My
visit
to
'Make':
Today,
for
the
first
time,
on
the
recommendation
of
a
friend,
I
visited
Make
in
Cologne.
At
first
we
were
greeted
warmly
and
had
a
"pulled
Salomon
Bowl"
put
together.
After
I
paid,
I
wanted
to
take
the
plastic
cutlery
that
was
available
there.
Although
there
was
also
'normal'
cutlery,
but
since
I
have
ever
had
bad
experiences
with
the
cutlery
hygiene
of
other
restaurants,
I
decide
in
principle
for
plastic
or
wooden
cutlery.
Suddenly,
in
a
harsh
tone,
I
was
told
by
the
just
nice
man
who
had
served
me
that
we
should
take
the
normal
cutlery.
I
was
a
bit
shocked
for
the
first
time
because
I
did
not
quite
understand
his
rapid
change
of
tone.
I
explained
to
him
that
I
like
to
eat
with
plastic
cutlery
and
he
forbade
me
to
eat
and
said,
'no
no,
you
only
eat
with
normal
cutlery
if
you
want
to
eat
in
the
shop'.
I
could
not
say
much,
because
my
girlfriend
has
interfered,
as
she
could
not
believe
it,
that
he
forbid
his
customers
something
or
even
wanted
to
educate
them!
My
girlfriend
said
that
she
also
wants
to
eat
plastic
with
plastic
cutlery,
because
it
is
finally
up
front
and
offered
and
because
she
simply
has
a
better
feeling.
The
employee
denied
on
and
on:
'No,
I
will
not
let'
and
mine
Girlfriend
has
told
him
several
times
if
it's
just
'serious'.
I
thought
so
vllt
he
allowed
himself
a
joke
with
us
and
have
been
waiting
the
whole
time
until
a
'fun'
comes
out
of
his
mouth.
-
He
said
that
the
intention
of
the
concept
was
to
create
an
eco-friendly
world,
and
then
we
replied
why
he
offered
it
at
all
and
did
not
just
set
wooden
cutlery
for
people
who
just
do
not
like
to
eat
cutlery
with
their
house?
We
told
him
that
we
find
the
food-the
location-price-performance
great
but
as
a
proprietor
he
made
a
very
unpleasant
impression
by
trying
to
impose
his
guests
something
or
forbid.
Then
he
reached
for
the
plastic
cutlery
and
put
it
under
our
table
in
front
of
us
and
said
-
I
quote:
'you
have
not
seen
this
so
far.'
Conclusion:
delicious
food,
unbearable
owner,
forces
his
opinion
and
is
also
totally
disagreeable!
Pity
and
sad

Mein
Besuch
im
,Make‘:
Heute
habe
ich
das
erste
mal,
auf
Empfehlung
einer
Freundin,
das
„Make“
in
Köln
besucht.
Zunächst
wurden
wir
freundlich
empfangen
und
ließ
mir
ein
„pulled
Salomon
Bowl“
zusammenstellen.
Nachdem
ich
bezahlt
habe,
wollte
ich
mir
das
Plastik
Besteck
nehmen,
welches
dort
zur
Verfügung
stand.
Zwar
gab
es
auch
‚normales’
Besteck,
aber
da
ich
schon
einmal
schlechte
Erfahrungen
mit
der
Besteck
Hygiene
anderer
Restaurants
gemacht
habe,
entscheide
ich
mich
grundsätzlich
für
Plastik
bzw
Holzbesteck.
Plötzlich
wurde
ich
von
dem
eben
noch
so
nettem
Mann,
der
mich
bedient
hatte,
in
einem
harschen
Ton
darauf
hingewiesen,
dass
wir
gefälligst
das
normales
Besteck
nehmen
sollten.
Ich
war
erstmals
etwas
geschockt,
weil
ich
seinen
raschen
Tonwechsel
nicht
ganz
verstanden
habe
.
Ich
habe
ihm
erklärt,
dass
ich
eigtl
gerne
mit
Plastik
Besteck
esse
und
er
hat
es
mir
regelrecht
verboten
und
meinte:
,nein
nein
hier
wird
nur
mit
normalem
Besteck
gegessen
wenn
man
im
Laden
essen
möchte.‘
Ich
konnte
nicht
viel
erwidern,
da
meine
Freundin
sich
eingemischt
hat,
da
sie
es
auch
nicht
fassen
konnte,
dass
er
seinen
Kunden
etwas
verbieten
oder
sie
sogar
regelrecht
erziehen
wollte!
Meine
Freundin
hat
gesagt,
dass
sie
auch
mit
Plastik
Besteck
essen
möchte,
weil
es
schließlich
ja
vorne
steht
und
angeboten
wird
und
weil
sie
dadurch
einfach
ein
besseres
Gefühl
hat
.Der
Mitarbeiter
verneinte
immer
weiter
mit:,
nein
das
lasse
ich
nicht
zu’
und
meine
Freundin
hat
mehrmals
zu
ihm
gesagt
ob
es
grade
sein
‚Ernst
sei‘
.
Ich
dachte
mir
nämlich
auch
vllt
erlaubt
er
sich
einen
Spaß
mit
uns
und
habe
die
ganze
Zeit
gewartet
bis
ein
‚Spaß‘
aus
seinem
Mund
kommt.
-
Er
hat
gesagt,
dass
die
Absicht
des
Konzeptes
eine
umweltfreundliche
Welt
zu
gestalten
sei
und
daraufhin
haben
wir
erwidert
wieso
er
es
denn
überhaupt
anbietet
und
nicht
einfach
Holzbesteck
dahin
stellt
für
Menschen
die
einfach
nicht
gerne
mit
dem
Haus
Besteck
essen
möchten?
Wir
haben
ihm
gesagt
dass
wir
das
Essen-
die
Location-
Preis-Leistung
super
finden
aber
als
Inhaber
habe
er
einen
sehr
unsympathisch
Eindruck
gemacht
durch
den
Versuch
seinen
Gästen
etwas
aufzuzwingen
zu
wollen
bzw.
zu
verbieten.
Daraufhin
griff
er
zum
Plastikbesteck
und
packte
es
vor
uns
unter
den
Tisch
und
sagte-
ich
zitiere:
‚so
jetzt
habt
ihr
das
nicht
mehr
gesehen.‘
Fazit:
leckeres
Essen,
unerträglicher
Inhaber,
zwingt
seine
Meinung
auf
und
ist
dabei
auch
noch
total
unsympathisch!
Schade
und
traurig
