We
had
2
heterologous
inseminations
carried
out
there
and
we
are
very
dissatisfied
with
the
treatment
as
a
patient
and
customer
there.
We
were
with
Mrs.
Krusenotto
and
had
the
feeling
that
we
were
actually
in
good
hands
there.
Then
it
turns
out,
however,
that
Ms.
Krusenotto,
whenever
we
had
to
have
our
insemination,
was
either
on
vacation,
attending
a
training
course,
or
whatever.
There
were
even
some
arguments
with
the
lady
in
the
hall
because
they
didn't
want
to
give
us
an
appointment
while
she's
on
vacation.
Unfortunately,
you
can't
plan
it
when
it
starts.
We
didn't
feel
like
pushing
for
a
month
because
of
that
and
then
having
to
pay
the
storage
costs
for
the
semen
for
an
additional
month.
After
a
small
complaint,
we
then
have
an
appointment
with
Dr.
Merzenich,
who
then
always
performed
both
inseminations.
The
waiting
times
until
the
insemination
took
place
on
the
day
it
was
carried
out
was
a
disaster.
We
had
to
wait
1
hour
for
them
to
thaw
and
prepare
the
sperm.
Of
course
no
one
told
us
this,
otherwise
you
could
have
had
a
coffee
or
something
similar
during
that
time.
But
these
are
things
that
you
can
still
get
over.
But
if
you
have
to
carry
out
the
entire
treatment
yourself
and
look
at
how
the
patients'
money
is
handled
here,
that
annoys
me
beyond
measure.
We
ordered
4
extra
ampoules
"ready
to
use"
sperm,
which
should
be
enough
for
4
attempts
according
to
the
selected
quality.
Accordingly,
we
were
more
than
surprised
when
we
were
told
after
the
second
attempt
that
everything
was
used
up.
When
we
asked,
Ms.
Krusenotto
told
us
that
the
laboratory
would
always
do
this
and
that
the
instructions
for
use
by
the
sperm
bank
would
be
ignored.
This
was
done
completely
without
our
knowledge
and
without
our
consent.
As
a
result,
we
suffered
financial
damage
of
almost
€
700.
The
clinic
is
not
aware
of
any
guilt
in
this
regard,
because
the
quality
of
an
ampoule
would
probably
not
have
been
sufficient.
According
to
a
statement
from
a
second
clinic,
it
would
have.
In
response
to
a
subsequent
letter
of
complaint
to
Mr.
Merzenich
as
the
clinic
manager,
the
clinic
has
not
responded
or
apologized
to
date
(6
months
later).
We
are
really
disappointed
beyond
measure
with
the
treatment
there,
especially
as
self-payers.
Here,
no
consideration
was
given
to
our
needs
as
patients
or
customers,
because
that
is
what
you
are
there
when
you
use
a
service
of
any
kind.
I
am
now
six
months
pregnant
and
my
husband
and
I
are
expecting
our
first
child
soon.
We
certainly
do
not
owe
this
to
Amedes,
but
much
more
to
the
Bonner
Bogen
Clinic,
who
take
care
of
the
needs
of
the
patients
who
have
been
hit
by
a
difficult
fate
and
meet
them
with
a
lot
of
sensitivity,
empathy
and
passion.
Therefore
I
can
only
recommend
avoiding
Amedes
for
heterologous
insemination.
I
cannot
speak
for
other
treatment
methods.
(Original)
Wir
haben
dort
2
Heterologe
Inseminationen
durchführen
lassen
und
sind
mit
der
Behandlung
als
Patient
und
Kunde
dort
sehr
unzufrieden.
Wir
waren
bei
Frau
Krusenotto
und
hatten
das
Gefühl,
dort
eigentlich
gut
aufgehhoben
zu
sein.
Dann
stelle
sich
allerdings
heraus,
dass
Fr.
Krusenotto
immer,
wenn
wir
unsere
Insemination
haben
mussten,
entweder
Urlaub
hatte,
auf
einer
Schulung
war
oder
sonst
was
war.
Es
gab
sogar
einige
Auseinandersetzung
mit
dem
Vorzimmerdamen,
weil
diese
uns
auch
keinen
Termin
geben
wollten,
während
sie
in
Urlaub
ist.
Leide
rkann
man
das
ja
nicht
planen,
wenn
es
los
geht.
Wir
hatten
auch
keine
Lust
deswegen
einen
Monat
zu
schieben
um
dann
noch
einen
Monat
zusätzlich
die
Lagerkosten
für
das
Sperma
bezahlen
zu
müssen.
Nach
einer
kleinen
Beschwerde
haben
wir
aber
dann
einen
Termin
bei
Dr.
Merzenich
bekommen,
der
dann
auch
jeweils
immer
beide
Inseminationen
durchgeführt
hat.
Die
Wartezeiten
bis
zur
Insemination
dann
am
Durchführungstag
war
eine
Katastrophe.
Wir
mussten
1
Stunde
warten,
bis
die
das
Sperma
aufgetaut
und
aufbereitet
hatten.
Dies
sagte
uns
natürlich
keiner,
sonst
hätte
man
in
der
Zeit
ja
durchaus
noch
einen
Kaffee
oder
ähnliches
trinken
gehen
können.
Aber
das
sind
Dinge,
die
kann
man
noch
verschmerzen.
Wenn
man
aber
sowieso
schon
die
ganze
Behandlung
komplett
selbst
tragen
muss
und
sich
anschaut,
wie
hier
mit
dem
Geld
der
Patienten
umgegangen
wird,
verärgert
mich
das
doch
über
alle
Maßen.
Wir
haben
extra
4
Ampullen
"ready
to
use"
Sperma
bestellt,
welche
laut
ausgewählter
Qualität
für
4
Versuche
reichen
sollte.
Dementsprechend
waren
wir
mehr
als
überrascht,
als
uns
nach
dem
2.
Versuch
gesagt
wurde,
es
wäre
alles
aufgebraucht.
Auf
nachfrage
wurde
uns
dann
von
Frau
Krusenotto
gesagt,
dass
das
Labor
immer
so
verfahren
würde
und
hier
die
Anweisungen
zum
Gebrauch
von
der
Samenbank
ignoriert
wird.
Dies
wurde
komplett
ohne
unser
Wissen
und
ohne
unser
Einverständnis
getan.
Dadurch
ist
uns
ein
finanzieller
Schaden
von
knapp
700€
entstanden.
Die
Klinik
ist
sich
diesbezüglich
aber
keiner
Schuld
bewusst,
weil
die
Qualität
einer
Ampulle
wohl
nicht
ausgereicht
hätte.
Laut
Aussage
einer
2.
Klinik
hätte
es
dies
sehr
wohl.
Auch
auf
ein
anschließendes
Beschwerdeschreiben
an
Herrn
Merzenich
als
Klinikleiter
ist
bis
heute
(6
Monate
danach)
keiner
Rückmeldung
oder
Entschuldigung
der
Klinik
erfolgt.
Wir
sind
wirklich
über
alle
Maßen
enttäuscht
von
der
Behandlung
dort,
vor
allem
als
Selbstzahler.
Hier
wurde
überhaupt
keine
Rücksicht
genommen
auf
unsere
Bedürfnisse
als
Patienten
und
auch
Kunden,
denn
das
ist
man
dort
wohl,
wenn
man
eine
Dienstleistung
welcher
Art
auch
immer
in
Anspruch
nimmt.
Mittlerweile
bin
ich
im
6.
Monat
schwanger
und
mein
Mann
und
ich
erwarten
bald
unser
erstes
Kind.
Das
haben
wir
aber
bestimmt
nicht
Amedes
zu
verdanken,
sondern
viel
mehr
der
Klinik
Bonner
Bogen,
die
sich
mit
viel
Einfühlvermögen,
Empathie
und
Herzblut
um
die
Bedürfnisse
der
doch
vom
schweren
Schicksal
getroffenen
Patienten
kümmern
und
diesen
nachkommen.
Daher
kann
ich
nur
empfehlen,
Amedes
für
eine
Heterologe
Insemination
zu
meiden.
Für
andere
Behandlungsmethoden
kann
ich
nicht
sprechen.
