Unconditionally 5 stars. I'm a regular here. So far I have only been served very tasty food at fair prices. the portions are large. relaxed, good atmosphere. authentic. The guys are friendly and flexible when it comes to making changes to their meals. Basti also does his job excellently. keep it up!

I tried the Brux by chance and was very positively surprised. You can tell the chef is passionate about it. Everything I ate there was a poem. Highly recommended!

Very good home cooking run and cooked directly by the owner! This is reflected in the price and quality. Lavish portions at absolutely fair prices. At comparable restaurants you pay a good half more and you ask yourself what else is supposed to be bourgeois. Top!

Thursday is schnitzel day - world class with cranberries. I like to sit outside in the sun at lunchtime. Fast team - best regards

It's a shame that you can't sit here longer due to space constraints! The two owners simply treated me (and other guests) like they would an old friend. Friendly, interested, on a first name basis. There were salads and baked potatoes on the menu, but according to the operators, all sorts of other things will be added in the future. I chose the Dancing with the Goat salad, with goat cheese and fig chutney. All in all, I was impressed by the friendliness, the very tasty food and the reasonable prices. It is with a heavy heart that I have to deduct one star because the Brüx is primarily to-go. Because you would hope in vain for the hospitality here in many Cologne restaurants!
