Janine, always manages to help us out. We sometimes have to change, rebook or leave the car at a different station, and all of this is never a problem. Can not recommend highly enough! Use this station if you need a car, you won't find a more professional or friendly car hire in the Köln/Bonn area.

SIXT has a good name with a good reputation but my last visit was rather concerning. Rented a 3,5T Sprinter (long) and before I got in I found many damages they didn't knew about. So for short term rentals I highly recommend to inspect the car and report every single scratch you find before signing anything.

Being the first time to rent a car, I was naturally anxious, the lady at the reception was very friendly, I was given all the information I needed and more, since she took into consideration my needs and all what I didn't think of. The car was brilliant. The price I believe was reasonable. Being my first time, I had a very good experience with Sixt, I will certainly use them again incase need arises.
