Schon einige Mal bin ich in guten Caterings eines besseren belehrt worden, daß ein Kürbis meist eine matschige und geschmacklose Beilage ist. Und genau dies war bedauerlicherweise hier der Fall. Der Kürbis sah nicht danach aus, als ob er im Ofen zubereitet worden wäre, Äußerlich zeigten sich keine Röstmerkmale und den Geschmack eines gerösteten Kürbis lies er dementsprechend auch vermissen. Leider. Auch die sehr leckere Sesamtahini konnte daran nichts ändern. Ist der Kürbis vielleicht absichtlich schonend, ohne Röstaromen gegart worden? Was mich allerdings geärgert hat ist die Unart die sich in der (Kölner) Gastronomie mittlerweile immer mehr verbreitet, sich die Wahl der Milchalternative mit € 0,50 vergüten zu lassen. Dies sollte sich doch mit einer guten Mischkalkulation aus der Welt schaffen lassen. Ich freue mich auf den nächsten Besuch und hoffe, daß meine Rezension zum Nachdenken anregt und, viel wichtiger, zum Essen bestellen anregt.
