Nach dem unser Essen dann kam, fiel uns gleich auf, dass einige Gerichte durch die Küche vertauscht waren ( Beilagen vertauscht) , der Kellner der uns das essen brachte wusste nicht was welches war, was schon ziemlich unprofessionell ist. Er war aber auch nicht derjenige der die Bestellung aufgenommenen hat, was wiederum auch keine Entschuldigung ist. Nachdem er dies danm mit der Küche klären wollte, hatten wir bereits selbst die Gerichte untereinander so getauscht das jeder sein Gericht hatte was er auch eigentlich bestellt hat. Alle 4 Personen hatten ein Steak Gericht und noch 1x Beilage dazu sowie 1x Champignonsauce die uns als Alternative zur Pfeffer sauce geboten wurde. Diese war allerdings wie wackelpudding... Nach dem wir fertig waren kam der Kellner und frage ob es uns geschmeckt hat. Bis auf die sauce, sowie der vertauschen Gerichte hatten wir sonst nichts weiter zu beanstanden. Zur sauce sagte der Kellner, das dies keine gute Qualität sei und er es verstehen könne. Es schien wohl nicht das erste Mal zu sein das man diese beanstandet hat. Wir wollten dann noch jeder einen Nachtisch bestellen welches aufgrund der Reklamation dann aufs Haus ging, was sehr freundlich war. Fazit: Die tollen Zeiten von maredo sind vorbei. Preis Leistung stimmt einfach nicht. Man bekommt bis auf das Fleisch minderwertige Qualität und muss z. T noch vieles extra dazu zahlen. Für die Summe die wir bezahlen haben kann man woanders deutlich besser essen gehen und bekommt mit Sicherheit höherwertige Qualität. Es wäre schön wenn ein umdenken stattfinden würde und nicht nach dem Motto Geiz ist geil! So kommen auch wieder mehr Gäste und manch eine Filiale könnte geöffnet bleiben. Das Problem ist wie bei vielen Dingen Angebot/ Nachfrage. So lange die Nachfrage da ist wird sich nichts ändern, da man ja sieht die Gäste kommen trotzdem. 3 von 5 Sterne finde ich daher gerechtfertigt. An den Kellner der uns den Nachtisch erlassen hat vielen Dank. Er ist ein guter und ehrlicher Kellner!
