Ich verstehe,dass es auch nicht so nette Kunden gibt und Samstag sicher viel zu tun ist und man auch mal einen schlechten Tag hat. Sind aber alles keine gründe so zu zahlenden (und das nicht zu knapp) Kunden zu sein. Also 1 Stern für die nette Dame am Telefon und 1 Stern dafür,dass ich problemlos umtauschen konnte und der Store sauber und ordentlich aussah.
