The worst Takumi Ramen we have been. We’ve been to several locations of Takumi ramen so we know what to expect while realizing one might taste better than the others. But this one is very bad, we ordered takoyaki & ramen. The takoyaki is not properly warmed, they are warm from outside but cold inside. The ramen is worse, the noodles are not cooked well just yet. They might need several minutes longer to be done. The waiter & waitress are not friendly, we ordered water but they never came. We had to ask for chopsticks because they didn’t provide us when they served us the food we ordered. Also never once they asked if the foods are okay or checking how the customers opinions are. We left almost the whole ramen (only eat couple of bites but we couldn’t digest it) and decided to just pay. And last when we paid the cashier didn’t ask if we want the receipt or not. Very disappointing experience. At least we know that we will never come back here.

I was excited to try this new place out. We used to go to the one in Düsseldorf, but it was too far. This one didn't dissappont. One thing you have to try is its takoyaki!

The soup tastes totally different from any Takumi in Germany. Not recommended. Edited: The manager brought me a Japanese Green Tea soon after she saw this comment. We were there 18:30 and did not have to wait long but while we were eating, the line started to get longer and they had to wait a while.
