    I bought an iPhone online and I had an oppointment on the 17th November at 14:45 to pickup the phone. Besides the long time I had to wait before receiving my order, was the unfriendly and not professional employee which handed me over the phone. No help or support at all. If she don't like her job then I strongly advise her to look for something else.

    I find them one of the most unfriendly and difficult Apple stores to deal with. I arrive in the store with a young child about 4 minutes after my 17:30 appointment, get in the queue of waiting customers and get dealt with precisely 11 minutes after my appointment. I then get told that my appointment is cancelled because I "did not arrive in the 10 minute window". The manager on duty (J. Witt) demonstrated no understanding at all and had us waiting another 1.5 hours to get served. Seriously, Apple, is this the best you can do?

    6 hours waiting time for the 29€ battery replacement on an iPhone SE is quite a long time. But something went wrong and they got us a brand new one, so I cannot complain in any way. Although there were so many customers the staff is friendly and seems to be organized pretty well.

    I had an appointment as my iPhone 5SE was exhibiting some issue, the display would not turn up its brightness anymore and the battery was not brilliant any more. I mentioned to the genius that i thought I had change a setting and ever since the display was dark. The only idea she had was to change the display brightness which was 100%. Today I finally found an answer on google on which setting I had changed. How are they apple experts, when they don’t even know the settings their products offer?

    WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! My iphone 14 pro had an issue with its screen from manufacturing. Apple therefore ordered a new screen to change it. And after making me wait 48h without my phone they gave it back and not even a week later, the screen is getting detached and I realised that it is not "leveled" and that glue is coming out of the sides... Wonderful and marvelous job! And apple says that they need to reorder a screen to have this fixed... how long before I can have a working iphone? How many times before they succeed in changing a screen that was initially amanufacturing problem?

    Best service ever! The staffs are very friendly and helpful, and very polite and nice to customers. Giovanni fixed my laptop just for several minutes , I am so happy that my laptop works again. Thanks a lot!

    -Long waiting hours (at least 3-4 hours) and you can never find any available appointment online. -Some staff are not that friendly, sometimes they're even rude. You have to force them a lil. -If it gets technical, you'll find definitely better options than this store. (I had to go there 4 times(and each time 4-5 hours) to get my macbook repaired) -I had to talk with the store manager so they finally repair my macbook well. He wasn't friendly at all.I mean he didnt even look at me while I was describing my problem. He was like, are you finished ? Anyways this store is not recommended at all.

    I have just moved to Germany and was having some huge issues with my iPhone not wanting to work with the German SIM card. Apple support on the phone kept telling me to contact my us provider which isn't a cheap call coming from Germany. Then my service provider sent me back to apple. This happened for 3 weeks. I was sent into the store and what the people on the phone said could be done couldn't. It be done, these guys in the store worked with me for 3 hours in rush hour timing and didn't let me leave without a working phone both us and German. I could not be more greatfull for the time they spent and the dedication to solve my issue. I would highly recommend this store

    I made an appointment and went in to replace my battery. Unfortunately, when I said that the battery I wanted to replace was from a non-authorized dealer, the lady who served me became extremely rude. After she implied extremely forcefully and animatedly that non-authorized batteries are incredibly dangerous, told me there was a 50-50 chance that the phone would not be salvageable and that I would have to pay €395 to replace it with a reconditioned 6s (as if replacing it with an 11 wasn’t an option), I objected. She stormed off, came back with two men who seemed to act as bodyguards, personally insulted me, and told me she would have changed the battery but now she wouldn’t. The two men confirmed they couldn’t change the battery for safety reasons, seemed to try to help me optimize the settings so that the battery would last longer. I was in complete disbelief and it took me some minutes to comprehend what was happening. I have an iMac, an iPad and an iPhone and I can’t believe l could be treated like that. All l can say is that if you want to be insulted, bombarded with lies, humiliated and treated as an untermensch, this is the place for you. Vile, obscene, disgusting service.
