Great concert venue in the heart of Mülheim with very friendly staff!

Nice venue for gigs but the only drawback is the toilet is not near and long queue to the parking lot before the event.

What a great venue and the sound was just perfect!

Went to a BABYMETAL concert here. Great stage and sound. The wardrobe, toilets, etc were also well arranged.

Cool venue. Like it more than Palladium since there are no big *ss columns obstructing the view of the stage. Oh and the Sound people actually have their Island in the crowd so that was new

Parking for free near by or direct at the parking garage near the hall. Sound great, another great location in Cologne to visit a good metal concert. Beer price and also the available food and shoots are ok. Cash needed.

Had a good time at Polyphia, the location was great other than two big factors for me. The first was the typical German "cash only" for the venue (for drinks, for example). The band accepted cards for their merch. The second was that it just got really hot in there. Other than that the staff were friendly and the vibes were good.

The place was beautiful at first look, vibrant and lively. The moment you go to your floor the halls are dark and eerie looking the first room we went into we were slapped with a smell of sour milk. We went back downstairs and spoke to management and the were able to find us another room. The second room was much better. Parking at the hotel was unavailable so we had to park in the underground Parkplatz half a mile down the road.

Good parking as own garage next door! View of the stage is not great- when you are under 6 foot!

Saw Hozier. Venue was jam packed. Only complaint - several people passed out during the concert; water should probably be free at a packed venue that serves alcohol to discourage people from allowing themselves to dehydrate.

Sound FOR THE MARKUS KING concert 16.03. 2023.the band was obviously struggling with the bad sound Markus King had his own sound person . To the Carlswerk owner. Thanks for the response to my post I do understand that your crew was not involved. With that said I will return for more shows and because you responded and this was very nice of you to so I will change my rating. I feel that you are a decent person and I will return to your venue.

The venue has amazing wheelchair seats, very helpful staff but it was really warm that people fainted.

Pretty spacious, affordable drinks, and compared to most places the ventilation was good!

Really nice venue, wasn't hard to maneuver around. Parking was simple enough and I was able to get out of there just as easy...maybe that was because left a few songs from ending though...all and all I enjoyed myself there.

The sound system could use some improvement, it wasn't loud enough nor crispy and the acoustics were not helping that either. The performer did her best with what she had :). Location is nice and toilets are clean, so at least you have that...

Very nice sound quality. The lighting was also Ok. We were sitting quite tight, shoulder to shoulder.

Nice place for a concert, parking next door for a fair price and plenty of places to eat in the area. Unfortunately, cash only for drinks inside 🤬

It feels a bit packed/small to have concert there, but the acoustics are good and they have good service at the bars.

The accustic is really bad, impossible to repair the roof is made of industrial metal sheets.

Very intimate venue. Very clean. A little far out but we used e scooters to get back to central. Trains available. Went for a pop concert and it was all you would want it to be..good acoustics with a good view of the stage.

It's a historic location and they managed to conserve the charm. Cool venue for corporate stuff.
