The store offers a large, good selection of designer clothes from well-known brands and very friendly, competent advice and service. There are women's and men's clothing, cosmetics and a very good restaurant. Highly recommended Store to visit and experience when being in Cologne. The advice of Mr. Chao Nguyen deserves special mention, thank you very much

I went to gucci and the guy was only staring at his phone even when I asked him questions . Worst service ever

I bought a perfume here and wanted to return to get a refund the next day but they denied to give it, saying it is their policy. WHAT KIND OF STORE in the world REFUSE TO GIVE A REFUND? Even so, they should have told the customer that it is the policy of store at the time of purchase but they did not. Rather, they say I should have asked if it is possible to return. It is the common sense worldwide that you can return the goods and get a full refund, isn’t it? I am not sure if this is even legal in Germany (or anywhere else in the world). This is the most horrific and disgusting store in my entire 3 years of Germany.

Rude staff, if you try on shoes they say you are not allowed to try more than a few seconds because the shoes get large!! But they don’t bother to advice on size or anything!

I got leather gloves as a present for my Birthday! From a friend of course not from ( Apropos)They didn’t fit well so I planned to change them in the 14 days time you normally get….they said NO , you only have seven days to change your purchases. I also tried to get a voucher to spend in there shop! also didn’t work! I am a frequent client! Well now you have one client less! It’s an exclusive store you should treat your clients better! I was thinking of rating you 3 Stars, in a way I was late….but the sales manager didn’t really care about the ratings, so you get 1 star….
