šŸ˜  We went to this place because it had a good rate at Foursquare. Unfortunately, we were very dissapointed. We waited 45min for our food (and we ordered easy dishes), saw all people around us being served 2 courses. When we asked the staff how long it still took, she got offended. She told us a mistak...

Freshly prepared Italian dishes, fine wines, delicious desserts. People with back problems may not find the bench or stool particularly comfortable, but otherwise everything you need for culinary well-being is there.

I've been visiting this restaurant for years and it's always a pleasure. Excellent food, good wine and great service. What more do you want? Great for lunch or to treat yourself to a delicious meal after shopping. This location gets 10 out of 10 from me.

We went to this place because it had a good rate at Foursquare. Unfortunately, we were very dissapointed. We waited 45min for our food (and we ordered easy dishes), saw all people around us being served 2 courses. When we asked the staff how long it still took, she got offended. She told us a mistake was made and it would only take 2 more minutes to finish cooking, but we saw the cook still cutting the vegetables, not even having starting to cook. We were doubting whether to stay or not, but she told us in a quite offensive way "if you want us to stop, we'll stop" which is not client friendly at all (instead of offering us a compensation for waiting so long...). So finally we took off without eating.

Excellent food and perfect hostess. Always freshly prepared and great wines complement the very good selection. Price-performance ratio TOP. The espresso is something special. Highly Recommended.

Small and fine, the friendly owner takes care of it personally, great antipasti as a starter and fried fish in a sensational lemon sauce as a main course, accompanied by a delicious red wine. Price performance absolutely top. The next time you visit Cologne, the restaurant will be a must. Highly recommended.

I've walked past it what feels like 1,000 times and always thought I should eat here. It was Friday evening, the shop was empty and we were greeted warmly. At first glance the store looks inviting from the outside, but I liked it much less inside. Everything seemed a bit messy and makeshift. The menu was long and I chose the ravioli with sage butter (10.50 euros) from the daily menu. The cook appeared and disappeared into the basement again and came back with a box with the ravioli in it. He got to work in the kitchen, well it's more of a cooking area. The portion was clear and tasted ok. However, I already had a much better version of the version with sage butter. The next time I crave Italian cuisine, I would probably go somewhere else to eat.

Very nice restaurant! Quiet, relaxed atmosphere to spend your time comfortably and enjoyably. The wine selection is great and the menu (board on the wall) is not overloaded. The food is freshly prepared by a top chef (who knows his craft). It was definitely not the last time I was there!

Always like a little short vacation in Italy. Nowhere else in Cologne does a cappuccino taste as good as it does here (if you close your eyes you think you're sitting in the small piazza in Capri) Pina's homemade torta surpasses everything! Spaghetti provinciale from Rino is an absolute highlight. And all rounded off by the loving and friendly nature of the boss Alessandra, this is a permanent institution for us every Saturday
