uhr kommt zurück, man freut sich, läuft immer noch nicht. Man erzählt mir, die Uhr wäre dort Tagelange zur Beobachtung gelaufen. Da muss man sich schon fragen, was da wirklich passiert ist. Wie kann man eine Uhr zurück schicken, die immer noch nicht läuft? Also wieder hingeschickt, erneut mit Garantiekarte und Rechnung.
