Dilletant
and
not
customer-oriented
Consultation:
The
advice
on
travel
vaccinations
is
amateur
at
best.
The
doctor
treating
my
case
simply
opens
a
book
and
reads
recommendations
from
it.
Questions
could
not
be
answered
due
to
the
lack
of
specialist
knowledge
of
the
doctor.
Ergo,
you
could
just
as
easily
google,
with
the
difference
that
Google
doesn't
charge
any
money
for
it.
This
leaves
the
patient
with
an
uneasy
feeling,
because
one
does
not
know
whether
one
has
full
vaccination
protection
for
the
travel
destination
or
not.
Errors
by
doctors:
In
my
case,
the
attending
doctor
made
mistakes
both
when
drawing
up
the
vaccination
overview
and
when
writing
a
prescription
(vaccine
was
no
longer
in
stock
and
had
to
be
ordered
through
a
pharmacy).
When
asked,
both
the
doctor
and
the
central
office
in
Berlin
reacted
outrageously
and
refused
to
cover
the
costs
of
the
excess
vaccine
as
a
result
of
the
wrong
prescription.
Even
more,
as
a
patient,
you
are
held
responsible
because
you
did
not
notice
the
mistake
yourself.
Waiting
times:
From
about
30
to
90
minutes
everything
was
there.
With
the
latter,
however,
it
was
unpleasant
to
notice
that
despite
arriving
on
time
at
the
start
of
the
opening
hours,
more
than
10
people
were
treated
in
front
of
me
and
there
is
obviously
a
system
in
which
patients
from
the
previous
day
who
were
too
late
were
treated
quickly
first
on
the
following
day
will.
Conclusion:
According
to
my
above
I
can
only
recommend
this
experience
to
everyone
to
be
treated
by
their
family
doctor
in
matters
of
travel
vaccinations.

Beratung:
Die
Beratung
für
Reiseschutzimpfungen
ist
bestenfalls
laienhaft.
Die
in
meinem
Fall
behandelnde
Ärztin
schlägt
lediglich
ein
Buch
auf
und
liest
daraus
Empfehlungen
vor.
Rückfragen
konnten
durch
nicht
vorhandenes
Fachwissen
der
Ärztin
auch
nicht
beantwortet
werden.
Ergo
hätte
man
genauso
gut
googlen
können
mit
dem
Unterschied,
dass
Google
hierfür
kein
Geld
verlangt.
Dies
hinterlässt
beim
Patienten
ein
ungutes
Gefühl,
da
man
nicht
weiß,
ob
man
nun
für
das
Reiseziel
einen
vollumfänglichen
Impfschutz
besitzt
oder
nicht.
Fehler
durch
Ärzte:
In
meinem
Falle
hat
die
behandelnde
Ärztin
sowohl
bei
der
Erstellung
der
Impfübersicht
als
auch
beim
Ausstellen
eines
Rezepts
(Impfstoff
war
nicht
mehr
vorrätig
und
musste
durch
eine
Apotheke
bestellt
werden)
Fehler
gemacht.
Darauf
angesprochen
reagierte
sowohl
die
Ärztin,
als
auch
die
zentrale
Stelle
in
Berlin
unverschämt
und
verweigert
jegliche
Kostenübernahme
des
zuviel
beschafften
Impfstoffs
infolge
des
falschen
Rezepts.
Mehr
noch
wird
man
als
Patient
verantwortlich
gemacht,
da
man
den
Fehler
nicht
selbst
bemerkt
habe.
Wartezeiten:
Von
ca.
30
bis
90
Min
war
alles
dabei.
Bei
Letzterem
war
jedoch
unangenehm
aufgefallen,
dass
trotz
pünktlichem
Erscheinen
zum
Start
der
Öffnungszeit
trotzdem
mehr
als
10
Leute
vor
mir
behandelt
wurden
und
hier
offensichtlich
ein
System
vorliegt,
bei
dem
auch
Patienten
vom
Vortag,
die
zu
spät
waren,
noch
schnell
als
erstes
am
Folgetag
behandelt
werden.
Fazit:
Nach
meinen
o.
g.
Erfahrungen
kann
ich
nur
jedem
empfehlen
sich
von
seinem
Hausarzt
in
Sachen
Reiseschutzimpfungen
behandeln
zu
lassen.
