The room was given to me was very small didn't have any kitchen or even small fridge or boiler. I was sick at night and couldn't make a cup of hot beverage. But I was most disappointed when I knew that all my team had a better room than the one I got, I don't know what was the reason for this since I am the only non German in my team and the only one who got such a room during the Company event. All in all not recommended

We stayed for 4 nights, and everyday, the housekeeper keep coming in around 8-9AM, knocked on the door, waited 1 second and opened the door into our room. We were showering/sleeping. We felt like there's no privacy, usually you knock and say "housekeeping", and wait a bit to see if anyone answers. Here the lady just knocked (how would we know this is housekeeping to answer?). You need to retrain them this is very annoying. Also, we booked the room without minibar. But this is also something you should note to customers. No minibar = no fridge. This is also quite inconvenient considering how hot Cologne has been the past few days. *After submitting this review the housekeeper opened the door AGAIN without knocking. So done.

Bizarre experience: anonymous, shady company rented half the floor of the hotel, had food and very bad smell all over the 5th floor and intimidated guests. Hotel didn’t protect the guests from being harassed. Won’t stay there again!!

Rooms where pretty good and clean. The breakfast had a wide selection of cold and hot food, desserts and drinks. Would highly recommend the breakfast. Few parking spaces outside, but there were a few in the underground facility. Price for the parking was good and with inn and out privileges.

No 4 stars for 4-star hotel! Big Noise problem with rooms near elevators. You hear them too loud inside rooms. Changed my room because of it. Service personnel was highly respectful - 5 Stars Breakfast offers large variety. Bar drinks 🍸 too expensive. Like 14€ for a cocktail glass filled with ice to top.

It was loud, walls seem paper thin, there was a bad smell present in and around the hotel, rooms felt a lot cheaper than expected. If you want to wake up relaxed, stay somewhere else

Staff. Older man Mr Michael was extremely unpleasant during the entire stay. He couldn't find our reservation althought it was already paid. His supervisor found it in 5 seconds (literally). His English was poor. At check out he did not want to make an invoice for my company. When he was pushed to do it so, he made a mistake in name (that has four words). I have never met with such treatment of a quest. Shame to you Park INN, really. I thought "Radisson" meant something but I guess it does not.

Great hotel, very helpful and kind personnel. Rather expensive breakfast, which at least pays off. Easy access, spacious. But not that close to the city centre, I mean not in a walking distance, if that is something that you want.

Great hotel! Large spaces at groundfloor. Nice breakfast, our room was great, free wifi. Parking outside the hotel or at the garage. Good location, close to highway and 10min by car to city center.

Very nice hotel, nice rooms & Good Service. The breakfast is with about 25 Euros not cheap, but you have a good variety to choose from. It's close the a park and also close to the tram stopp.

Stayed here for about a week during a conference. Convenient for bus and tram.. Nice size rooms, clean. Excellent breakfast and food from the restaurant.

Stay was ok, there was only one pillow in the room which I found really hard to sleep with. One night the room was too hot and Aircon did nothing

Excellent customer service. The room is amazing - clean and tidy. It's one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

The rooms are clean and relatively roomy, the location is fine if you have a car. However, none of the advertised facilities pool and souna were running. I would give the room 4 stars. I cannot judge the service since I had none. The location depends on what you are looking for. The hotel is far from attraction on foot but if you have a car you would benefit from the parking on site.

Very nice hotel. I could not find anything to dissatisfy me. The food in the bar was not to me liking, but that’s a personal preference (to posh for me 🤣). The room were very clean and well presented. Good strong wifi. Plenty of parking (1.9m for underground) Staff very friendly and happy to help.

I spent around 100 nights at another Radisson hotel and therefore am a solid VIP member. When I checked in at this hotel in Köln for my private trip, I was told that they have to validate for long if I hold a VIP membership. Their website clearly says as VIP member, we get 2 breakfasts for free. We checked clearly before entering the restaurant if we get two for free, their employee checked and confirmed yes. At checkout, their employees was asking me to pay for one breakfast and it seems non-negotiable. In the end, we had to argue a lot and show them what their website says for this 16-euro breakfast. Well, I cannot express how disappointing it is to firstly, get very confusing information from their website and their different personnel; secondly not be valued as a premium customer only for a 16-euro breakfast. I will not recommend anyone who seeks for good service to stay here.

Clean, comfortable and in quiet place. I stayed 8 nights and everyday fought for the iron :) one more negative feedback is: duvet was so small and it was same 2 years before. The breakfast is very good as usual

Almost newly refurbished. In the morning we left the tag on the door for our room to be cleaned and have extra pillows. We came back at 8pm and the tag was still on the door, the room not cleaned and no extra pillows. We had to leave our room for a walk for them to clean. We got back at 10pm, the room was partially cleaned and no pillows.

Deutsche Gründlichkeit: nice very clean hotel. Room is perfect (but I did get the video cast, so couldn't watch stuff from Holland). Breakfast: it's done in buffet form, to my surprise there was a very friendly cook that will make you a very delicious omelet to your wishes. Definitely a hotel to go back to!

This was my 5th time there ; regret the high prices before exhibition but staff at bar and reception are friendly and helpful. Room service fast and good

Spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. The sound isolation is very good (and essential due to the proximity to a very busy road). The property is located at the edge of the center, so if you want to reach anything interesting you have to be ready to walk a lot. There is public transport but again, not immediately there. However it's just next to a beautiful park so the 20-30 minutes walk to the city centre is very pleasant. Very good gym: modern, clean, and with a large selection of tools. Sauna and steam bath too, which is great

Great staff, kind and helpful. Pricey breakfast (23 euros) and staying for one night is also a bit expensive for what it is. if the breakfast would be included in the price of staying over; that would be great.

Nice and cozy hotel, young and frenly staff, relaxed atmoshere. Nice bar, and good big sauna. Location is close to nice park Hiroshima Nagasaki and also not far from old town.

Very friendly staff and nice, clean rooms. Only odd thing might be that the cleaning service knocks at 8 o clock in the morning. Location is alright, a short walk to the subway.

Good hotel but not for 4 stars. In general hotel is ok and staying over there was pleasant. However, common you are paying for 4 star hotel! And it miss couple things in it 1. No refrigerators inside of the room 2. No hot tea or coffee inside of the room. Those couple things will help visitors to relax more and be happy. But again in general good hotel and breakfasts were also at high levels.

Great hotel, good value for the price. Not a huge fan of the location. Rooms were tidy, bathroom was small. Generally had a great time here.
